She has a lot of experience, and watches small details in your driving skills , she finds out the mistakes right away! She is exceptionally knowledgeable about driving. I took driving lessons from other school failed twice but I took few lessons from this golden lady and I passed my class 5 road test. The best driving school and instructor ever!!! She is kind, patient, builds your confidence and is encouraging. As a student, you can tell just how much she cares about what she does. If it wasn't for Diwan driving school, I doubt I would have been able to pass my road test with my old instructor in the past. She teachs you the proper technique without overwhelming you with information. In that sense she's very understanding which is different from any other driving instructor I have had. I passed my road test on my first try thanks to Diwan driving school which seemed impossible for me, but again thanks to Diwan driving school I passed with no problem! She is very joyful and the hour we spent driving around was full of laughter. She is one of best instructors and one should definitely go to her if you are serious about driving and not just the road test. Many schools will offer the services for lesser money but it will be worth the investment if you learn from her. She was very caring, polite and positive! I would highly recommend going to her!! Listen to what she has to say 22 years of teaching wisdom is why she will make you a better driver. I had my class 5 road test today, and I passed! This driving school is the best! After clearing the knowledge test on Saturday morning, I tried to book my road test for October, unfortunately my only options were December or today (Monday 16th). I had to take Monday because my out of province licence is only good until October. So, I called Diwan Driving School and asked for a last-minute class, which they kindly gave me on that same Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. They also helped me with renting a vehicle for the test and a final class 1 hour before the road test. I loved the positive calm, patience, and confidence the instructor made me feel. Her instructions were valuable, and the routes were really close to what I had on my road test. I would definitely recommend this school! Thank you so much!

My driving experience with Diwan Driving School was an amazing one. She has her own unique ways of teaching and correcting the mistakes. She always has a positive vibe around her during the driving lessons which make you feel light and happy to drive. Great Experience with Manjit Mam. I have given road test two times previously but just passed test on my third attempt by taking classes from Diwan Driving school first time. Sorry for the long message but it's worth mentioning. I tried other driving schools before coming to this one and took around 9 lessons there. When I took my first lesson with this school, I realised that whatever I have learned in those 9 lessons was a complete waste of time, money and my efforts. Ok listen to this carefully, if you are going to miss what I am going to explain, you won't be able to get ready with Manjeet. First of all, I went first time with Manjeet and got my driver license at the first time itself. Manjeet is a skillful and potential instructor, what is a skillful and potential instrustor? Somebody who knows all the answers about the rules, laws and skills you must have for driving. During your lessons with Manjeet, she will tell you about all the corrections you have to make and what you have to do in each and every situation, and this is exactly where many of you guys will take it for granted because you will think some of them are just minor corrections which I should try to avoid and mainly because Manjeet didn't stress herself to much on that, you will think; " oh! I wasn't so bad at it". You know what..? You will be wrong! An instructor doesn't have to spend 1 hour in telling you that each and everything is important, you have to understand before each and every lesson that whatever Manjeet is going to show me, is extremely important (not very but extremely), so make sure that you are learning everything according to how she is telling you to do it even if she doesn't stress herself on it too much! In driving there is no small or big skill, each skill is extremely important to master. The examiner is waiting to see if you are an experience driver and can handle a car in a real driving environment, and certainly Manjeet has all the answers to this, so again make sure you are listening to everything she is telling you and if you have any question, just ask her, she will give you the right explanation. The best advice I can give to those who wants to earn their license is; there is nothing to worry about, if you learn everything and go there with 100% knowledge in your mind. So get you ready with Manjeet and keep using your mind about how I can master this or that, you are going to nail it with a big pass!!

