My first attempt on trading in my Yamaha XSR900 for Iron883 wasn't successful but after I got into an accident and had a chance to get rid of XSR900, I went straight back to HD Calgary to order an Iron883. Kat and Tami helped me a lot and answer everything I asked even when they are not even working. To be precise and fair, this is pertaining to the service department: Atrocious customer service. They simply could care less if they have your business or not. I would try any other option you can find. Your bit about how "we cannot find you" is pitiful. I am indeed a former customer. If that's your attempt to deflect, and that perhaps I've reviewed the wrong business, is quite laughable. Furthermore, your statement about customer service may be an aspiration, but the fact is you're not even close.

I finally found some time to write about the amazing customer service and experience. I called Calgary Harley-Davidson asked to speak to a sales representative, I was transferred to Kat. I have to say Kat was amazing from setting up an appointment, showing all the bikes I asked to see, with keeping my price point in mind. Made it so easy to purchase my second bike. That’s what customer service is all about . It’s new times shopping for anything these days. The care and safety through this pandemic that Calgary Harley offer is awesome. I was impressed to see how they operated through these times. So if you’re looking for a new Harley or something used. I just got my 2nd bike from Kat at Harley Davidson, and was blown away by the service, knowledge, and overall care she put into helping me find the perfect bike. She was easy to get a hold of when i had questions during the process, and very helpful connecting me with brad at the parts department to get the accessories i wanted. When i did pick up my bike the amount of detail they go into making sure the bike is 100%, clean and everything you wanted was unreal, the walk around the bike was very unexpected as i did not get anywhere near the experience i got at Calgary Harley-Davidson.

I was in Calgary from Winnipeg to pick up a Harley I purchased privately. I stopped in Calgary Harley Davidson because I had a loose muffler. The guys in service dept came outside and took off my muffler and put on a new clamp and had me out of there in 10 min. No charge. Fantastic service dept. I’ve since ordered parts because of the good service and since dealt with the service and warranty dept of Calgary Harley Davidson and they are fast and courteous I am very pleased. 5 Stars. My husband had wanted a Harley his entire life! We were told two places to visit Kanes and Harley Davidson. We were surprised to find out Kane took Harley Davidson off the floor, just in case your thinking of going there to purchase your Harley. My husband connected with a man named Troy, Troy was excellent, with honest intentions, no sales pitch and straight from the heart, a solid guy! Troy took care of us and all the steps to making this purchase one to remember. From the first Hello to the final goodbye was a great experience. "Could not have had a better experience or service" (my husband quotes ) **A tremendous insensitive ** BONUS ALERT! You receive a discount on the line of accessories and clothing within the time frame of the purchase of your bike and pick-up time. We purchased lots of things needed for a first-time rider, and the sales representative in the store was incredible; she remembered our names and took care of us in a helpful but not sales kind of way, from sizes to checking stock to tips and advice. I honestly forgot her name; however, she had blonde hair and extremely friendly. Our experience was one we will cherish as a first-time bike owner and a dream come true we could not be happier with the service we received and know we will continue to have. Five stars. ???????????????????? Ps. Pro Tip If your buying a bike, don't forget to learn about the guardian bell ???? or gremlin bell. And it's said you cannot by your own. Last reminder RING the BELL! It's an unforgettable experience.

They didn't torque my triple tree cap screws after installing progressive springs and heavy weight fork oil in my 2020 FXLRS, my left fork tube slipped up almost 3/4" causing massive front end vibration and damaging my front faring. Really not impressed. The parts guys are really great though ????????

I recently purchased a motorcycle from Kat at Harley Davidson Calgary. The whole experience was amazing and I definitely recommend going to see the dealership and talking to Kat if you are looking for a motorcycle perfect for you. Kat is very professional and she really takes the time to get to know you and get a sense of what type of rider you are. She will answer any questions without judgment - which I had a lot of since I am new to riding and this is my first bike - and make you feel like part of the family. The dealership walk around is amazing. You get to see where the magic happens behind the scenes, the tattoo shop upstairs and everything in between. The whole dealership is very impressive! I highly recommend heading over there for any of your motorcycle needs.

Not one employee assisted us today, which was remarkable considering there was only 1 or 2 other customers in the store. No one said Hi, or Welcome. Everyone seemed to me more Interested in eachother or their phones. I have never felt so unwelcome in a Harley Davidson store until today. My Father and I used to love shopping at HD stores all the time. But I won't be back to this location. Their is always another dealership around.

