Special thanks, goes out to EARNEST, the Driving Instructor, whom I'll forever be grateful for!!! Long story short, I did my road exam in Germany, over 15 years ago, haven't been driving for over 8 years. I wasn't sure what the exam would look like, so I've watched a couple of YouTube videos. Worst decision ever!!! Super confusing and everyone says something else. I've ended up being extremely nervous and scared...Out of fear I've scheduled a last-minute practice road test (2h before my actual road test) EARNEST was incredibly attentive. One look at me and he could tell what of a nervous wreck I was!! However, this changed immediately once I was in his care. He managed to calm me down and taught me within a Single Lesson what I needed to know to pass the test, and so I did! It was magical!!! He cares about your feelings, he cares about you passing the exam, he cares about the human in you, which is so hard to find these days!!! Hands down Earnest is by far the BEST of the BEST of the BEST!!!! Highly recommended!!!!!

I started taking my driving classes in January with JAMEL. Jamel is an amazing instructor, he is clam, patient, attentive and most of all he narrates your entire lesson telling you what you did wrong on the spot so you can fix it on the spot. He is the real deal!! He knows he is talking about. He made sure I was prepared before I even booked the road test. If you come to this school JAMEL Is the person to go to!!! And I could proudly say after today April 28th , 2021 I passed my road test on the first try. Thank you image driving school for being patient with a girl who knew nothing about driving and gave her the confidence and best safety tips to drive on the road solo!!!

But then I got paired up with Kaiser whom I made sure I stick with . He made me comfortable and made it fun he actually taught me ad not watch just me drive . He had faith in me and worked on my issues precisely when the school had no avail he would go out his way for you . If you go here get Kaire !! This review is long overdue

This great review is for ALPHA. When I started taking driving lessons, I had a little experience but I had many aspects I needed to improve. He was very patient with me and he always believed that my driving will get better even when I was struggling. Today, I was scheduled to take my road test for the first time and I was beyond stressed and nervous to the point that I couldn’t even think straight but he helped me relax and he told me some tricks to help me get rid of the stress. At the end of the day, I found out that I passed my road test which was very surprising to me because I was doubting myself so much and I was not expecting to pass this road test. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn how to drive with this company. He is very patient, understanding, and informative. This is rating is late, but better late than ever. I passed my Driving Test on the first try! Andre is a great instructor! He was patient, calm and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous on the day of the test, but he told me to not think negative and that I could do it. Thanks to him I was able able to pass. Great school and instructor! All the employees are super helpful and they are very organized compared to the other driving schools in Brooklyn. My experience at this school was great. Staff, especially Josie is very helpful and accommodating. They offer great flexibility for lessons and have always done a great job of communicating with students via text and phone calls. My instructor Andy was great, he really goes above and beyond to ensure you are prepared for the road test and creates a fun and comfortable experience. He is also very patient and will work with you to improve certain areas of your driving skills.

Image driving school is my first choice to learn how to drive. Their prices are reasonable. The staff are down to earth and positive. My driving instructor Kaire, from day one tested my ability and took it from there. There were days I came feeling in control and some days I came feeling just present. He took note of that and was able to help me refocus and see the bigger picture. When I failed the the road test for the first time he told me not to give up. I took that bad boy for the second time and aced it!!! Ok!!! Kaire is an Excellent Instructor.

He took his time and really explained all the maneuvers, and give out some really helpful tips. He is very honest, and provides great feedback. Will deff recommend him as an instructor.

I started taking classes there in February 2021 with Kaire. From the moment I stepped into the car it felt welcoming and I was confident in taking classes with him. Overall I took 8 classes with him I had confidence I was going to pass from the 5th classes. After that everything was about perfecting the little things so that I could be ready for the test. I took the road test twice only because the first time I took it, it wasn’t with Kaire’s car which was the car I was practicing with. I also didn’t have my hopes high because it was a whole different instructor and he wasn’t boosting me up like Kaire did. After rescheduling my road test and making sure Kaire took me my nerves and everything was calm because I knew I was with the right person. He went over everything before I took the test as well as made sure I was confident in everything I was doing and I appreciate him for that. Anyone going to that school I recommend Kaire as your instructor because you’ll guarantee your going to pass that test.

Past my road test on the first try! Thanks to both of my instructors Jamel and Ernest! Jamel was very patient and corrected most of the mistake I had learn from family members. I had a class with Ernest the day before my exam ( almost a month after my first lesson ) and he was wonderful , he thought me new tricks that I had no idea of. I felt really comfortable with him& he also gave me a lot of tips to keep in mind not only for the best but as a new driver. He helped me a lot with parallel parking , which was what I struggled the most with and let me tell you guys I parked perfect on my test. The day of the test ( this morning ) Shaun drove us to the site and along the way gave of some tips and tricks for the test. He also helped with the nerves a lot ! Very happy with the whole service . My permit was about to expired in January and the school helped me get the classes and test on time. Thank you very much, highly recommended!!

