I got 18 hours with instructor and and I can say I fully learned how to drive in that time. He was very calm and patient and he taught everything at the right pace. I truly am impressed. He puts all his efforts to help a student gain confidence and learn not to just drive but learn to drive safely. YES THEY HAVE AN OFFICE! It's just under renovation at the moment is all. Other than that, the instructor is very patient and helpful, he calmly and clearly explains what you're doing wrong and will always keep things real with you. In the past, I took a driving course that costed just as much but the instructor wasn't as punctual or professional. Feeling good for my upcoming exam. :)

I used to drive in NYC but havent driven in years due to me living close to train station and downtown. I needed to refresh my mind since now i am a mother of a toddler and due for a second one soon. I was not confident at all driving. I search for weeks until i came across universal driving, the owner i cant recall her name was very very nice, booked me in asap, started driving with CS and he made me feel super comfortable very nice, we always have good conversations, gives me excellent tips on my driving. I am grateful for him, and if you’re looking for someone to boost your confidence definitely look for CS and plus their prices are excellent

I signed up for a 4-hour brush up lesson since I hadn’t driven for years. I was very nervous before driving. The instructor was really friendly, kind and patient. He answered clearly all the questions I had. Even though it was only 4 hours lesson, I think I gained my confidence in driving again. During the 4 hour lessons, I drove main roads, communities in NW/NE, highway, and also practiced parking(parallel, uphill, downhill, parking lot in a supermarket) and more. It was such a great experience and I sincerely appreciate the instructor who helped me gain confidence in driving again. Thank you so much!! Highly recommended!

Beyond horrible drivers come out of here. I'm honestly not even sure the people giving the lessons know how to properly drive. I got behind a woman "teaching" another person how to drive. I pulled behind this person while they were doing 50 km/h through a playground zone in the right side of the road (which is a shoulder and should NOT be used to drive in) until I honked my horn and they abruptly slammed there brakes on at the shoulder of the road. I honestly dont understand how these companies aren't shut down by the government from taking people's money and not teaching them how to drive one single bit. No wonder Calgary has some of the WORST drivers! Go to AMA. You will also get lower insurance rates if you go through AMA.

I recently just had my first driving lesson with them. Going in I was absolutely nervous and didn’t think I’d make it onto the road. By the end of the session, I was already out on the main roads and I felt confident but mostly safe. The instructor made sure that I was comfortable before we proceeded with anything. The biggest thing I find when you’re just starting to drive isn’t the actual driving part, but the nerves and anxiety that comes with it, so I’m glad my instructor was able to take that away. But don't be complacent bec. not everything you learn from driving course will be enough to pass the road test. That is why they have Brush Up and you need a good driving instructor for the brush up. This driving school doesn't exist, me and my wife went here today after talking to a lady over the phone to check their office. We were surprised that there were not there, I called their number again and the same lady insisted that we pay first online then meet them, I told her that I will not pay someone whom I dont know if I havent check their legitimacy yet. So I asked her so many times where are they located, she keeps giving excuse that they just move and doing some reno and that theres no one in the office, even if they move there will still be an address to their new location but she is still giving me the same reason and we are just going in circles. I dont know where did they got their reviews from which are mostly 1st reviews of these people by the way.

Recently started the program with Sajid. He is very professional and communicates everything to me clearly. Very laid back and calm when teaching. I haven’t been confident with myself with driving, but doing the lessons with him in a couple of days made me really at ease with driving. We cover all the basic stuff like driving around residential neighborhoods, main roads parallel parking and he will be showing me around the driving test area to familiarize me with the roads. I recommend this program and this company.

The instructor is very patience with me on the road and telling me everything that I need know in the exam. I had great experience with my driving instructor for a 10 hour in person driving class. I was very unclear about road signs and parking before, but after taking only 3 classes, I am so confident about my driving. I would highly recommend this driving school as their in person driving is very detailed and easy to learn and their online class teaches you everything that you need to know about a car! ????

I am a new driver and passed with the first attempt after taking a 10 hour course with this school. I will highly suggest this school for all new drivers that want to pass the road test. My instructor was very professional, always arrived on time, explained every single detail of the exam, gave me tips on how to pass it. There are a few essential items, one of them being the maximum speed at uncontrolled intersections, that the examiners are looking for but are not mentioned in the Alberta driver's handbook, yet the instructor let me know about these in our very first lesson. Don't forget, during the test - one mistake is worth 10 points, get 70 of them and you failed. And they get accumulated pretty fast. My suggestion - study the handbook as much as you can and during the road test watch for pedestrians on major busy intersections - it's easy to miss them coming from your left especially when you have to turn left. Good luck!
