The experience overall is great. The instructors and staff are super friendly and welcoming. However. Overall 4 participants flew each 10-30 seconds. Not the 1 minute advertised. One of The two vouchers were used for learning how to fly. Fly high time included time needed to adjust positions. For the price you pay $74.99+$25 for top it up with helmet and high fly, please readjust so people can actually learn, then use the vouchers to fly, and fly actually one minute not 10-30 seconds.

Great experience! First time flying. All it was cracked up to be and more. Steph was our instructor, she was awesome. If fact the whole staff was great. They did a nice job making you feel comfortable and were very engaging. Will be a return customer in the future!

I didn't have a very good experience at this place and would not recommend it to a friend. The instructor was so full of himself that there really wasn't room for him and his ego in the flying center. He was more concerned with telling us his story than with getting my ten year old daughter suited up right for the flight. Then another instructor from another class was actually yelling at a girl from in front of everyone and it was very degrading for her. In short the experience was terrible and in my opinion very over priced for what you get. Was very excited to try it out but the entire experience was very bad. In response to the owner. Thank you for looking into my complaint so quickly and thank you for having someone reach out to me from your team. The date of our flight was Sept 25th 2021 at 12:44. Please review your tapes as I mentioned the instructor next to us was yelling at a 14 year old girl that she wasn't paying attention. Very degrading to her and everyone else in the room.

I had booked a skydive flight for myself and fiancé. Upon arrival, we were told that people who have shoulder injury should not par-take in this adventure. Since my partner has shoulder injury, we decided not to proceed. Chris (the manager) was very understanding of our situation and he refunded us the whole amount. The refund was processed within 24 hours. Thankyou for your AWESOME customer service and leaving a positive impression.

Its a great experience and gives you a good idea of what skydiving feels like without jumping from a plane. The staff have logged hours in the chamber and are very experienced flyers who genuinely enjoy teaching new flyers.

A super fun & exciting experience! Can't wait to do this again for my daughter's birthday! Took a couple of friends with me the first time and they're pretty big guys ... I gotta give props to the instructors, cuz my guy friends were big and heavy, and for them to be supporting their weight and navigating them in the wind tunnel must've been hard cuz they were constantly stretching and panting before the next person would enter the tunnel! Loved it so much, I purchased a couple if crew passes for next time!

Took my kids after my 4 year old insisted he needed to sky dive.... We settled on indoor skydiving. Off we went !! From the moment we walked in the door it was amazing ! They were cool calm and collected even tho I was not ! My 8 year old loved it did amazing ! He did he high fly and wants to go back. My poor 4 year old did not have the best time, took his breath away and he panicked. They didn't overly push him but really helped him gain his ground ! He opted out of his last flight but the crew cheered him along even tho he didn't want to go again ! 10/10 would recommend them the staff were so great with the kids !!

Loved it. Got to experience sky diving feeling without having to jump from an airplane. It was an amazing experience. It felt very short. Two fly of one minute for $65+. I'm happy for the experience but it's a bit pricey.

You have got to go here! It was so much fun! Make sure to get at least 2, 5 min flying time slots. It goes by so quickly! Great location as there’s lots to do in and around iFly!

First thing, take your shoes off. If you don’t have your own spare shoes, be prepared to get your socks wet and dirty right after you walk in. Dont expect anybody to offer you a one-use shoe covers which cost 3 cents per pair. Due to covid, they won’t take you for a High fly. Instead, they offer you one extra 3 feet fly with the instructor. Do you want to offer your second fly to your friend or partner which came with you? Good luck with that. So NO HIGH FLY due to covid but right after you finish your 2 minute 3 feet high fun, the instructor will show you how high you can not fly in their tunnel. What a joke. Staff full of cheap excuses. Not coming back. Instructor was friendly, can’t say a bad word about him. However a bit of notice, or at least a call in the morning saying “hey we’re sorry can’t do high fly would you like to rebook?” Would be great.

A really cool experience start to finish. Perfect stepping stone to flinging yourself from a aircraft, if not better! Don't waste your time debating the upgraded packages; the high-fly and full helmets alone make them worth it for comfort and experience. Staff was fun, insightful, clearly experienced, and evidently love what they do.

Great experience and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If you've ever thought about trying skydiving, this is the closest to the experience you can get without jumping out of a plane. Definitely worth trying once, and it is definitely fun to watch the experts fly about doing really cool tricks. If I had more time and money, I'd definitely make this a regular habit/hobby.

WE took 6 of my daughters friends there in 2019 for a Bday party and we all had so much fun !!! Its exhilarating !! Website is very easy to find openings and the staff are great with using vouchers and follow up to assist with bookings ! Got iFLY package for my birthday. We booked two weeks in advance, they do suggest to book ahead of time. Overall, the experience was very good and I think we couldn't ask for a better instructor than James. We had two 90min sessions and added the high fly and paid an additional $15. For the length of the actual event, it is pretty pricey. However, we did have fun.

Not worth the money. You fly for 2 mins total. Then they try to bait and switch you by asking you at the beginning if you want to pay more to fly high and other add ons. Our group declined and then everyone in the group while inside the wind tunnel, went up high at the end (apparently the instructor in there just points up and it’s very loud and you’re like sure?) then at the end they charge you the extra 5 seconds of flying high, even though it was previously declined. Seems fun but such a rip off!

Took my brother here for his 16th! Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. I felt safe the entire time staff come into the tunnel to direct you and make sure you're ok. This is a crazy amazing experience. $$$ however it's an investment in an unforgettable experience. Make sure there are no previous shoulder injuries however they state that very firmly. Firm on arrival time, booking time etc. However everything went smoothly as a result, very organized and professional. If you have the funds try it at least once because I officially got the best big sister award for this birthday present.

