My instructor Satwant taught me everything I needed to learn and worked on my weaknesses very well. If any problems with scheduling occurred, we resolved them easily and professionally. I passed my road test first attempt. I highly recommend Satwant as your instructor.

You definitely will get what you are paying for. My instructor was late a few times and I never got the time back. Furthermore, classes ended 15 minutes before because we had to go and pick up another student and it took me an hour to get to my destination. The classroom was extremely crowded, up to the point that it could have been a fire hazard. Sitting on a chair without a desk for 8 hours is not fun. Had to wait most of my half an hour break to use the bathroom. I completed my driving classes and guess what? has been over 6 weeks and I never got my insurance certification in the mail. Called twice and was told they would call back and they never did. Might increase my review if I manage to get my certificate, but so far I feel like I lost $550.

It was really a happy experience with Noble driving school. Mr. Anwar is an excellent, nice and skilled trainer. He explains ideas clearly, and has great patience to my driving skill growth. I recently finished by driving course here and I don't have enough great things to say. My driving instructor was Anwar. He was a very good teacher, I started off very nervous being on the road and he helped me calm my nerves. He covered everything there is to know about being a driver and made sure I was 100% prepared for my drivers exam. I passed on my first go!!! He is very good at explaining the rules of the road and also, which was very important to me, teaching me the different techniques for parking. Parallel parking now seems like a breeze. Thank you Anwar so much!!! Would 100% recommend this driving school.

My experience with another driving school before was not pleasant. The instructor I had the misfortune of meeting was impatient and condescending. So I knew that I had to look for a driving school that had good reviews. Noble driving school had great reviews from previous students so I decided to check it out. When I met my instructor he asked what I wanted my instructor to be like, and I told him I wanted someone patient. And Jason was just that. He was patient and thorough. His patience has been proven time and again in my road lessons when we found ourselves in some awkward situations. He remained calm and reassuring when other people would have been rattled. He was thorough in explaining to me what I did wrong, what I should have done, and the rationale behind which makes it easier to remember and not make the same mistake again. He is also very good at pointing out bad habits that I had to get rid of. I also appreciated that he would never talk too long on the phone when he was teaching me. Other things I liked about the school are: The price for the lessons are reasonable and fair, you can choose where you want to be picked up and dropped off, and the car used for my road lesson was in pretty good condition. What needs improvement: They might want to offer a standard transmission vehicle, more days for the classroom instruction which for now is only offered on Saturdays, and more flexible modes of payment. Otherwise, this is one very good school and well worth the money.

Not only is the cost competitive (about $300 lower for the same amount of hours at AMA), the quality is excellent as well. I am a naturally nervous person so I was a bit hesitant in my driving at first but the competency my instructor Satwant displayed in teaching me to be a better driver is something I will never forget. When he corrected me always showed encouragement to keep going and he never got frustrated if my skills in certain areas needed a little work. Just before my road test he told me don't be nervous because when your nervous you make mistakes and he was right. For anyone who has been putting off getting their license I highly suggest Noble and Mr. Satwant because they will help you become a more confident and competent driver.

For my first two lessons I was assigned to driving instructor. On the first lesson he was very patient and nice despite me being a new driver and learning for the first time. However, on the second driving lesson I found my instructor to be quite impatient with me as he came off abit rude through his words and actions. I have no complaints otherwise as I am thankful for my last instructor. I switched instructors for my last 3 lessons. My new driving instructor I was assigned to was "Mr.Satwant". He was very patient and polite with the way he spoke and handled certain situations when I was driving. I highly recommend him as your driving instructor, he made me feel more comfortable on the road and complimented me when I was driving well. He as well explained things step by step by using pictures as examples. This cleared lots of confusion and helped me alot as I have a photographic memory. I would really recommend this driving school. The online segment really under standard in my opinion but the in-person driving training is phenomenal. Karam was my instructor, and each lesson I had with him was a blast. He is calm and collected, and lets you learn from all your mistakes without making you feel bad. Karam made me feel very comfortable driving and kept me on my toes by building on certain skills again and again. It's not the cheapest out there but definitely worth it.

Noble Driving School was one of the cheapest schools out there, you get what you pay for. They did help me get over the fear of driving in the city and feel more comfortable driving. But the instructors are not that great. My instructor would get mad at me and raise his voice when I did a wrong maneuver . I'm sorry but I'm paying you to teach me, don't accept me to know everything about driving when I don't have much experience. They need to explain to you what you did wrong and how to fix it(quietly).

