As I had just returned from overseas work, and looking to get back into oilfield in Canada I had the pleasure of stopping in to this establishment to look into renewing tickets From the moment you walk in the door the front office is very clean and well organized . I was met by friendly and knowledgeable staff that had answers and recommendations to all of my inquiries. I had the pleasure of chatting to the GM (Jodi) . Her professionalism was very refreshing as she had no issues In getting me on the right track with course outlines ,competitive prices, and schedules . I will no doubt be utilizing this great local service and recommend it to all .

I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Tod and Jodi personally (the company owners) since 2016 and am impressed each and every time I have dealings with them. Once, and only once, she did not know the answer and told me she would get back to me. She did, within the hour. Went to ICON Safety Consulting for Aerial Platform Training, and 1st aid training. The location was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The staff and trainers were knowledgeable, and friendly. I recently took my first aid course with Icon. They were able to offer me the course the week following my call. The classroom and facilities blew me away with the cleanliness and organization. The class size was perfect and Sean (the instructor) made it feel relaxed and comfortable. Everything about my experience from walking in the door to receiving my certificate was fantastic. Very positive and thorough training. I take my first aid through them and it wasn't uncomfortable at all. Actually learned a thing or two and was able to put their training to good use when I was involved in a head on collision this past summer. It was terrifying and I'm glad I had the training I recieved to confidently make my way through the situation step by step.. I'm NOT saying that other training facilities don't do their jobs good enough? Just that ICON did it better.

We found out this morning that our daughter took the wrong CPR course through this business which was required for her college. When I called in to discuss and to get a better perspective on what happened or what course she did take, the lady was very rude. My recommendation would be to explain/confirm to the applicant which course they are taking prior to taking their money. Another recommendation would be to have staff that are friendly and helpful...it goes a long way in customer service.
