Teen Plus Driving School was referred to our family through a family friend whose son went through this driving school. Her driving instructor, Victor, did a really good job at putting her at ease and helping her build her confidence in driving. She was a bit nervous at first, so my husband and I thought it best to have someone, other than us, teach her how to drive and the "rules of the road". Victor did not disappoint and he did an excellent job. We were very pleased with her lessons and strongly recommend Victor and Teen Plus Driving!

Had my coaching with Victor just before my road test. He made me feel really confident with myself. I didn't really get the time to practice often with my parents, so I was convinced that I would fail. He gave me constructive criticisms without having me feel bad about my driving skills. He was very clear with his instructions and tips. He never raised his voice once, he was a calm and effective teacher. Teen plus driving school was 100% the way to go! I was extremely anxious to start driving and my main goal was to pass the road test. Victor was over the top amazing at instructing me, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and I felt very safe. I am a 16 year old girl who gets very anxious and doesn't like being yelled at, Victor NEVER EVER got mad, he only used constructive criticism and I've never felt more confident in my driving. He followed all of the COVID - 19 protocols and sanitized after each student. And on the plus side, he bought me an iced capp every single one of my classes. update for Nov 2021: Victor has now helped 2 of my kids pass their tests. He is organized, professional and very easy to reach by text. The fact that the kids get to drive a Tesla is pretty awesome! Victor is reliable, kind, consistent, and very flexible. He was able to very quickly adapt his schedule to accommodate a rental for a last minute road test. My son had a lot of anxiety about the test but Victor's calm nature put him at ease. He pointed out everything my son was doing well while supporting him with skills that needed to be polished. Since Victor used to conduct road test examinations, he is very knowledgeable and is good at getting his students ready for the test! Teens Plus was awesome. The instructor Victor was accommodating to my daughters busy schedule and was a great teacher. Rave to Teen Plus driving school. The new owner Victor was great with my son. He passed his test on the first try. It was easy to book and schedule. My son got to drive the Tesla which was cool. But the biggest part of this rave is Victor went above and beyond helping me out on his own time to correct an issue I have with the previous owner. This issue was 2 years old and it seemed hopeless. My son’s driving experience with Mr. Drew was really good. Drew is disciplined, communicate effectively and planned every lesson ahead of time to meet our schedule. Being able to drive a Tesla (One of the safest and reliable cars currently on the market), and Having Victor as my instructor gave me the greatest learning experience I have had. Not once did I feel uneasy with him in the passenger seat as he gave me perfect instructions and tips to help me learn how to properly drive a car. After originally hiring a different school/instructor and receiving subpar training, we were a few weeks out from my son's test and weren't feeling overly confident. I called Victor and he stepped in IMMEDIATELY, assured me he could help, assessed what my son needed help with, gave him the proper instruction and confidence, and my son ACED his driver's test. This review will not do the justice to the service and experience that Victor provided for my son. My son was extremely anxious about driving. Victors ability to teach him was amazing. He is such a confident driver now and it doesn’t matter what he is driving, whether it’s my one ton dually or his Jetta. He got his license first try in the blizzard we had on January 13 so that’s a testament to his training from Victor. I would hands down ONLY recommend Teen Plus to anyone! A couple of months ago we signed up our older child with another driving school. They were good but we had an issue occur and when I brought it up, I was met with annoyance and justification for their error and the whole experience soured me from using them with our younger child so we decided to try Teen Plus instead this time around and I can NOT say enough great things about them! The instructor our child had was great (not Victor, he has a 2 month waiting list and we wanted to get going on the lessons)! He was VERY personable, easy going and knowledgeable and made our child feel comfortable right off the bat. We did have a discrepancy in the recorded hours and the actual amount of time our child was on the road for, so I emailed the company wondering if there was something that could be done to make up for the lost time. Victor responded right away and literally bent over backwards to make things right! In hindsight I should have brought up the time discrepancy after the first couple of times but I actually wasn’t too concerned over a few lost minutes... until on the last day when we missed almost 1/2 an hours worth of time and then in combination with all the other days, it really added up. I did not feel it was a malicious or purposeful mistake by ANY means, just a casual attitude of calculating the time by the instructor and Victor talked it over with them so it would not happen again. I was simply looking for a fair exchange for what we had paid for, and politely asked if we could possibly get a small refund or just have more time on the road. I made sure to let Victor know that we were otherwise VERY happy with our experience with the instructor other than the time issue and Victor went over the top to fix it! I only requested what we had paid for but he gave us SO much more, which was really not necessary but it truly showed me what kind of businessman he is! In this day and age it’s hard to find outstanding customer service but he provided exactly that!! He knows how to treat customers and based on our personal experience, I see why he has SOOO, so many glowing reviews on his site! It was refreshing to have him do SO much more than we expected and I told him he really didn’t have to do all that he did, but he insisted!! He not only paid for our rental car for the first test that our child had just had but he also personally cancelled an appointment to fit our child in for 2 hours of extra driving time with him personally!!! As I said, Victor has a 2 month waiting list to drive with him and he told me to pick whatever time works for us for literally THE next day or two days after and he will just make it work with his schedule. I am so sorry to the person who had their appointment moved to fit us in and I hope it wasn’t too disruptive but that is TRUE customer service! He also guaranteed our child would pass this second test (provided he didn’t make any driving errors of course! :D). Even though our child learned a ton from the first instructor, the short time he had with Victor, he still discovered things that he didn’t know! He had the last time slot of the day and did in fact pass the second test with the tester saying he was his highest mark of the day! On top of ALL that,we had a vehicle snag the day before our child was to have the test and were out a vehicle but Victor insisted I not worry about ANY of it! He will take care of it all!! Our child then got to drive the Camaro for the extra driving time and use the Tesla for his test! What day! I have already mentioned Teen Plus to a friend of mine who’s child doesn’t have their drivers yet and I would wholeheartedly recommend them, hands down! I regret not going with them for our older child but it was also the contrast between the two that made me write a review and I don't write a lot of reviews but this experience warranted one! Absolutely outstanding service right from the start, thank you!

