I would like to put a word out, when I started my first lesson on road it was my first time behind the wheel so I was a green driver. I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to drive like the way others do, but one thing that gave me confidence was my instructor Sukhneep. What he did is, he was calm and patient and he first understood my weakness and he made me work on that in a very easy and friendly manner. He kept motivating me to boast my confidence, even if I made a mistake he wouldn't lose him calm instead taught me better ways to easy driving. He didn't only teach me how to drive but also gave me the confidence and provided me with the right tools that helped me get the license and his lessons are helping me big time on the road today. He has a unique approach that is out of books but still abiding by the laws, he has the ability to teach you in a layman language that is very handful for especially the new drivers. I would 100% recommend him for anyone looking to get their DL.

I was told that MDS should b my choice n found it really economic too n I also told my friend to choose MDS n eventually he passed the test too....so I highly recommend for those guys who really want to learn and start driving..

I was instructed by Sandeep and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to meet him. Sandeep was polite and direct about instruction and his kind demeanor created a calm environment for me to learn in. It's a really great school, everyone learning how to drive should come here to be educated. I thought I understood driving but after coming here I realized there was a lot of road rules and habits that I didn't know about at all. If you're nervous to drive on the road and looking for a good driving school with amazing and helpful instructors, you've come to the right place. From a personal experience, I was extremely nervous to drive on the road for the first time. But when I went with my instructor for the full ten hours, I gained so much experience and confidence that right after I finished my 10 hours, I went for the driving test the very next morning and passed my test. My instructor, Sukhneep Sandhu was extremely helpful and was always kind and said every mistake I made in a kind way that I learnt from it, not in a stern way. I believe the instructor has a big role and this Driving School is filled with amazing instructors. To sum this all up, if you're looking for a driving school that actually works, go to this one. It's worth the money paid and the ending perk besides getting your licence? This time, I decided to go with Millwoods Driving School, and my Instructor was Sandeep Kamboj. I found that he is one of the most amazing instructors I've had and he was very kind and patient. I wish there was an option for terrible. Worst service ever. Take the classes then wait weeks and weeks to get in one session at a time. How do you learn to drive when you can't even get a hold of the instructor. Not only that but the instructor would stop and talk in another language to someone outside a convenience store for over 15 minutes . For over $500.00 it's not worth your money. I'd reccommend AMA for a more proffesional experience. Also, I believe a few of the reviews were created by people who work for Millwoods Driving. As I'm a fair person and quite understanding when mistakes happen and there is no way I'd give even a fair review at this point. I'm just happy that most people are honest when writing a review.

I initially found this school on the internet when typing in "driving schools Edmonton" With some positive Google reviews I thought they would be a good choice. Wrong. Taking calls during lessons and booking every few weeks was not what I thought I would get from Milwoods driving school. Save your money and go through another school that actually cares about you succeeding and doesn't just look at you as another dollar in their pocket. Please decide yourself whether to join this school or not after reading my review. First and foremost they arrive 3-5 mins late and finish the class 3-5mins early. Sometimes they come 5 mins early to your place and starts calling you 1000 times, whenever class starts they will yell at you. Initially they give more importance to get the first impression then it fades away from 4th class. Amarjeet who makes final decision to give the certificate, he said I have to take 2 more classes to issue the certificate. Even though my driving skills were good enough to pass. They insisted me to take 2 more classes. They demotivate you by giving you negative feedback so you come to them for extra classes. I passed my driving exam in one go. Never tell them that you never drove the car before. They are not even flexible in scheduling classes, you have to reorganise yourself to fit instructor schedule, Since all the instructor works for ETS as well as in this school. Although I never driven a car before my instructor, Jagmohan was very patient with me. Though he couldn't be with me on my road test he asked another instructor to be with me, Prahjot. Ritchie was great. I did 2 refresher courses with him. He went through all of the items for the test. I did my test but still had some bad habits from 10 years of driving. He was very encouraging. I did my test again a week after and another refresher course where he went over all the things I got marked down for and I passed! If you are worried about how far away Millwoods Driving School is, don't be. Jagmohan is extremely accommodating. I did most of my driving lessons outside of the the Millwoods area as I do not live or work in the Millwoods area. Jagmohan was willing to pick me up and give me practice driving to where I needed to be after the lesson. I passed my road test on the first try thanks to his instruction.