He was very patient and taught me every aspect necessary for passing the driving test. He gave me step by step instructions for what to do and what not to do during the test. Soodesh my driver's instructor was very helpful. He explained all the rules and expectations for the driver's test and practiced them. At times he was a little hard to understand but without his help I wouldn't t have passed my driver's test. First off, I would like to thank Nobel Driving School for helping me to get my road test done with absolutely no errors. The man with the brains "Karam" has in depth knowledge of driving rules and regulations. He is very patient in teaching in class version where you gain all the technical knowledge about driving. The whole syllabus is cleverly integrated so that you can gain this knowledge within 2 classes. Also, they provide a guide in the class that has all the information of what is being taught and you have space to take important notes against each situation. Coming to the in car practice, PJ was my instructor. He is very kind and friendly. He also jokes around often. The best thing about him is, he is always on time. He has good knowledge and experience in coaching the students. He keeps on repeating himself many times but this is for your own good as he wants perfection. If you do slightest of errors he will let you know right away. Don't be upset of bad driving on the first session. We all do the mistakes in the beginning sessions but you will notice that you will be improving by each class and the instructor will understand your style of driving and will suggest you with some key tips on how to improve your driving. On the whole, I had a good experience and I will definitely come back to Nobel driving school to take a driving session later when I give test for my class5. Thanks guys!

Nobel Driving is one of the best driving school in Edmonton. I feel Nobel gives all the understanding that we need in order to drive. Nobel provides a very good pick up and drop off system all over the city. Very good presentation of all the theoretic things in presentation and video as well. Theories are provided on weekends which is very flexible and also the timings for driving practice are adjustable which is the best part about Nobel. I got my license within a week. He is able to summarize parking techniques (parallel, uphill, downhill) into a few simple steps that is easy to remember for you to follow. In-class learning portion are 2 days from 9-5. My in-car driving instructor was Mr. Satwant. Highly recommend, as I passed my basic road test without any missed points! I also recently passed my advanced road test as well! Satwant gave the right amount of encouragement and push to make me learn fast, I found his instructions on parallel parking very easy to follow, even for a beginner like me. Noble driving school overall has been excellent, their in-class training is also very good, and I know many people who passed their road tests after taking classes at the school.

I took my driving lessons here 2 years ago. in-class was okay. Satwant, my in-road driving instructor, however, wasn’t good at all. We spent 60% of my paid hours dropping off the students he taught before me, and would only get onto the actual lesson for the last 20 mins of my time. He wasn’t very patient and never listened when I told him I’ve never handled a wheel before nor driven any vehicle. I felt like he took advantage of my ignorance and we would waste a lot of time dropping off his students for the first half of my scheduled time, then he would rush the actual driving lesson towards the end. As a result I would learn so little because everything was rushed and he was very impatient. I was so young and too embarassed to ask for another instructor. Ugh, I should’ve done that. I’ve wasted lots of money and time. My 2 stars were for Karam, my inclass instructor. He was excellent in what he does.

During this time, I was able to grasp a better understanding of the Driver's Handbook by detailed and informative classroom lessons. Noble driving school is the worst dirving school ever. I have never been so disappointed in my life. They treated me terrible, my instructor Karam was one of the rudest people I have ever met. He yelled at me when I asked a question and I did not learn anything. He was on his phone all the time and would yell at other people for being on there phones. I enrolled in this driving school after reading many positive reviews here. However, unfortunately, it turned out to be exactly opposite of what I expected based on these reviews. The instructor was very rude, disrespectful, impatient, and too arrogant about having many students. He was shouting at me most of the time that I could hardly concentrate on driving. Getting the instructor changed did not help either. So I had to drop out in the middle of the course. What shocked me the most was that the management of this driving school is equally rude and arrogant. In one of their emails, they said to me, “You are such a difficult person for both of instructor. You have a hard head to learn driving . May be you never drove before in your life” If they could be so rude and arrogant in their email communication, one can guess, how rude and arrogant these people can get in their verbal communication. After the kind of rudeness I faced in the first class itself, I felt, email is the only way I can communicate with this driving school decently. I have compiled all my email communications with this driving school in a post ("My Experience with Noble Driving School, Edmonton.") associated with this account. My response to owner’s response: this review is based on my email communication with this school, and the associated blog is compilation of these emails. In spite of that, the owner seems to have tried his best to discredit this review by saying it is a fake ID from a competitor. This shows the level of ethical standards this school follows. A note to owner: it does not matter if you cannot recognize my profile name. It is my prerogative to choose what profile name I should use. What matters is whether you can recognize these emails or not. If you say you cannot recognize your own emails (ironically, you speak about honesty), I cannot do much except writing one more blog with all email details, and eventually posting these emails in the original format. 2. It is good that NOW this owner can recognize me. If this owner says investigation of ‘Alberta Transportation’ found my complaint wrong, it is absolutely misleading. The following is the reply I got from Alberta transportation, in response to my complaint. “Thank you for your email follow-up. All the information has been logged as a complaint against the school.” Please see part II of my blog ("Part II: My Experience with Noble Driving School, Edmonton.") for details. If there are any further misleading response from this owner, I will respond in that blog so that I can provide full details. 3. It is interesting to see how this owner’s response keeps changing. Then they said they could recognize me, however, came up with a different argument that ‘Alberta Transportation’ found my complaint wrong. I responded at #2. According to the recent response, I have become a competitor again. Anticipating this kind of flip-flop, I have saved all the previous responses from this owner, and posted the same on the part II of my blog.

