G.P Singh was also very amicable and had positive attitude when I initially called him for a brush up lesson. I took a brush up class with karam Deol and passed my road test. My instructor Sharan was great ! I started with absolutely no driving experience, but thanks to her help I was able to pass my road test on the first try in under a month of driving. She taught me everything I needed to know and made a very comfortable environment for learning. The only problem I had is that the school itself has a lot of students they sometimes struggle to schedule you in for practice. Overall would I definitely still recommend taking lessons here !

I passed my class 5 GDL road test today with 5 hours of brush up lessons with Sharan Jassar and I would HIGHLY recommend her as an instructor. I first took my road test 2 years ago, with a different company, and I failed my exam mainly because of nerves. Since then, I haven't really felt that confident with driving but Sharan Jassar was really kind and made me feel comfortable behind the wheel again. She helped me improve on areas that I was struggling in like parallel parking, which I was absolutely terrible at. She consistently assured me that I was doing great which gave me the confidence to book and pass my road test. If you're looking for a driving school to teach you how to drive or just for some brush up lessons before your road test (like me) then I would 100% recommend Arrow Driving School.

It was a really good experience. They make sure that they cover all of your hours for a really cheap price. The vehicles used are in good condition and they pick you up and drop you off right on time. The instructors are professional and they have good communication with the students. KULDIP IS AMAZING! I booked a 2-hour lesson with Kuldip and she helped me so much in passing my road test at Millwoods Registry. She is very flexible with the schedule of the lessons. Kuldip is very well versed with the routes and gives you tips on how you can improve. She is very friendly and she points out your mistakes in a gentle and respectful way. She is very professional and she makes you very comfortable during the lessons. She also tells you about her family and having her in the passenger seat is like having a friend drives with you! Her car is also very easy to drive and in a great condition, it worked very well for me during my road test. Of course it is beneficial to have a lot of practice beforehand. Having KULDIP as an instructor was definitely worth your money and she is one of the best instructors out there. 10/10 would recommend!

If you ain’t brown this is not a driving school for you. I took was with a lady who was constantly on her phone/ calling and I couldn’t even drive cause she kept touch the stirring wheel, I didn’t understand what she was saying most of the time. After I finish my lesson she MADE ME DRIVE TO PICK UP ANOTHER STUDENT WHO WAS HIS FIRST DAY LITERALLY EVER TOUCHING A STIRRING WHEEL. SHE MADE ME SIT AT THE BACK AND MADE HIM DRIVE ME HOME!!!!!. She quickly start speaking the same language and did not once do any of the things she did with me while driving( touching the stirring wheel, on the phone) even though this kid was Horrible (no hate). Once the lesson was done she told me she would call and text me the next day, SHE DID NOT CALL OR TEXT. MY mother called and they ignored her calls and I did not receive ANY LESSONS from there again.

I scheduled a brush up driving lesson with this driving school so I could pass my advanced driving test and Arrow driving school never showed up. I called the companies number that was posted on the company website after 15 mins of being late for my scheduled time and I was told to text my address information and someone will be coming to my address to meet me for my lesson. 15 mins after that I get a call saying someone else was scheduled for their advanced road test for the same time and day and that I need to reschedule. I tried rescheduling for a different day but it would of been the morning of my driving exam because I don't have any form of child care during evening hours and weekends. The lady on the phone mentioned that I would need a car for the test since I would of been dropped off at the registry for the driving exam. She also mentioned she would have to speak with her manager about the car rental and she will need to call me back. An hour and a half I don't receive a call back so I call back the person that phoned me and leave a message about an alternate time for a driving lesson. An hour and a half after that I call the arrow driving school and I'm only able to leave a message. It's been over a week and no one from the company has called me back, not even for an apology for the missed appointment or even offer a refund. I don't recommend this company, very dissatisfied with the level of costumer service. I ended up passing my driving test without their help.

I had a class 7 learning license with the exemption that I am eligible for the Class 5 Advance license. I had booked my advance road test instead of a basic road test but honestly speaking, I was not confident to pass the advanced road test. I took three days consecutive classes with Mr.G.P Sigh and I have passed the road test. Running commentary techniques, talking while you learning how to driving, is very effective. The instructor or examiner does not have to guess what you are doing, they know exactly what you are going to do. It also reinforces the knowledge, skill, and ability that you need to learn how to drive. I have used this technique on the driving test day, the examiner was very comfortable. This is how much support she gives and efforts to her students. and she is very responsible as welleven if she had busy schedule sometimes, but she made sure that she make her time for each student so they pass their test without any hesitation. I was so nervous and scared while driving but she was very kind to me and without her efforts and support I don’t think I could pass my test today! I don't write online reviews often but I felt the need to highlight this business for its exemplary work. I had 17 year old twins that needed to get licensed and so I chose this driving school because it was rated as one of the very best by students and teens. I called Arrow and was soon connected with a driving instructor, Mrs. Prabhjot Cheema. This woman is very calm, gentle and so respectful in nature. Even though my children were initially nervous driving with the school, they were calmed by Mrs. Cheema given her splendid demeanor. The twins became more confident with every lesson and felt comfortable by the end of their 10 hours of driving with Mrs. Cheema. I believe Mrs. Prabhjot Cheema's gentle character directly contributed to the twins' success. As an adult not being from Alberta, I wasn't aware of the theory and the process itself for getting the twins licensed. Mrs. Cheema was wonderful every step of the way making herself available to answer my many many questions! She's made all the difference in the world! My daughter passed her first road test and my son passed on his second attempt which I understand to be very typical. So I'm VERY pleased! In a world where businesses seem cold and impersonal, this school is also caring and pretty suitable for young people. If you have a timid or sensitive teenager/young adult that isn't the most confident behind the wheel, I strongly recommend this school and Mrs. Prabhjot Cheema! You will not be disappointed.

Passed the test with a perfect score. For sure one of the best schools in Edmonton. Setting up and calling for an instructor was very smooth with no problems. I had Simer as my instructor for 10 hours. She was amazing, told me everything I needed to improve on, for example my parallel parking and turns, and how to drive safely. We had great communication, she'd always notify you your next lesson with her the day before. If your thinking of getting into Arrow Driving School, definitely choose her as your instructor.
