I liked almost everything about Aloft, especially the fact it’s pet friendly. I would not travel without my furry friend. The staff was excellent as well. I had an extra person in my family group and the manager gave me an additional room at half the price. The restaurant needs a better menu, I would say. Otherwise, I’m very impressed.

Booked for two nights and only stayed one night due to an emergency. I spoke to the receptionist and I was assured I’ll get a day refund. Well that NEVER happened and I was charged two nights. Not good.

Very nice hotel - best rates within the city and great value! Lots of amenities like pool, extremely large lounge area, exercise room and awesome full breakfast buffet included. Even has a spa onsite❣️Staff are very friendly and accommodating- I was able to email a document for printing and they called once it was done.

I spent 2 months at this hotel. Manager was super helpful and friendly, as were all the staff. Food in restaurant was delicious and bar tendering staff were highly professional. Super breakfast. Access to underground parking was a bonus. Rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable with large showers. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Aloft team for making me feel at home.

Great beds, good value. Road construction requires some gyrations to get around. Needs some TLC not on the daily cleaning so much as keeping up with things like stains on the wall and furniture.

Room was clean, quick service. Only issue is breakfast are out of almost everything even we came down at 8. Dont see any refill for another 30 mins ( lot of customers waiting behind us also) limited selection (only 2 kinds of egg) and 1 was empty

Love the Aloft brand. This hotel felt a little more dated than some I’ve been to as of late, but is no exception to being a great value, upscale midrange lodging option - it’s a modern space with clean rooms and dog-friendly options available. Covered, secure parking for small cars. (Taller cars, less so.) Friendly staff. Right across the street from the train, so an easy trip downtown. Gym was well-stocked for a hotel workout space. Breakfast was probably the low point for me, but it was included free of charge, so really can’t complain too much ;)!!

At the end just before everything starts reopening, a good overall stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Dining facilities still closed at the time though as a result of the pandemic.