PLEASE READ- former student First off I would like to state that Victor is probably one of the most Jolly and kind people I have ever met. He does a wonderful job of both teaching and providing a comfortable environment. Every class I had with him I felt more confident, even when I made mistakes because he doesn't belittle you he shows you and encourages improvement. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy and for some perspective I had failed the road test a few times (before getting lessons here) because I was too anxious and, as Victor helped me understand, I was inexperienced which only makes things more intimidating. He built my confidence up and then gave me the skill set to actually pass the FIRST TRY after I had started with him. To elaborate I have pretty serious performance/test anxiety so I truly believed I may never drive. I have never felt so confident in my own abilities, which is truly thanks to Victor and the time he took to help me. If you are looking at this and you are unsure if Teen plus driving is for you or if you should just try and do it without lessons, I HIGHLY recommend coming here and getting it done right the first time. I am more then satisfied and I have a firm belief that anyone could go from scared to prepared once you have finished your lessons. To conclude if you or your child is looking for a place to get the amount of assistance you need and knowledge towards driving and the rules of the road then I say you look no further and you try and get in as soon as possible as your success will come as soon as lessons begin. Not even including the fact you can get money off your insurance. Yes the vehicles you have are stellar, however (and more importantly) they are parallel to your teaching efforts. My son’s driving instructor Victor is the perfect instructor for parents who want to ensure their teen accumulates all the skills, knowledge and confidence they need to pass their drivers test. Victor was really flexible, kind and professional and ensured our son had driven in many different traffic conditions and areas. He also prepped him carefully for the area he was booked to take his test. In our case this was a different town 30 minutes away that he took him to to practice. He passed with 100%! These sessions were the only reason I passed. my instructor was very calm and helped with any questions and concerns I would have through the lesson. even with covid we were able to keep practising as they were very effective, sanitary and had great safe regulations. Before I met Teen Plus Driving School, I had no experience or confidence in my driving abilities. Still, thanks to my driving instructor, Victor, who was the most patient and encouraging person I've ever met and always answered all my questions, I was able to pass my road test on my first try confidently. They also offer pick-ups and drop-offs for each lesson far out into the country where I live, which is a plus as not many driving schools offer this. I highly recommend Teen Plus.

My son is a very anxious person, Victor calmed him down and made him feel relaxed, he was amazing with him! He was extremely accommodating for times for pick up and drop off. He teaches his students in a fun way, which makes it easier for them to learn.My son passed on his first try, my other son did a refresher course for his advanced driving test with Victor and absolutely loved it! I would recommend Victor to anyone, don't waste your time on the cheaper schools, if you want your kid to be a confident driver, Teen Plus is the way to go!

Request someone other than Drew!!! I am disgusted with driver Drew's behavior. He treated myself and my grand daughter terribly, ultimately telling my grand daughter to get out of the car!!!!!! On the up side i called the owner and my complaint was well heard and promptly dealt with!! Drew gets a minus score, but i give the school and owner kudos for the service! He is going to start her over, due to Drew's bad behavior, and total disrespect!
