Pumps are charging for more gas than you're actually receiving.... Cashiers are too lazy to change receipt tape. The reason I pay at the pump is so I don't have to go inside to get a receipt. This is the first shell out of 100s that doesn't change the receipt tape.... Sad

Just bought gas this morning. Full serve. Pumped in 75 litres on my 90 litre tank... I was half full... Totally ripped off. The guy even said "oh I stopped it early, some guys complain that I don't top up" ... What does that even mean!?!

The service person was standing around while the bathroom floor was littered with toilet paper and towels on the counter. Either this service person was sabotaged or is not seeing maintenance work that needsto be constantly done. Grateful our granddaughter's diaper did not need to be changed in there!

Small location but had everything you would see at any other shell! My one complaint is how small the parking lot is. With the gas pumps being constantly in use and the amount of people in the town, it's really difficult to maneuver it (especially when people don't know how to drive), but overall satisfactory.

It's pretty nice old service station. Pump has been renovated couple of years ago I believe. They have almost all the things you look for in service station. One of the thing is they have fantastic touch less car wash.

I was at this gas station two weeks ago. The staff is really hard working, polite and serves their customers in the best way. The store is super clean and the service is convenient and fast. There is a staff member, Rashminder who was there on my visit and he dealt with me very politely and friendly.

Has a car wash! 8 pump stations usually no wait quick in and out. Small store but has your standard snacks and beverages available. Signage could be better lit it’s hard to see when driving you could miss it if not for google maps.

My car ???? needed gas and I found it here, imagine that, gas ⛽️ that is. I like Shell gas stations because they offer Air Miles and I use their app to get my gas and pay for it on my phone. I only got gas here so no opinion on the convenience store but access was easy and I was able to get gas easily. My experience was good and someday when traveling through Canmore I will return.

Great customer service. Bathroom was cleaner then any other gas station bathroom I’ve been too. We had to wait inside while my husband went through the car wash and they got me and my boy a chair to sit down. Nice to meet such friendly owners of this franchise... we will for sure visit again:

Do not use the washrooms at this gas station. Absolutely disgusting. They are in need of a major cleaning, I’m not over exaggerating when I say they haven’t been cleaned in at least a year.

This Shell station is one of my favourites on the way to BC. They actually let you pump before you pay. I HATE prepaying for gas. I once pumped $6 of fuel after the pumped clicked off because I had already prepaid on my visa for the difference. I hate having the hold on my visa for so many days. So anytime i get to pump before paying I'm happy. Shell stations always have bathrooms and a decent selection of things to eat and drink inside. Usually a clean station and the window squeegees are accessible and full of washer fluid for cleaning your windows. I enjoy collecting airmiles too!

I have been to Cannore 3 times and the lovely couple who own it, clean the washroom after every patron. They are on the main road through Canmore. The people are great the tourists need a new in depth education on Indigenous peoples of Canada. And thank God for the frontline workers. Truckers slow down our animals are sacred to us. N drive safe This is no race for any carrot down any rabbit hole! Canada I love u! U rock!