I don't even know where to start y'all. Well we all know how expensive driving schools can be and therefore we try our very best to get our N on the first try. For me, I spent over $1600 last year on driving lessons and i was still unable to pass the test. I failed twice. I took a break and told myself that I would try again this year. I was tired of paying and not passing...ugh! April of this year I finally rebooked my roadtest for July 24(today). 5 days ago I started searching for a new driving instructor and came across Diwan driving school. I called and informed her that I needed some lesson because I had my driving test in less than a week. The following day she came and we went for the first lesson. Guys I am not even bluffing but I gotta say I regained my confidence after doing the first lesson. First of all, Manjit told me that she will make me pass and she is going to do her very best to make sure that I am both mentally and physically prepared and she kept her word. oh my goodness! this lady reassured me daily and whenever i messed up she would quickly correct me without getting mad or frustrated. She was always on time for the lessons and very affordable. Honestly, she is a lot cheaper compared to the other driving schools and you will learn a whole lot more. What sets her apart is her ability to quickly pick up on things that you are struggling with and correct them in no time. We didnt go into a classroom and i didnt bother reading the book because she covers each topic while driving. I learnt all the manoeuvres, signs and tips in 3 days(she taught me everything that was in the book) She is so calm, knowledgeable, detail oriented, methodical, outgoing, peaceful, optimistic and talented. I know for a fact that she is the best driving instructor in the lower mainland. Guys if you are struggling or have failed or even starting from scratch then please call manjit. She is the best there is and the best there will ever be. I wish I had known her sooner because I would have learned alot more without spending all that money. In the last 5 days, its like we became family-she genuinely cared for me and when I kept telling myself that I wasnt going to pass she told me to think positively. I cant think of any negative to say, she is just superhuman and she goes above and beyond to make her students pass. She took me to all the test routes in Langley and made sure I was familiar with the signs. My gosh I could go on and on and on. This morning I walked into the doors of ICBC with my head held high because i was feeling so confident and i knew i was going to pass because Manjit gave me all the equipments I needed and I DID PASSED!!! manjit you rock!!! please do not retire because when I have my kids I will need you to teach them as well! Having failed in the first road test (with a different instructor of course), she made sure that all my wrong driving habits were corrected and I drove in the safest possible manner. Her unique way of explaining why we are doing somethings and the way we should carry out the maneuvers polished my driving skills and made me test ready. Initially when we got to the first lesson, the emphasis was on handling and turns. Got me worried on how I could progress to attempt my test in such short time span. But the transformation in me (not just my driving) in mere 10 lessons have been the most amazing experience. My overall experience with this school was quite anxious and really not enjoyable. Even though I did gain necessary driving skills (from 0 driving, to being able to drive within the city), I ended up losing confidence in driving completely. As a new driver, confidence is as important as driving skills. However, I lost my confidence because I was constantly blamed for every mistake i made, and my instructor was making comments on `how i will not pass my road test`. While yes, I might not pass a test, this type of comments regarding my skills and teaching style just put me down, so i started to make even more mistakes. Overall this style didn’t end up fitting my personality at all. Instead of explaining “why this rule exists? or how will it help you or other road users?” , instructor will end up repeating the same thing over and over to you e.g. You have to plan ahead, plan ahead, plan ahead. I ended up memorizing that I should plan ahead, however I did not receive any tips on "what can help me to plan ahead?" All review ratings are fake and bought.

I would say that I was lucky enough that without wasting money here and there, I joined Manjeet Aunty's driving Class. After failing my driver’s test twice before, I felt as though passing would be impossible. Even after taking multiple lessons, I was still a very anxious and hesitant driver. However, with a two-hour lesson with Manjit at Diwan Driving School a day before my test, I ended up passing! I contacted Manjit on Monday, and on Tuesday she was able to get me in for a two-hour lesson! Also, she managed to squeeze in an hour lesson and a car rental the day of my test. Manjit helped me overcome my fear of driving and vastly improved my confidence behind the wheel. She immediately was able to identified the areas I needed to improve and in a patient and reassuring manner, explained to me ways to fix the concepts I wasn’t able to understand before (reverse parking, proper turning maneuvers and pulling over to the curb side). Most importantly, Manjit taught me how to be a SAFE driver – she was stern on shoulder check, scanning the intersections and keeping an eye on my mirrors every few seconds. Not only did this help me pass my test, but also made me confident enough to driver alone. Even my parents noticed a difference in my driving after only a two-hour lesson with Manjit! Manjit is an amazing driving instructor with years of experience, I am so grateful that even with such short notice, she managed to make time for me. Manjit was inside ICBC with me prior to my test, helping me calm my nerves and was there when I passed. Diwan driving school is the best driving school in the Lower Mainland. 18 years ago my mom took driving lessons with aunty and got her license with no complications at all. 18 years later my parents chose the same driving school for me without a doubt, and in future my brother will also be going there to learn how to safely drive a car. Aunty covers all the subjects very well and patiently and goes out of her way to teach you even more if you don’t understand. Manjit is a really good and friendly instructor better than any other instructor I have had in the past. I have had instructors who never paid much attention or were on their phone most of the time. However, with Manjit right from the first day, I could tell that she really cared for her students. She always put her students first before anything else and if I had any trouble finding a test day then she always offered to find me one. She taught me many useful tips on how to park and how to be a safer driver if it weren't for her I don't think I would ever be able to get my N.

Manjit mam is an angel in true sense. I have been driving since many years back in my home country. When I came to Canada I had actually decided not to get a license. I wont go into details of that, long story short. I kept delaying for one year. Finally I got my test booked for dec 31. And was just going through driving schools and saw Diwan driving school, called up mam and the coaching started. From the very first day, mam was so soft and clear in her instructions. I was so scared (may be under-confident) but once I came on the wheel and made the first turn. Mam caught my errors and directly made my corrections. She has an eagle eye. She is perfect in her details. I dont know how and what super power mam has, she catches your errors, which one thinks can just be overlooked. Its like oh no! Even this error mam noticed. Mam clears every basic and complicated doubt so simply and perfectly. She will make you practice and its like she knows where and what you did not practice. She is the best person to go to for one if you think you cannot take your car on the road and second to gain that confidence which you thought you can never have. Very good tips on maneuvering the wheel and parking skills taught excellently well. Mam doesn't teach just for the test but for life!
