We have all the information of people who use the services of Twin City Driving School (Driving School) in the territory of Batoche (Canada).
At the moment this business receives a score of 1.9 out of 5 and the rating has been calculated on 22 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is very weak, and it's based on a very high number of reviews, so we can say that the score is quite credible. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to give evaluations when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Driving School is classified in the category of Driving school.
I took the in class in October and it's February and I still haven't got all my in car lessons. The one driver instructor is rude and teaches you things the wrong way. It is ridiculous. If you're looking for a fast way to get your G2, don't come here.
Very rude and unhelpful. The girl named Paige was always so rude and never helped me at all. Everytime I called she would be rude. Once they get your money they don't care about you anymore. Would not recommend this school to anyone and I think it should be removed and no longer a school. Very sad with this school.
This is the BEST driving school around kitchener-waterloo-Cambridge. If you want to have the right expérience and be treated with care and aquracy This is the place to go. Everything is taught and manged in a very professional manner. There are driving schools around that ma y have cheaper prices but you are not going to the right expérience you need to become a good driver .... Been there done that . I know the owner very well, nicest, most understanding Guy you'll meet , he takes much care in his students to make sure that they are going to be safe and become a defencive and good attuide driver.
Had Reggie as my driving instructor as I was trying to obtain my G2. He was often rude when he teaches, yelling at me if I make a mistake and always needing to have a smoke break during the times I drove with him. He didn’t teach me how to park in reverse as well. I strongly advise if you are considering a driving school for your kid to attend too, please save your money and find a place that is actually willing to teach in a professional manner
This guy tried to brake check me on a green light. Would not recommend being schooled by these people.
My son did his in-class driving lessons in February and completed his in-car lessons in mid-May. It was extremely difficult to get the in-car lessons booked. I went to the facility in Manitou personally, to book the lessons. However, we felt generally un-confident that the instructor was going to show up, as my son was left waiting for 2 of the 5 lessons (which I had to re-schedule on different days). This was frustrating! My son learned the rules of the road and how to navigate a car well enough, but his instructor Reggie, was harsh, often yelled, jammed on the instructor brake and had to stop for smoke breaks ... this lead to a lot of pre-lesson anxiety on my kid's behalf, as Reggie made him quite nervous while he was driving. My son was not taught to reverse park at all, and received little to no instruction on how to navigate parking lots, or even pull forward into a parking spot between two cars. We used a different company's car for the actual drive test; unfortunately my son did not pass, but we are paying for an additional lesson (with a different company). I don't like to give poor reviews but this was a frustrating company to deal with and, had I read the google reviews prior to booking his lessons, I would have used a different company.
Reggie is the best instructor in Kitchener.
This company has no business instructing young drivers, as I just witnessed an irate and unsafe instructor in his car, bullying another driver on the road. STAY AWAY!!!
If there was an option to give a zero I would. This school is horrible, they are a SCAM! I went in for my in class over 6 months ago and I am yet to even get a driving lesson. I paid money and was promised to be done all of my driving and be a G2 driver by the end of the 2016 summer. The lied about everything, tried to get into contact with my supposed "Instructor" but he would never answer or text me back. They are a horrible school and other people seem to agree! If you are looking for an excellent place to was over $400 then this is the one. Reggie, one of the main instructor is very very rude and has no respect for any of his students. Such a disappointment, I do NOT recommend anybody to go to this driving school, truly a shame...
I finished the in class portion of driving school at the end of August. It is now December and I've only had 1 in car lesson. I was promised to get my in car lessons done as fast as possible and they didn't keep up on their side of the bargain. Ive tried to contact my instructor and he will not answer messages or my calls. I paid a fair amount of money and I'm still stuck without my G2. I feel as though I have been robbed of my money. Apparently the owner of this driving school has fired many of his in car instructors and which has left the remaining instructors with too many students to handle. I do not reccommend this driving school.
I am very surprised at these unfortunate reviews. As a past student, I can say that safety was of the utmost importance to my instructor, Reggie. I had been to a driving school previously, and did not receive a fraction of the knowledge base I received from my training with Twin City. It's a shame people write these negative things. I know the school had some difficulties with reliable staffing, which is not a reflection of the school or owner (s). I am so grateful to Reggie and Twin City, for making me a confident and competent driver.
I would give 3.5 stars. My son had Reggie and passed his drivers test with absolute flying colors! This driving school came highly recommended to me from friends whose kids had also gone through this school. I do have to say that scheduling the in-car was a 'nightmare' and it took many calls and emails to get appts. and some even double-booked. Reggie is a bit gruff but likely no worse than I was. Personally, I am happy that my son had an instructor that genuinely cares for his students no matter what his mood and actually teaches driving skills and defensive driving. It was all worth it in the end as my son did get his license with a near perfect score. If I could give any advice to better your reviews .... it would be - - have a proper computer scheduling system (that doesn't lose clients info. and appt's when it goes down.), perhaps hire another (or two) in-car instructors and DO NOT leave it up to the kids to make their own appointments - the kid my son took his in-class with has yet to have an in-car appointment as he hasn't ever called. Parents invest a lot of money in their kids so the school should schedule the in-car accordingly when the in-class is completed. Most parents are likely not even aware that it is left to the kids to make their own appointments.
Very rude and unhelpful is right! They take your money and then they don't communicate with you. She won't even call back to book my daughters in car lessons. Been waiting two months and she keeps putting us off. Saying she'll call and never does. Spend your money elsewhere! Wish I had known. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WHEN YOU DO SPEAK TO THEM RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!
don't join in this driving school.... they cheated me with dates ,their commitment and money..... they made me wait for ever to do my G2.... they won't stand on their word... they promised me something when I payed them money and they changed everything they said after I did the payment....
Before I went to this school, the reviews were okay, to say the least. 3/5. I knew some people from my workplace who were going there. So I decided I'd go there too. The receptionist was always nice to me and the in classes were alright. Then comes the driving experience and I end up with Reggie, who was constantly yelling and being rude and even grabbed the wheel from me at one point and said with a growl when I thought to still keep my hands on the wheel (like all drivers), "STOP FIGHTING ME!" I felt way too uncomfortable with him as my instructor as a lot of people before me did. So I was encouraged by my counsellor to call and change instructors and I had Ahmid, who worked there at the time. Now Ahmid was a better instructor: Calmer, nicer and believed in me more as a driver and Reggie told him I was terrible but Ahmid didn't see that.I couldn't wait to drive my remaining six hours with him. But the problem was, he couldn't schedule me properly and my texts got ignored, and eventually found out he left and didn't tell me. No instructor The building is closed, site is down AND ratings are terrible.
Worst place ever for driving lessons. All the stupid and arrogant idiotic instructors work here.
