Ruby is awesome! I had enrolled my son in the late fall with Ruby to completed the driving course. He aced the road test and received his drivers license. My son never had any formal training. The only training he had was with me in a shopping mall’s parking lot and close by neighborhood streets on the weekends. I remember he was very nervous driving for the first time with Ruby. But he managed to settle in pull through the first day with some good pointers from Ruby. As the lessons progresses, he felt much more comfortable and drives with confidence. At one occasion when I was driving, my son corrected me when I was making a turn. I can’t believe my son is giving me a lesson. It’s total shock to my system. From that day on I’ll never forget and make the same mistake. We live in the NW and Ruby only teaches in the NE. The usual pickup place is at Saddletown Station. I don’t mind the drive because it’s so worth it. To those parents who live in the NW. If you are looking for the best of the best top instructors. Look no further because Ruby is the best driving instructor.

I am very surprised to see all the good reviews on here, when my experience with Ruby was terrible. Ruby as an individual is very nice and polite, but she lacked communication and professionalism. As a new driver, I was outraged to see Ruby glued to her phone while I was driving on the road. This made me feel very uneasy and anxious while driving. That is extremely dangerous because she is an instructor and that just reflects poorly on her professionalism skills. Another issue I had was communication as it was very hard for her to schedule me and only would book me when it was "convenient for her", her exact words. I understand that she may be busy with her schedule, but she put me off for exactly a month and a half and whenever I would try to follow up with her to know when we would have lessons, she would not give a straight answer. I would not recommend this driving school at all, there are definitely better ones out there for around the same price in Calgary.

Ipassed my test yesterday and would strongly suggest Ruby as a driving teacher. I attempted another driving teacher here also however Ruby was route better in understanding and explaining little seemingly insignificant details that you need to know to clear the test. Ruby makes an honest effort to accommodate your timetable and assisted me with classes and finishing the assessment inside seven days.

If you want to pass your driving test on the first attempt and want an instructor who has 10+ years of experience in helping new drivers to get their license then Learn 2 Drive is where you must be! Being a new immigrant and new to the country I was not aware of driving rules and regulations (even though I had a total of 12 years of experience driving back in India. Rules are quite different in Calgary Canada). Ruby from day 1 made me understand the basics of driving (different driveways, lanes, right-hand driving, left and right turns) to advance training like (changing lanes in major highways, merge, maintaining speed, right of way, taking right on a red light and so on) She is soft-spoken and understands new drivers' strengths and weaknesses. I have never experienced her getting angry even if I used to do the same mistakes a couple of times, which eventually gave me the confidence to correct my mistakes and drive with confidence during my examination. I cleared it in a single attempt! If you want someone who can point your driving drawbacks and make you ready for the test day then I highly recommend Ruby for the task!
