Canmore Hot Yoga allowed The WhimHoff Method, breathwork & icebath workshop to be hosted here by the phenomenal Whimhoff Instructor: Angela Knox. This location created a safe and beautiful environment for this empowering workshop to take place. I hope to join a future yoga class and cant wait to join a future icebath. Invitation to all to check out this location and participate in their events.

There are many types of classes and workshops offered with a variety of teachers, so I love being able to make choices. Hilary who owns the studio is a top notch instructor who is innovative and always striving to help her students to improve and grow.

Amazing studio with great classes and teachers. Aerial Yoga is a must try and the 10 consecutive day of yoga for 30 bucks is a greeeeat deal for new yogis.

Great studio just off the main drag of downtown Canmore. The room is optimal temperature for hot yoga and is nicely humidified as well. Not gonna lie, the class is tough and thorough. Expect to work into a lot of muscle groups and be left feeling blissed out, refreshed and satisfied with the effort. The staff and instructors are awesome and push you to be better! Lots of free parking available just outside of the front door.