Amazing experience! My instructor Ryan was excellent and very professional and I felt very secured. I did better than I thought I would. I loved the rush of the wind on my face..They were also very accommodating. Two of our kids didn't want to fly so they allowed their credits to be added on hubby's and mine. Definitely will be among my adrenaline rush activities in the city.

Pretty good experience… It’s like skydiving but without jumping out of an airplane. Definitely cheaper and less risky to learn everything on the ground. But as someone who has jumped out of an airplane, I can say it’s fun but not better than the real thing. There are lockers for your personal effects and if you forget your code, they have a key override (one person did forget so the process works!). My problem was with the technology. Firstly, on the waiver, it asks for a birth date but the interface does not tell the user what the boxes are for (year, month or day) and leaves the user guessing. Through trial and error, the user figures it out. For photo purchases after, you can’t use your credit card at the kiosk. You must choose the “pay at the front desk” option. Unless someone is there to tell you this, you go through the rigmarole on your own figuring it out the hard way. For the email receipt it didn't show us what we'd paid for the service. I thought that was the definition of a receipt... There were also problems with reported business hours on google and the address (811 64 Ave NE) not resolving to the correct location on google maps. I’ve submitted corrections for both issues and my rating was not affected by these issues.

Worth trying. I wouldn’t consider it comparable to freefall when jumping out of a plane with a parachute in the way that I’ve heard alot of people mention before. (Mostly because you just can’t replace the extreme fear/thrill of falling out of the sky in a safe environment like this). But there’s also a few reasons why I have no desire to spend $300+ to go skydiving again anytime soon. Compared to trying iFLY with my whole family the other day and wishing I could afford to go back in again all day long. Would take a few times to start getting any good at just some of the basics, but the instructors are super friendly and do a great job making it fun for everyone.

Giving it 4 stars because we were charged a 15$ per person fee for the “high fly”. We were never made aware that it was an additional charge prior to doing it. Aside from the little surprise it was an amazing experience! Took my younger sister out for her birthday and we both had a blast! The instructor James made sure everyone was comfortable and well informed. We couldn’t stop smiling the whole time during the flights! Definitely will recommend to anyone who wants to try!

First time flyer and I have to say it's definitely something to try at least once! Definitely opt in for the high flying option! It is pricey...if they had a discount Tuesday or something to get people hooked I think it would make it more accessible to people to try? Not sure if they even need to do that though as their seemed to be a steady flow of people coming through despite the cost.

This is by far the worst customer service I ever had. My wife bought me the ticket of $150 for my birthday to try the I-fly last year during COVID-19 I couldn’t do the fly for the whole year. August 2021 came, and I booked it on my birthday; however, I got sick the day before and postponed it until 3:30 pm today. The roads were busy, and the kids wanted to come over, so I was 10min late. My mistake, I understand that. Before I park, I got a call from the I-Fly telling me that because I’m late for the 3:30 class, I lost my ticket, and even though I offered to pay some penalties and try another time, they cancelled the whole thing for me, and I lost $150 that includes $30 for a photo. The manager talked to me and explained that I was supposed to be there 15min earlier, but I wasn’t hence I will lose the ticket. This is an expensive ticket, and selling a ticket that is expensive for probably a few min in the tube should come with some min level of courtesy to your clients that situations and mistakes happened and if you want people to go and use your facility, maybe be you should be a bit more flexible and have some level of understanding for people situations instead of a rigid, reading and repeating the manuals to me and wasting 10min to convince me that I “have to lose $150” because being 10min late. Well, give me back the photo fees since a photo doesn't need any preparations. This experience is horrible on many levels. I won’t recommend I-Fly to anyone I know and will have a bad memory that every time I think of lousy customer service, I’ll use I-Fly as an example. ------------------ In response to what the manager wrote: Chris, You can keep the $5.95 you offered. We paid $154 that includes, according to your website, five flights which is not reflecting the real deal of a one-time fly. If we knew that spending more than double the average fly of$69 for actually one flight, we would never buy the expensive one. In any way, I learned my lesson not to trust your deals and promotions. I stand by my review; your customer service and response to my case are so low on the standard customer service we pride ourselves on here in Calgary. I was motivated to write my review because I wouldn't want anybody to get the same lousy customer service I did. People supporting your business during a pandemic deserve much better service than what you are giving them.

Showed up this morning with a silver package (2 flights, 1 high flight, 1 photo, and 1 video) and was told that the 2 flights must be used on one person only instead of two people. At no point was this mentioned beforehand, creating an awkward situation where we now would have to pay as much again to get equal amounts of flight time. Very scummy of iFLY to not mention this, pretty obvious that this is an intentional ploy to get more money out of people. We walked out. Edit: a tiny little icon of a person with x1 beside it is not "pretty clear", and is the only mention anywhere.

Lots of fun and amazing customer service. When I emailed them about rebooking cancelled visit (due to COVID), their manager Chris emailed back and later called me directly to confirm new booking. When visiting, we were greeted with a big smile and very pleasant conversation. Our instructor, Nicole was amazing and super friendly to kids. Staff at this place made us feel welcome and guided us through every step of the process. Everyone had great time.

My goodness, afterwards, all the questions regarding previous shoulder injuries makes sense! I've never had and shoulder injuries, but my goodness, after experiencing ifly, my shoulders were SORE!!! Been a long time since I ve been challenged physically and mentally. Made me really uncomfortable.
