Ron knows how to take his years of experience and translate that to an easy learning experience. He has to be the most professional trainer, as he truly loves what he does. I would recommend R and J Training services to anyone looking to get their Class 1 or other drivers training.

Ron was very professional and will make you feel comfortable as a student and adjusts to the way you learn to help you succeed. Upon completing the 1A MELT program, I had no problem passing the sgi exams and road test. He teaches very well in and out of the classroom. His knowledge and experience with trucking, and his safety first mindset go hand in hand when it comes to teaching a new driver the proper way to approach trucking and it’s fundamentals. He is a good teacher and I would Highly recommend his school for anyone wanting to get a Class 1A.

The training I received was one of a kind. Ron was extremely accommodating with a flexible schedule/work life. His knowledge and experience in the trucking industry is far superior than any other. I would highly recommend R&J for 1a training!

Ron was very professional and even made his way out to the farm so we could learn on our own equipment. Between getting the truck road ready and the driving aspect, we learned a lot about maintaining and servicing our equipment properly. Highly recommend for anyone new or experienced driving.