Satwant was a fantastic instructor- he was incredibly patient and made sure to answer any questions I had, as well as helped to decrease my anxiety before the road test. If this review was solely about Satwant, I would surely give the full five stars. My dealings with the front office however were not so good. Any time I would call in the receptionist would be dismissive and rude during the phone call. If you do not complete your online component by a certain time you must pay an additional $150 for the coupon code, amongst other fine print fees. Considering this is only an online access code at full price of $150, I felt scammed when I have already paid for this with my 600 dollar drivers education package. There is no reason for an online access code to expire unless it has been designed to do so. Not only that, but I was not informed there would be a vehicle rental fee for driving test- I only learned of this the day of when I was on my way there. Overall, I felt the quality of Satwant’s knowledge was excellent- the quality of customer service by the front office was not.

Overall had a great experience. Completed the 15 hours in-class over one weekend with Karam, who was clear and seemed to really want to help all the students to pass, taking the time to explain concepts to individual students who might not fully understand the concepts. I can't possibly say enough praise about my instructor Anwar. I had previously taken the maximum number of lessons offered by AMA, during which that instructor pushed me into situations I was terrified in, like driving on the freeway the very first time I was behind the wheel, yelled at me for making mistakes in my panic until I cried afterward, and gave me completely incorrect "advice" for the road test, which I failed, and then failed two more times. Contacting Noble driving school was a last-minute decision, since I was offered a job on very short notice that I needed to be able to drive to. They got me in with Anwar for a lesson right away, and he was calm, patient, and kind the entire time, as he evaluated my driving to see how much help I needed. He suggested two more sessions, which I also appreciated- he honestly told me how much more instruction I would need to pass, rather than trying to sell me as many lessons as possible for the profit. I found the techniques he taught me, such as for parallel parking, much easier to follow than the techniques I had previously been taught, and today after my third session with Anwar, I took the road test for the fourth time and this time I passed. In three lessons, he made me a more confident driver, and a much better one, and I'm extremely grateful for his support. I wish I had known to save my money from the AMA lessons and the three previous road tests and just contacted Noble in the first place.

Was driving along 75 Street today and witnessed one of their student drivers almost get hit by 2 cars making an illegal right turn. Then made a dangerous lane change that also caused a driver to brake. I then asked the instructor at a red light why he was allowing this type of careless driving to happen. The student driver then flipped me the bird, I exited my vehicle and took a picture of the licence plate. When the light turned green this student driver floored the gas and accelerated very quickly. I don't know about the rest of you but this is unacceptable training. I would not recommend using this company to learn how to drive, as the instructor was either giving bad advice to this new driver or does not care how they drive. I am reporting them to the BBB and forwarding the picture and a report to the police. Re: In response to your reply. I am only stating what I saw while driving on the road yesterday. The instructor completely ignored me. The student driver then gave me the finger. I took a photo, (and they know I did) which will be submitted to the BBB. I did not get a picture of the instructor but he was wearing a turban and the driver was a young black male. I am not trying to "defame" your business and will not remove this post. Your threats are unwarranted. I am just letting the general public know what I and my partner witnessed yesterday. It's called freedom of speech. Please do not respond with insults and threats again, as I have been fully respectful.

My experience with Noble Driving School was horrible. I had to drive students back home during my lesson time, and one time, I was driven home by another student on the Anthony Henday. You could tell that they weren't used to driving on a highway yet, which made me feel very uncomfortable. He will encourage you to believe in yourself that you can do it. Overall, I had a pleasant and fun experience with instructor as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I needed a licence really quickly, and had previous experience so I opted for a couple of hours to brush up as well as an hour just before the test + car rental for the test. So I booked the exam a couple of days ahead and Noble were flexible with their schedule. PJ and Karam drove with me, and gave me several helpful tips considering the hiatus since I had last driven. They were at all times encouraging, courteous and pointed out areas I needed to look out for. I passed the test on the first attempt, and I am pretty sure without their guidance that result would not have been the same. Thank you guys!

My experience with Noble was absolutely amazing. Karam was able to take me from relative beginner to passing my road test with flying colors in just a few lessons. While learning, Karam was a very calm and collected instructor, and was quick to correct my mistakes when I made them. He was never rude, and never once made me feel uncomfortable about my mistakes. He was willing to walk me through some of the more difficult things I was struggling with, even if I was prone to making the same mistake repeatedly. Great instructor to learn with, hands down. Overall, if you want to brush up on your driving, Noble is the way to go! I also recommend that you ask about renting the practice vehicle for the test if you don't have one. Driving in the same car is much better than getting a rental at the registry, in my opinion.