Worst driving school there is: UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL, IRRESPONSIBLE, WASTE of money and cut your hours. I had Amarjit Birdi who was absolutely the worst instructor. Believe it or not, it took me 2 months to fully completed my 15 hrs in car and two days in class. Thanks to him, he kept on pushing my appointment from time to time for driving. I had a couple of times where I am schedule with him for driving, he came LATE and did not even tell me which I waited for him for over an hour and a half. ALWAYS MAKES UP EXCUSES for being late. Nor does he answers his cell phone when I was trying to find out if he is coming or not. Even though I am schedule for 2 hours, he will let me drive the vehicle for approx 1hr and 20 mins. 4 out of the 5 session in the car, he kept on forgetting my student evaluation papers. He has an attitude problems such as whenever I asked him for certain tips in driving. He would give me the attitude and does not answer the questions which I had for him. VERY USELESS INSTRUCTOR WHO JUST TAKE "YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE EVEN GOOD SERVICE. In addition, he very disrespectful. When I made an appointments for him in his office to get the certificate he forgets all about it. So I showed up to his office for nothing totally waste of time. Majority of the time when I am driving the vehicle, he spends his time on his cell and doing his personal things such as talking to his g/f on the phone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME FOR THIS USELESS SCHOOL INSTEAD SPEND YOUR MONEY TO A BETTER DRIVING SCHOOL!!!!~

Kirandeep Gill was my driving instructor. Finished my last session last week and I have to say that I always looked forward to my driving lessons with Kiran, and kind of miss it now that I am done my 10 hours. I can be talkative sometimes, but she indulged me as much as was appropriate for someone learning to drive. I always had fun and was able to improve on my driving every time I drove with her. She was always patient, surprisingly so considering how many times I screwed up my parallel parking. Kiran was always kind, positive, and encouraging, and we had some laughs along the way. She was always very alert and aware of the road and our surroundings. Whenever I did something wrong or forgot to do something, for instance looking through the middle while backing up or turning too sharply, she would calmly explain and show me where I needed improvement, and intervene when necessary. I have driven a couple of times with friends and family, but I have to say I felt the safest, most comfortable, and most confident while driving with Kiran, and not because she was always ready to press the brake if I made a (potentially dangerous) mistake. It is very likely that I will ask for a refresher driving session before doing my driving exam and I know I will be asking for Kiran again. td;dr: Amazing experience learning and practicing driving with Kirandeep, could't have asked for a better instructor. 10/10 would do it again.

I have really bad experience with them couple of weeks ago. Instructors are come front of students and speaking their own Hindi language. Sometimes they are in the phone conversation during class time. The owner Amarjeeth come and he shares his private experiences. He distracting to instructors. That private stories are not relavant to the class. Long time breaks. One class day one student argue with one lady instructor. Because she told her private stories and she spend long time unnecessarily. Finally student left from the class room. Wash rooms are really untidy. Not clean. Spend a little more money and go to a another good driving school. Cheap place.

I attended this driving school, and it was a great experience! My driving instructor was Sukhneep, he was very good at teaching me proper procedures and he was very calm throughout my 10 hours of in car instruction. The last 2 hours we drove around the area my road test would be to get familiar with the area. I passed my first try with ease. I definitely recommend Sukhneep. For my in class 15 hours instruction I had Harpreet, very nice man and had a great presentation that reviewed all the rules of the road and tests of what you should do in certain scenarios. This is an amazing driving school, all instructors (for in-class and driving classes) are highly knowledgeable and teach in-class lessons by providing a lot of tips based on their own practical experiences/situations. I appreciated this a lot since these tips allowed me to handle various tough situations on the local road/highway. Jagmohan is an remarkable driving instructor. He is very knowledgeable and explains in detail what mistakes the student is making during and at the end of each lesson. He also teaches you everything to become an excellent and safe driver. After taking his classes, I became a confident safe driver and I passed my road test on the first attempt without any points! I would definitely recommend him as an instructor!

Mill woods driving school will teach you on how to be a responsible and confident driver on the road, especially my instructor Sukhneep Singh who taught me the do's and don'ts of being a good driver. He is very particular with every lesson that he taught and he explained it very well, he is patient enough to correct all my mistakes and always ready to cater your questions. I DID DRIVING SCHOOL HERE WITH Sandeep Kamboj!! He was literally awesome i deadass recommend him to all my friends and all my friends love him. Literally he makes you feel like NOT STUPID! I actually passed my exam first try and I actually thought I was gonna fail ????????????????! But nah he taught me well! And alsooooooooo they have a really good teacher too I forgot his name but literally felt so comfortable in the class and we all laughed and he actually made us learn! Ugh loved the experience! I recommend!!!!!!!
