Cooks need to pay attention when someone puts in a special request you listen to it! Ordered a big Mac with no onions no pickles, no lettuce and no Mac sauce and I got everything on it....this happens all the time either wrong order or missing items

For a McDonald's this is by far the best i have personally been to. The ladies are very sweet and seem to enjoy their job. Orders are always correct. The food isn't slapped together like most McDonald's, actually looks presentable.

The worst chocolate milk shake ever!!! They used 2B awesome tasting but not today prepared on Sept 19th 2021!! Very syrupy! Not thick at all! Sorry but extremely disappointed!!!

As MacDonald's go, this restaurant is fairly small (not surprising for a small town). My biggest misgiving, is that it sits in a busy parking lot. Getting in and out of the drive-thru during busy hours can be a bit nerve-wracking.

Went to this location on a Sunday afternoon around 2:00pm. I should have known better than ordering a muffin when there were only 2 left. Muffin was very dry. Is it just me, or have they changed the coffee? I used to really enjoy the coffee muffin combo. It will be quite a while before I go back. They managed to lose my order and we're non-apologetic. Bad food and bad service.

As a Picton resident, we go through the McDonald's here and there. Every single time they always miss at least one thing. My youngest son has to have his sweet and sour sauce for his nuggets and I've lost count on the times we haven't gotten it with his happy meal. I dont typically write bad reviews, but im just so not impressed. They need to get it together. Today I asked for 3 sauces so we can keep one or 2 in the fridge for days when they miss it and we didn't even get one of them....even though they are clearly on the receipt.... but we got apple slices that we never asked for with his french fries. Just so silly... they really need to hire better staff!

Quick, friendly service. Very tight drive-through, not suitable for larger vehicles. Access can difficult from Main Street, especially during tourist season.

Walked-in, ordered my food, it was fast and the food was actually good, there was no tables inside, had to sit outside with the “chicken nugget sized” wasps ???? ????, last thing the staff were friendly and polite…kudos to them! Will definitely stop by again on our next road trip down this way!

Slow in the lobby. Always mess up or forget som really recommend checking orders before taking off especially if you live a little drive out of town. Also curb side closes at 6 and if a truck is there you have no choice but to go in and usually slow and packed. Always very kind staff and always issues dealt with decently.

My expectation of McDonald's is low to begin with (sorry Ronald, I'm a wee bit jaded after years of messed up orders), but this location has hit an all-time low. The highlight first - the staff member who served me was pleasant. The rest of the experience, not so much. They have two unisex washrooms, but one was out of order. Maybe something happened earlier today and they just haven't had the emergency service call from a plumber happen yet (I hope that's the case, and not that it's been out of order for days???). The one remaining restroom was a mess. I've seen outhouses that were cleaner. Back to the lobby, it was freezing!! I like it cool, the AC in my car is almost always on, but this wasn't AC cool. This was sitting in the freezer kind of cold. Brrr. It was so cold my wife and daughter went outside to stand in the rain in an already cool day, because that was warmer than the McD's freezer we were in. The food was fine, though it appears a common item at other McD's was missing from the menu (sugar free latte). I tried to order it through the app and it was not available, and it wasn't listed in the menu board. The food was fine (though the fries were already not hot - no doubt because of the freezer kind temperature in the restaurant). At least they got the order right. That's better than some locations.

Well put together food is a rare occurrence. The burgers are frequently made messily and slide apart when you try to eat them, when they aren't falling apart it's usually because they're bone dry. and that's when you actually get the right order. I have not ever had a worse consistently bad experience at any other McDonald's or fast food location.

Always double check mobile orders. Last 2 times I ordered they gave me the wrong things. Stupid stuff like getting mayo instead McNugget sauce.

What can I say? It's McDonald's, the world's largest fast food restaurant chain. If you haven't eaten at McDonald's yet, you should go try it. It's filling, reasonably priced, and decently fast. Good for a quick meal, or as a treat once in a while, but at the end of the day, it's fast food, not healthy food.

The hamburger I ordered had a piece of paper in it I have never had a bad experience at any of your restaurant till recently im a construction supervisor im on the road 24 /7 I find your restaurant are a great place to eat I Don't no if it was the transitions of the opening of stage one and the store was extremely busy or what the paper was between the double quarter pounders I ordered I don't no how any of the employees couldn't see it the restaurant was the one in Belleville ontario on Dundas st I have bin there many times but I'm sure I'm not going to visit it anymore not looking for anything just very disappointing experience

It was a busy day but that staff was working hard to serve everyone. When I wasn't able to get something I ordered, they informed me quickly and allowed me to get something else for the same price. Great job fellas. 10/10 was happy with your service that day.

I have been there yesterday at around 10am. The kid who was working at the front frequently left his spot and went outside for curbside delivery. Everytime he comes back or after handling cash he never washed his hands and started touching food and coffee cups. Not sure if that's a part of McDonald's pandemic health and safety policy? Maybe!!! Just wondering if the shift leader or the manager had ever noticed that.

It's McDonald's what can I say. Kids like it, skip the line up and get curbside pickup. It will save you alot of time

The people that work here intentionally go as slow as they can. I don’t know if they understand that McDonalds is a fast food company, expect to wait on average 45 minutes in the drive-through. Do not come here with a low gas tank you may risk having to be towed out of the drive-through.

Staff was friendly. But the food was not very good. The fries were not very warm and were brown as if they had been sitting in the bottom of the deep fryer. They were also tasteless. The ice cream was melting from sitting waiting for our fries and the coffee was cold. Definitely not a good experience for a night snack.

Long wait times inside and the drive thru, and after all that forgot 1 of the 2 big macs sandwiches so i had to go back wait thru line inside to jave corrected. All in all, for the price and time not impressed at all with this McDonald's restaurant.

FRIENDLY STAFF, clean environment... fast service. Currently due to Covid-19 only take out,. Washrooms need cleaning though. If you need to use washrooms they ask you to buy something from them, and as a customer utilize the loo.