I went to Calgary Harley in 1996, with a friend who was getting his bike repaired. I'd been there months ago and liked the color or a 1995 road king with side car ( I didn,t like the side car) . Anyway My bike ,a 1991 FXSTS Springer was apart getting rechromed and I had a sudden urge to buy a new bike . I left a deposit, and that summer when the new bikes arrived I didnt like any of the colors ,so I asked for my deposit back . Ron asked what color I would like ,and I said that Black over silver RoadKing you had in here a year ago. to my surprise he said they said they still had it in storage ,and it was never sold , but a guy wanted to buy only the side car ,and if I bought the bike ,he would take the sidecar off for the other guy. Any way the bike is a 1995 model, and it was then 1996, the bike was still brand new ,but a year old. I told him that was great because my Springer parts were all back and I was riding it again, and If I bought a year old bike ,that was fine with me because I wanted it for a decoration in my living room ,and would never ride it . Well , 25 years later , It has 14 kilometers on it and still sits in my living room . HOLD ON! before yelling BS, I'm attaching a picture of it . I like my 1991 Springer ,and changed lots of things around to make it look good to me . I bought the Springer off the insurance company after it had been in a fire at Calgary Harley's location over on the east side of Barlow trail . That was in 1995 I think . I bought the saddle bags used from Calgary Harley , and a cam and several other parts to replace what was burned ,like the seat and tires . I always had great service from their sales and parts department . I didn't ride for the last few years , but this summer I've been riding my Springer again, and feeling great . And now to attach the no bs photos . While I'm at it I'll attach a photo of my 1959 FLH, that I started re assembling 12 years ago. this photo is a few years old , today it looks even less assembled , the front wheel is off and so are the gas tanks . Oh yeah It's in my down stairs kitchen ,sort of my man cave . I'd have kept it upstairs too, but my old Lady claimed it would be in the way in her kitchen. Little did I know she was already packing her bags . If I'd have know she was leaving I'd have it in the upstairs kitchen too. but now it's going to be to hard to haul up the stairs ,so I keep it down here with me . Neil

I live in B.C. and I was looking for a new riding jacket and the particular HD jacket I was looking for was not available at any store in B.C. I called Calgary Harley-Davidson and spoke to Allison who told me that she had every size available and I asked her to put a Large and XL aside for a few days until I could get out to Alberta to try them on and to make a decision if I was going to buy the jacket. I went to Calgary Harley-Davidson a few days later and was greeted by Allison. She was extremely helpful with the fitting of the jacket and very knowledgeable and her customer service was superior. She was friendly and very helpful. When I paid for the jacket I was surprised that she discounted the jacket by 10% just for my troubles of having to travel to Alberta to get the jacket I wanted. Allison really made the trip worth my while and now I have the jacket I have wanted for some time. Brought my bike in to get dyno tuned as it had a few tuning issues. Long story short, during the 3 hours I waited, I heard them dyno 3 bikes, including mine. My bill was $500, for 3 hours of work. None of those bikes were on the dyno for more than an hour. I asked for the dyno sheet, it did show they had worked out a dip in the response, so I didn't question it at the time, I was just happy it was fixed - until I left their parking lot and twisted the throttle. The bike bogged, just like it was before I brought it in. I didn't have time to turn around, so I kept going - then the second issue kicked in - Check engine code, 'rear cylinder running rich', the other issue I asked them to take care of. 3 hours, $500, and only 1 of 3 issues resolved. Called them the following Monday to see what they would do about it, and while they were willing to fix it, the only options they gave me were the following Friday before May long weekend, or 2 weeks out. When I told them that wasn't acceptable, they were perfectly fine with me not being satisfied with being ripped off. I'll be taking my bikes, my upcoming engine build, and all my friends' bikes elsewhere. Update to owner's response - You had your chance to make it right when I called the first time. Your staff didn't give a s**t. Since checking out the tuning file deltas to compare, I also discovered that your dyno guy only modified an already faulty base file. So about 1/2 an hour of work on the dyno you charged me 3 hours for? And no, my username here isn't in your system. I'll leave it up to you to figure out which of many customers you guys have probably screwed.

A sincere thank you for Marion. They had a neat offering where you can pay a bit extra, I think we paid $50/day and they'll take care of the insurance, so no deductible. The bike was ready and waiting for me when I arrived and a nice gentleman gave me the run down on the bike. I just wanted to take a moment and genuinely thank Marion for the amazing customer service and support. This has been our second time using Calgary Harley for renting a bike and both time, zero issues and the price was more than right. I won't go any where. Salesman was knowledgeable, Finance office could have provided more information on what was required to be brought / needed for paperwork prior to arrive at the dealership. Parts sales was not as helpful as other dealerships We've been to. The bike had a code once we left the dealership, we had to return and it was promptly taken care of, but the bike should have never been on the floor like that. Overall experience was pleasant.

Just want to give a shout out to the amazing service I received lately from the care of Calgary Harley Davidson. I won a free three fluid change and when I went to claim it, they came out to my house (1hr 15min outside city limits) to pick up my bike. Once in there, they found out that there was a recall on my bike and they fixed the issue without any cost to me. They also found some moisture in my brake lines and sorted that issue as well. Have to say I am very impressed by the service as it went above and beyond what I could have imagined. Thanks all, you will be my go to dealership now.

I will never shop at this place again. I was dealing with a sales guy named Troy. Nice guy so it seemed. I looked around and kinda settled on a bike I liked. With some discussion we settled on a price and I made an offer. It was accepted and I wanted to take the day to think about it. Troy said he would hold the bike until the next day in “good faith” as he put it. So because I didn’t put a deposit down I understood that it was still up for sale and at the very least if somebody else made an offer I would be given first right of refusal. Not so. Shortly after closing I got a call from Troy that he sold the bike. To say the least I was disappointed. I felt I should have at least got call to inform me that someone else has made an offer and if I want the bike. Just a quick call. They just sold the bike without giving me any consideration. I will never shop at this place again. If that is their kind of “good faith” I want nothing to do with them.
