I went with Burnaby Pro for some bus training and to take my class 2. Rob runs a great business, is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Both Jay and Rob gave text book instruction in a very casual and genuine way. I passed the class 2 this morning and have already recommended Burnaby Pro to a friend who’s planning to do his Class 4 soon. Definitely consider these guys, you won’t be disappointed. I had Jay for my in class for my driving instructor at the Burnaby Pro Driving School. He was informative, thorough, knowledgeable, he caught my mistakes while doing the practice road test for my class 4 license. I did better then I thought I would on the driving exam with ICBC, so I know that this lesson was the reason for my success. Thanks to him I passed on my first try! Met with Rob the owner on Saturday, paid for my class for Thursday, wrote the knowledge exam Wednesday, took the class Thursday then they had a cancellation and put me in the road test by Friday. This was a total turn around time from start to finish within 48 hours!! Needless to say, I am very happy with the results and will be using Brunaby Pro Driving School again in the future. Meena the administrator was patient, easy to contact, great communicator and very flexible with booking time slots. Rob met me at the ICBC center and gave me a pep talk before the test. This was a very positive experience for me from start to finish. Will be recommending this school to my friends and family.

Burnaby Pro is a great training school.. The staff and instructors are very easy to work with and knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and work on them with you in a calm relaxing way of learning,which makes it so much easier to learn and retain the information.. Great pricing and accommodating to your availability no matter how little or long of notice that you want to start and end training .. Best decision I made going to Burnaby Pro , highly recommend them for driver training!! It's a fake company which stealing people's money. I wanted to get air brake for 16 hr he asked for my credit card number by the phone and it has to be $100 for 16 hr as it shows in their website. But he stole $200 from my account. so be careful if you see this website don't trust them!

The 2nd school I am trying to give my money to simply sign me up for Air Brakes Course, I called, I left the form on Website, after 3 business days I still have not recieved any instraction for the next step. JUST TAKE MY MONEY AND SIGN ME UP FOR A CLASS, IS IT SOMETHING UNDOABLE? Will try to give my money to 3rd driving school, hopufully the driving hell expirience would be over. I would never recommend this Driving School to anyone. All the staff that I've dealt with have been nothing but unprofessional. The Driving Instructor I had was making lewd and innappropriate comments during my lessons. He chain smoked the entire time and I hated every minute of it. The owners were incredibly difficult to communicate with. When I asked them a simple question, it took months to get a response. Many calls and emails went unaswered. When they finally did reply or accept my calls they were rude and unapologetic. There are many other driving schools in the lower mainland. Burnaby Pro is easily the worst of them. I highly suggest that you get your driving training elsewhere.

After explaining my situation about having to leave the province in a few days, they helped move my test to an earlier day so I wouldn’t have to book a flight back to BC. I'll start off With the good Tom is a great driving instructor, calm , relaxing, fun environment. The bad and excuse my language is the piss poor management from the Owner. I have chatted about the issues before and was assured things would be worked on! Were not talking about a grand talk about $6000 funded lessons yet just the lack of communication on the schools end. Poor satisfaction to the point where the school has hindered my ability to move forward.

Couldn't say anything less than excellent about rob and my experience with his driving school. Took a 4 hour driving lesson for class 4 with a different school in the valley and wasn't so happy with it. Went to brnaby pro driving and In one hour lesson with rob I was given more advice and tips than I did in the 4 hours at another school. Really great walk through for pre trip inspection with pictures. Rob is super thorough , knowledgeable, calm and pleasant to talk to, responds quickly, and made me feel confident for my exam (which I passed with flying colors ) Definitely recommend Burnaby pro driving school if you want to do your class 4 and feel confident

Rob (the owner) is a great guy. Very genuine and cares about your success. On my test date it was snowing but we went ahead with the test anyhow. Was able to get the pre trip done but got stuck on the road. I was not charged for this and he booked me a test the following week(was doing driving sessions and paying by the hour). If you want to get your class 1 or 3 this is where you want to go!

Highly recommend Burnaby pro driving school over valley driving school. Valley driving school just wants their money, their instructors are not comparable to the driving instructor at Burnaby pro especially rob. I took my class 4 test at Burnaby at passed because of rob.

I wanted to obtain my Class 4 unrestricted driver's license and decided to go with Burnaby Professional Driving School.This was the first time I'd ever attended a driving school(my dad taught me to drive) but the experience was a positive one right from the start.I met with Rob and he explained the process involved in passing the test. The pre-trip inspection seemed a bit tricky but Rob and Tom explained it in a very sequential way making it easier to remember.The result is I passed my driving test after one lesson. Highly recommended using Burnaby Pro to obtain a commercial licence. I recently moved from AB to BC with a class 2/3 and was intending on upgrading to Class 1. I shopped around to four different driving schools and found Burnaby Pro to be the most flexible to cater for my needs. I was working full time so they were able to provide lessons after hours during the week and on Sundays. Since I already had my air endorsement, they were they only one of those I contacted that were able provide me with flat hourly rates rather than purchase a pre set package which saved me time and money. The instructors were experienced and extremely knowledgeable. All my questions were answered with detail and procedures were explained in a way to make tasks as simple as possible. Cannot thank Rob, Meena and Norm enough for helping me get my Class 1 first try!
