Mark is a great instructor. He taught me easy-to-learn turning techniques which made me more confident to learn more. Even when I made mistakes he explained in a calm voice how to correct and improve them. He showed me great methods to Parallel park, Reverse park, drive on Highway 400 and Busy streets such as Bayfield St. and Mapleview St. Because of Mark I am ready for the road !

At first, I did my in-class and car lessons with Young Drivers and completed all necessary lessons, including 11 in car lessons. However, I did not feel prepared whatsoever, and found this process to be awful. I then decided to switch to Ultimate. After spending 5 lessons with Goran, I felt totally prepared and passed my G2 test easily. Having tried both, I would highly recommend Ultimate Drivers.

I went to Ultimate Drivers for a refresher before my G2 road test. Not only are they very affordable compared to other driving schools, but they were able to squeeze me into their schedule on relatively short notice for two lessons. They go over the two possible driving routes used in Barrie for the road exam. They offer very helpful pointers and tips that do, in my opinion, drastically ease anxiety and uncertainty. At first I was SO AFRAID of parallel parking and reverse parking, but after only one lesson my confidence grew!! They know their stuff and are worth giving them a call for sure! The best part: I passed my G2 test thanks to the great instructing!!

While being absolutely hilarious, he also made learning fun and presented everything in an easy way to understand. Ultimate Drivers was great overall. It was a bit confusing getting started with the online classes but once I got going it was great. Jim was my in car instructor and he was the best. He taught me tricks for things that I thought would be a lot harder but made it very easy. The two hours sessions also went by so much faster with him in the car and his jokes which was great. I would suggest Jim as the number one option to anyone for the in car section.

Rose and team were fantastic! I contacted her about my daughter trying to get her G2. Other schools said that we would have to wait 6 months. Not Rose, she told me that even though she is the owner, she takes students out as well to help decrease her school from getting behind. She was accommodating and a pleasure to work with! I just graduated to my G2 license with the help of Ultimate driver's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to prepare themselves for their G2 road test. My driver's Instructor was Rose, she was very nice and helpful. Always calm with me and reassuring when I needed it. She was kind and helpful for getting my G2 test booked in time. In car, lessons with Rose she gave me tips for my road test and practiced me in the area in which she told me I would most likely be taken to for my G2 test. (Thanks to Rose when I was taken to that area on my Road test I felt calm and very confident). In class was good and helpful, I wasn't told anything that was useless to me. I had Mark as my in class teacher. He was very nice and being a past cop, very helpful with giving out road tips as well. Ultimate Driver's is a great option for learning the rules of the road and preparing yourself for all different kinds of driving situations. Again I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I am late-in-life driver (in my 30s) because the idea of driving always terrified me. I finally made the decision to drive when I realized that it would open up opportunities for me. In the weeks before my G2, Rose helped me gain confidence and strengthen areas I was having a hard time with. I was so worried about the test, but with Rose's excellent instruction, I aced it. I now have my own car and drive confidently every day. If you are hesitant about driving because it scares you, give Rose a chance! It's never too late.

I have been to Ray’s driving school & Ultimate Driver School. In Ray’s, they just let you drive and teach little stuff every course, which is why I switched to UDS. In UDS, they focus on how to pass the driving test. I spent 4 courses on parking & practicing the driving test. And I easily passed the driving test without any mistake on 2020/1/09. Although my instructor in UDS is a bit impatient, Ray is much more impatient???? Btw, the price in UDS is 40 per hour, and the instructor usually let me drive for 1.5 hour for 40 dollars, which is very nice for me as a poor student ???? In Ray’s, the price is 50 per hour.

I would love to give this place a better rating but I've had nothing but a frustrating and still ongoing experience. The staff are kind but as a student in the E-learning course I've been met with COUNTLESS difficulties from my account being reset to it being blocked to being unable to get a hold of the tech department for over a week. I'm so frustrated at the moment and just want to advise people to stay away from e-learning as its more of a headache than its worth.

Great driving school! They teach you everything you need to know to pass you road test, and help you overcome you driving weaknesses. I passed my G2 and G test with no problem. My insurance is a great rate too. Not the most boring class either compared to other I have heard of, so I highly recommend it!

Avoid at all costs. Mark my be a good instructor but if you get Diva or Ben you will be disappointed. First of all, Ben, may be nice but gives no input towards your driving and spends most of his time on his cell phone. Diva should be a drill sergeant. She is unpleasant, miserable, appears to hate her job. She grabs the steering wheel and constantly snaps her fingers at you, perhaps she thinks she is training dogs not students that are learning to drive. She also DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TEACH, she told students that you must do hand over hand to return to centre position after a turn and that if you slide your hands you would fail your G2. Well that is the worst advice you could give, it is incorrect and I would like to see you do this Mark as you approved it! I am sure that is not what you were taught. Mark if you want to keep this business in good standing you had better make sure that the people you hire to teach students know how to drive themselves.