Don't waste your time taking any class with instructor Mr. Michel Wilner. I was coming here for several years taking the defensive driving course and this was my first time with him. This was my LAST class with this facility. I'll search for another business to spend my money with.

Very disappointed ????I failed on my first try. I’ll continue with the school because request another instructor. I can blame the school but the instructor.

Listen, stop playing games and choose ERNEST as your instructor. His technique is the best & it DOESN'T CHANGE. So during your lessons you're learning the same technique over & over and it WILL MAKE YOU PASS. He plays no games, gets straight to the point & BOOM there goes what you came for; your LICENSE. The staff is also great; they are very punctual. Overall, pick this school & pick Ernest as your instructor. Ps I passed today!!! I'll be back for highway lessons !

I had instructor Karie for 5 weeks and I could not make a simple left or right turn. It was always so fast , him saying go go go . I had no idea why I needed to go or why turn at that moment when he is saying it . If you have to tell me to start turning every time after three lessons then something is wrong . I went with Cindy because my class got cancelled . I turned left and right , switched my lane and k-turn. I called the office and switched to Cindy with only 3 class remaining . My stars are for Cindy.

This is the best Driving School! I had only 3 lessons and past my road test this afternoon. I had the best instructor Earnest, he was patient and teach you not only how to pass road test but also how to be safe and the best driver. He is very straight forward and make everything easier for you to remember. Thank you Earnest! The best girl working in their office is Josie, genuine, kind, professional and always helpful. Had my first lesson since 2015 (as I informed the instructor Earl and I purchased the beginner package). Let’s just say I could have driven in the car by myself. I was given no feedback at all during the entire lesson. When I got into the car he put on his seat belt and said are your mirrors good? I said I haven’t driven in years and I’m nervous. He just said relax and then said adjust your mirrors. He never told me what I should be looking for. I didn’t even know how to fix the side mirrors and had to look around for it myself until he finally told me where to find it. After I fixed the mirrors to whatever I thought would be right he told me to pull out. The rest of the lesson was his just telling me commands “turn left, turn right.” He never told me how or anything just had to figure it out myself. Then we went into a dead end and he says okay you’re going to make a 3 point turn. He never tells me what I’m looking for, how I should let cars past or anything. He just says turns the wheel left, drive, turn right etc. The entire lesson I was clueless as to how I was doing because he never said anything but to turn or go straight. Straight SILENCE the entire ride. Once we got back to my house he told me to pull over and I could get out. I said “that’s it” it said yes. NO Feedback on how the lesson went! I called the office to tell them what happened and the office said our instructors don’t usually give feedback at the end of a lesson. Whattt?? I requested a new instructor and they said none available until April which I understand. So I just canceled my lessons going forward. I’m not going to say he’s not a good instructor but I wouldn’t recommend Earl for new drivers.

I came to Image Driving School with little to no experience on the road. I got referred to Uncle Earnest (the best instructor) at the school. He taught me everything from parking to a broken U-turn and right and left turning all in one day. He is the truth!! He is very professional and one of the coolest instructors at the school. I took my road test and passed it with little to no mistakes all thanks to him. If you want to pass your road test and understand the rules of driving, go see Uncle Earnest. From start to finish the professionalism of this driving school is unlike any other driving school I’ve encountered. They are very professional, organized and great value. Their website is very organized and they sent texts before lessons and the road test with good notice. My instructor was Debbie - she is the best!!! She was the first instructor to really make me understand what to do and not to do, to not only pass the road test but to be a good driver overall.

This is a good driving school. It took me sometime but I was finally able to passed my road test this month. I would like to thank these 4 individuals in order. Thank you Benard, Julian, Uncle Earnest ❤, and Dave. The only thing I would advise is to try and maintain the same instructor it will go along way. I had a lady from the UK for one of my lessons and she helped me gave me some better tips on parking among other things she was really funny. I took the test at canarsie and failed it for unknown reasons but for my second test I had a dude named Dave and he was pretty chill even though I was running late to my test and he talked to me before the test and made sure I was calm. They both gave me good tips before the test. Lastly shoutout to the lady's in the office I paid for an express road test and they got me one a week later

Needed to learn how to drive because I was moving out of the state and this place came highly recommended. Phil was my instructor and honestly he is the best at what he does; from explaining concepts and visualization to making you feel comfortable on the road. He is super flexible, even tempered and overall I was able to past my test on the first try.

I have been with Image Driving School for some time now. I was extremely nervous when I first started to take lessons and after a while, I did not believe that I would obtain my license. While at the driving school, I decided to schedule a lesson with instructor Phil and after I had a lesson with him, I knew that I was on my way to obtaining my license. He is a very patient, attentive and knowledgeable instructor. I would say he is one of the best, if not the best instructor at the driving school. Phil also ensures to stay true to his word, and despite being busy, tries to find time in his schedule even on his days off. I would truly recommend him! I passed my road test today!
