I’d have to say that the service is nothing short of amazing. Charlie in the Boutique has sort me me out so many times! Her product knowledge and fun friendly service is always looked forward to! Also, Scott in the Pharmacy is just as amazing! I will shop nowhere else for skin products and pharmacy needs. Thank you Shoppers!

Today I visited Shoppers Drug Mart in Canmore and I was not satisfied. When I came, the lady who is doing in the perfume section and the cosmetics asked what I'm looking for, so I told her I will just look around and the fact that I was actually waiting to open the bank . When I tried a tester of facial cream, the same lady crossed me from behind, asking, "What cosmetics do you use?" And if I know it's not good to put a cream on the face because it's dust outside and also the cream on my face is badly grease. Please, could you send this lady for a course how to talk to a customers? The lady seem to doesn't know the difference between the help and the harassment of the customer. If the customer promptly answers the question that he does not need help, there is no reason for the customer to persecute. A very unpleasant experience that discourages me from buying something from this drug store in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacist was utterly rude to me. Spoke to a pharmacist assistant who was LOVELY. The Pharmacist was not customer friendly at all. If I weren't here for vacation I wouldn't of gone here in the first place. I understand it's busy, but have the decency to have good communication skills and proper etiquette.

Look for sales, they have these often. This location is also very clean and offers a quieter experience than Safeway or Save-on-foods. The reps in the beauty department are extremely friendly and helpful. I always enjoy shopping here. Wish it was 24hrs.

Possibly one of the greatest attractions within Canmore. This Shoppers Drug Mart is truly unlike any other. Friends were made, first loves were had, followed by an excruciating first heartbreak. This establishment is the epitome of life itself. All of my best memories are set in this Shoppers Drug Mart location in Canmore. I didn't much care for all the hiking and whatnot. The weird bagel place was okay, and I bought an extraordinary guitar from a rooster farm or something but by far the most life altering experience was fabricated within the four god inspired walls of the Canmore Shoppers Drug Mart. I have never felt such inner peace, and I would like to thank every single employee for making our experience so magical. Disney doesn't even compare, and should give up the tagline of "Happiest place on Earth," as it pales in contrast to the elation that the Canmore Shoppers Drug mart brings to myself and my loved ones. Thank you, truly.

Pharmacy staff are brilliant - squeezed us in for a pre travel covid test which was very smooth, results and all paperwork sorted in 15 minutes. Book in advance as they are busy!

Absolutely lovely, helpful and friendly staff member at the Canmore Shoppers Drug Mart cosmetics section who helped me the afternoon of Tuesday April 13 find a cruelty-free/not tested on animals bronzer!! Not only does this member know what they're talking about but, also helped me find one that fit within my budget. Great staff and stress-free shopping experience.

My husband had pneumonia this winter after having had a shot 5 years ago. Our Doctor prescribed the latest injectable for him and the first pharmacist said he was to come back after he was 100 percent better and the medication would 100 percent covered by AHS as it was considered to be a booster shot. We waited in line a long time while the pharmacist socialized with a customer ahead of as at the prescription drop off. Then when we finally got to the little room off to the side for the injection she informs us we had to pay for her to administer the injection and pay for our share not covered by our health benefits. We tried to explain what had been told to us a few months ago and she became very passive aggressive and stated she was trying to help. What! By taking our money.. we are a couple of seniors on a limited budget. No injection... No way we would go back to these rude inconsiderate people.

I’m rating this pharmacy a zero!!!!! I had done everything that was required to have my pain medications transferred from Olds (also rating a zero) to Canmore so they could be picked up yesterday. As we were camping in Kananaskis & my refill/pick up date was yesterday. I’ve been taking same pain medications for years. I suffer from chronic back/hip pain My husband was unable to make the trip to Canmore shoppers yesterday. Today we arrived in Canmore.. my pain level is extreme. Hubby rushed into shoppers to pick up my meds. Unfortunately, he received negative feedback from them.. when he FINALLY brought the meds to me, they were INCORRECT!!! Totally unprofessional, in my opinion. He headed back & I called my Shoppers in Olds.. to complain. It’s been approximately 1 hour of waiting in extreme pain in a hot vehicle with 2 pups..waiting for my prescribed pain medications.

Went specifically for a passport photo. They were awesome. Very attentive to details and careful to be sure the photo met requirements. Cost reasonable too and quick.

Would love to give some feedback on the store and service, but i cannot. Wednesday +- 2:35pm i called the store. I was asked to hold on as i am being transferred to the pharmacy. It took 45 minutes to get to me. Not really acceptable in todays age.

Shoppers Canmore increased the prices of Passport´s Photo and they don´t warn that they don´t offer the service. I wasted my time and money today.

I would rate it a zero but that is not an option. A pharmacy. I am sick and need a prescription on a Sat. I came in and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. The staff was pleasant enough if distracted. I waited. After 20 minutes I returned to find a line up. I waited an additional 15 minutes. Was told only half my prescription was ready and I would have to come back at 3pm since they were too busy. I returned at 4pm. I was told only half was ready because the compounding room was locked. No apology. No understanding and a full day wasted since I would have needed to travel to Calgary to get the prescription filled. Something like this has happened to me three times with delays and promises undelivered. You'd think I would have learned to know they speak for convenience, take as long as they like with each customer and say, well were rocking here. Thanks for your patience. So busy. For such a friendly and seemingly well managed store, I find this upsetting especially given my discomfort and why I need my prescription filled. Thanks to the Canmore pharmacy team, I am getting in my car at 5pm to drive to Calgary to get my prescription filled. It was written at 7:30 this morning and at the Shopper's Drug Mart pharmacy at 9am this morning. Beyond disappointing. I would have appreciated being told up front what could and could not be done. I understand the busyness of a Saturday but consideration for something who needs some physical relief would have been nice. Shopper's Canmore pharmacy is not anything I want in a drugstore when I need it.

Staff are friendly and polite. I went here to take my son's passport picture and the manager was very patient, nice and friendly while he took my son's pictures. It is always challenging to take photos of a 5 years old because we usually smile when we take a picture, but he may not smile, he needs to stand up straight, and he may not move for a while for a passport photo. Unfortunately, the Passport Program rejected my son's photos because we could see a little bit of his teeth on the photos, so the manager took my son's photos again free of charge. I thought that I had to pay, but I was told free of charge to retake the passport photo. I really appreciate this kind of service!

I was accidently prescribed the wrong medication (and of course I couldn't remember the name of the right one) Mr. Mcloud took the time to ask the right questions to find the correct medication and the team (Tanya) went out of their way to get the right script quickly without me having to make a doctors appointment again (which would have been weeks later). much appreciated.

I was really surprised to found that this shoppers has REALLY REALLY OVERPRICE. The place to go for shopping is Saveon Foods Canmore prices are more reasonable, I found everything 2, 3 of 10 dollars more expensive that other places. . Example: Today I wanted to buy an eyeliner from Stilla which in shoppers Canmore location is 30 dollars, you can find the same one in Sephora or other locations in 22 dollars.( my advice just dont shop your make in Canmore it is ridiculous). Bio Oil was 14 dollars in Save on Foods 10 dollars. Live Clean shamppo conditioner, 7 dollars shopper, 5 dollars Saveon Foods. Just example, Go by yourself and compare!