I was lucky to meet Rose in the parking lot at the Barrie Road Tedt on Bryne. I couldn't take the road test because my back signal light was out. Rose took me on an hour and 20 min drive, reminding me of the rules of the road and what the driving instructors would be looking for. I felt very confident and was ready for the road test. I passed. I believe that everything happens for a reason and I was meant to meet Rose that day in the parking lot!

Ultimate drivers was great. Mark was very thorough in class and made what could have been a very boring subject interesting and interactive. Jim was a great in-car teacher. He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain and calmly teach any points I was struggling with. Before driving with Jim I was timid and afraid of the road but after 10 hours of in car lessons I feel confident and excited to continue driving. The Ultimate Drivers system of online sign up is easy and in-class options were flexible along with choices for extra lessons. But even more rewarding was Rose - the wonderful driving instructor for both our kids. Our daughter, who passed first time, now has a year of driving experience behind her and our younger teen is taking his test in a few weeks. Rose is patient, calm, personable and always punctual. On a few occasions we requested feedback on progress and Rose was only too happy to chat with us and provide updates and advice. We would highly recommend Ultimate Drivers.

Didn't have the greatest experience. Mark made the in-class entertaining as possible but not a great experience with the in car. Had a couple miscommunications and didnt get booked for 2 of my lessons. Also got told that I was doing horrible and awful on my off days. Overall my driving skills did improve but my driving lessons weren't something I looked forward too or enjoyed.

I had a wonderful experience for my Driving School through Ultimate Drivers. Right from the first in-class lesson with Mark, he was a very smart and knowledgeable man and taught a lot of little tricks and stuff that you wouldn't even necessarily think to ask. Then my in-car went a little rough as I had some hiccups with my old instructor Colin (multiple cancellations) and luckily I was paired up with Jim in the end. Jim not only helped my driving become smoother and more natural, he was very understanding and calm through the process of teaching me. I passed my G1 exit test and got my G2 today just before 10AM, with ZERO mistakes. Jim also did well in making me feel way more comfortable when behind the wheel, and helped me become more confident in my abilities to drive and maneuver the vehicle. 5/5 100%

Not a good experience. The instructor was very impatient! She was very disrespectful through out the lessons. She snapped her fingers at me rather than explain what she wanted me to do and laugh without explanation. It was an uncomfortable experience and I was given little to no encouragement.

If you plan on taking drivers ed do not come here!!!! A waste of money !!! My driving instructor was so rude she made me come home crying on multiple occasions, put me down yelled at me the whole time I was trying to learn as a new driver. No one of this attitude and terrible costumer service should be teaching scared and volnerable new drivers while on the road. I pretty much had to get my parents to teach me everything I needed to know for my test, I wasn’t even taught how to pull into a parking spot I had to teach myself. I passed my test and bought myself a car but ultimate drivers didn’t even send my drivers license record so I had to call and complain and bug them constantly to have it sent over. Terrible expiernece I would never recommend anyone to spend hard earned money on this company. When I complained about my terrible instructor who is unfit to be with people on the road as they learn I was told something would be done about it and then saw her later that week with another student in the car. Unreliable and disappointing. Diva treats you as an animal, grabbing the steering wheel snapping her fingers at you while yelling and tell you if you do many things while driving (such as sliding the wheel through your hands ) you will fail, which is not true.

First driving instructor was too soft spoken which made it difficult to hear and learn, the second instructor was very critical and made the experience both stressful and not conducive to learning! I would not recommend this company, it is worth the price of Drive Wise, we had two great experiences with Drive wise and two poor with ultimate drivers!

When I had first started UD, I was very confused and frustrated with the management. The old owner was unprofessional in the way he was never available and would direct you to staff that would hardly ever get back to you, and when I had actually managed to get to the actual driving portion, my instructor was never available for me, because she was overbooked weeks in advance! But! Recently, Ultimate Drivers has gone through a lot lately, with a change in ownership and overall changes within the organization itself. My last half with the company was amazing. I was switched driving instructors and was paired with Jim; who was honestly amazing! Chill man who gives it to you straight, but can make a joke out of it at the same time, just great guy. And payment was very easy and uncomplicated. I payed my first half for the classes on online work up front. Then got the pay the other half in 3 cash segments right after my lesson ( which really helped me out) Just had my last lesson today. Instantly, received an email that I had received my completion certificate, the employee was very quick and friendly. Overall, I had an great experience and really recommend this company to any new drivers.

Even though the videos were dreadful they are important to any new driver. As an in class instructor Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. My driving instructor Diva was amazing. She made me feel comfortable behind the steering wheel. I've never driven before and I was very nervous, but she was more than gracious and patient with me teaching me everything I need to know to be a safe driver. I did not even know how to turn on a car before and now I'm able to actually drive a vehicle. Thank you so much Diva for your help, instructions and patience when my anxiety kicked in. ????
