Nice, clean, quiet hotel. 3 restaurants to choose from, close by shopping and easy access to freeways.

Can be a bit noisy, but I always stay here when I'm in Calgary. Good location with lots of available food options nearby. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

I just dealt with Luey on the phone and what an awesome guy!!! His customer service goes above and beyond. He literally saved my dog and myself. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. Thank you so much. We are looking so forward to our stay!

Great and friendly customer service. It was good because we just went there to sleep at night. If we wanted to spend more hours it would be boring. We used the pool and my friends enjoyed it(I am not a swimmer, I just accompanied them). We were 4 people with 2 queen beds. Size of the room was good. Every morning we should take a shower and imagine the floor would be full of hair and also wet. We asked for a room service they changed the towel which were on the floor and cleaned the beds but when we came back I recognized they have not swept the floor. The day after we asked them to vacuum the floor, they vacuumed but they did not empty the trash can which was more than full (to be honest the trash can was too small) and even they did not clean the table! At the end they tried to be clean and hygiene but not 100% and all together.

When first entering we were greeted with a smile. Check in was amazing. Farhin was very kind , knowledgeable and respectful. She made the check in process so easy and followed safety protocols. She was very kind and smiley and seemingly happy to help! It was great, thank you. Check out was a breeze as well. As for the stay, it was good. The elevators were a bit frustrating, however the room was clean. My only complaints really was that the shower seemed to be clogged and the water wouldn’t get very warm for a shower and the jets for the hot tub wouldn’t work. Everything else was great. :) The location was good as it was close to anything I needed. Two restaurants within the hotel, Denny’s and a moxies!
