Before I went to Trinity I was going through Young Drivers and all led up to me failing three times. However, one of my mom's friends previously had a son that took their driving lessons with Trinity and passed with flying colors, so I decided to start my first few lessons a year after I failed my second test. My instructor was Mike and from all the previous reviews he sounded awesome and just the guy that could really help me pass my N test. And after some very informative and extremely useful lessons I went in for my test and passed without a hitch! Mike was awesome and if you take lessons with him or any other Trinity instructors you are in good hands.

Not only do they ensure that you are following all the rules of the road, they also offer extremely helpful constructive criticism that ultimately make you a better driver. Taking some lessons before your N test is 100% worth it (it is probably nearly impossible to pass without them!)

He was patient, had a ton of useful tips and tricks for driving safely and parking easily. With his knowledge on test routes I could pass the test the first time around. Went for my N test 4 times with a different driving school and failed then went to trinity driving school and met mike he made driving lessons fun and helped me learn a lot at the same time which also made me pass my N test with just 5 one hour lessons once a week with him definitely recommend them same goes with bill never got to drove with him but a handful of my friends did and they all say the same thing about him

Mike is the best driving instructor! I felt comfortable behind the wheel but struggled with parking and left hand turns. After the first driving lesson, I immediately felt more confident and was able to park amazingly. Mike taught me many tricks that helped my driving exponentially. He is a calm presence in the vehicle and provides helpful directions when required. One thing I found particularly helpful was Mike was also commutative and chatty. He taught me how to drive while talking with someone. This has been a critical skill now that I am N driver. When I drive my friend I am chatting a lot so learning how to handle talking and driving has been extremely helpful. Lastly, he took me on routes that had tricky intersections so I would always feel comfortable no matter the route and or road conditions. He is just amazing! I would 100% recommend!

I had Mike as an instructor and hes great! Sadly they threw some things at me in my first N test and i failed. I was going to have to wait 6 months for the next available booking with ICBC BUT, Trinty was able to get me in in less than a months time and i passed! Mike made me feel comfortable driving and it was always a good time. Taught me some great tricks for parking and honestly i'm so glad i went with Trinity for driving lessons. 100% would recommend going with Trinty and will recommend it to others! The receptionist was also very nice and they worked with my schedule.

Four times I was talking to a very friendly receptionist, who would take my name, address and promised that someone will call me back. No one called me back, therefore i went with another school.

Mike was my instructor and he was the best. He was very patient, gave good advice, and pointed out even the most minor errors in your driving. I really like how he is very caring and how he notes down everything you did incorrectly so that you can review those things after your lesson. Because of his teaching I managed to pass my Class 7 Road Test today with only 1 minor error.

I called Trinity Driving School last week, and I was told I would get a call back, however it did not happen. So I called back next day and was told there was a family emergency "you will get a call back". Yeah right its a week..seriously are you running a business?? Through my lessons at Trinity Driving School, I was able to pass my New Drivers Test on the first try. Dedicated and experienced instructor Mike's teaching techniques were both effective and enjoyable. While covering various routes, I learned the correct rules of the road, as well as ways to deal with heavy traffic, pedestrians, safety hazards and navigation. Mike's explanations of the rules were easy to understand, and through asking many questions about rules of the road, I found myself fully prepared for my test. I was able to take my test with the Trinity Driving School Car I practiced in during all my lessons, allowing me to drive in a more comfortable state. Highly recommended!

I called them to register my kid for driving classes, 3 consecutive days 3 calls and 1 call before 2 months, so 4 calls in total. Each time they would take my number and assure me that someone would call but no one did. 3rd and the 4th call were on the same day. And the last call which was the 4th call, a lady named Christina didn't seem to be very professional, polite or friendly, she would just keep repeating that " I can take a message". I contacted them after seeing their so rating on google but I feel they are made up. A very unsatisfied customer, took 10 classes for my son, and one of the reason he failed in his road test was he did not know and wasn't told by instructor what needs to be done on 4 way intersection...... Way to go

I had Mike and he was an excellent driving instructor. He is very kind and really patient and a great instructor. I've had multiple driving instructors but Mike has been the best out of all them, he makes you feel very comfortable behind the wheel and very comfortable on the road and builds your confidence! I passed with flying colours and only made 2 small mistakes on the test. Not only does he teach you how to pass the test but to be a good, safe driver and helps build great habits. He is very knowledgable and is an excellent teacher and was very easy to learn from. I couldn't of passed without Mike and couldn't thank him enough! They really take the time to make sure their students are confident and prepared. Terrible customer service. Been trying to reach this place to book lessons since October and despite leaving multiple voice messages no body returned my messages. It wasn't till December that I finally got through to someone else who had no idea about the lesson availability then proceeded to take my name and number promised to have someone with more information call me back. I never heard from them after that. I have contacted them by phone about 8 times and even sent an email which they never responded to!

I got an email saying the day for my appointment few days later i called to confirmed it and for whatever reason they got rid of my appointment so they told me next availability was in 2 weeks ; then I wanted to get some questions about their great graduating licensing program but the lady on the phone didn't know anything about it so she said they would call me back which they never did and this happened 2 days in a row.

I did multiple driving lessons with Mike, and I've got to say, he sets the bar for all other driving instructors in the Lower Mainland. He's a patient and meticulous instructor who knows Richmond like the back of his hand. He prepares you for everything and anything ICBC may throw your way on your road test and he will go above and beyond to ensure you achieve your goals as a new driver. Not to mention, he's quite the gregarious guy and is super easy to connect with, which should help ease any nerves you're feeling. But Mike was really calm when I drove a car, and he taught me a lot of techniques that really helped me to improve my overall driving skills. Mike is an excellent and highly experienced driving instructor — he’s patient, gives you lots of practical driving tips, and takes you onto non-trivial routes that could easily trip you up on the road test unless you already know every tricky turn and intersection in the city. I'd heard great things about Bill from a number of people and decided to contact Trinity for lessons for my daughter. Unfortunately, no one ever got back to me even though I contacted Trinity twice (once via their website contact page and again about 2 weeks later via phone when I spoke to a young woman who told me someone would get back to me). I can't speak to their teaching standard but I'm not impressed with how they handle inquiries.
