Passing my road test before turning 30 years old = Checked! Never thought this day would come. I have always been very anxious when it comes to learning how to drive especially in traffic and on the highway (I've been told i was hard to teach honestly) but thanks to Instructor Salah I was able to pass the basic road test on my first attempt (on a rainy day of all days lol)! He was very patient, precise and cheerful and even made me drive the highway on my first day of lessons with him. It really boosted my confidence and made me excited to finally learn to drive, pass the test, and have my own car. It also helped a lot that he provided illustrations and sketches whilst explaining some steps to me. Thank you so much Salah. Today i passed my road test on my first time because of Direct driving school. I cant even explain how grateful i am for how much they have helped me. Salah is a god send. Before i took lessons with him, i had never driven and was so nervous about ever getting into the drivers seat, but working with Salah, and having him coach me, i feel so confident and i know that i am a great well prepared driver. He helped me deal with driving anxiety and made sure that he was there supporting me every step of the way. i cannot thank him enough for his helpful calming presence. He worked with me on my level and ensured that I would succeed. Setting up the road test was difficult during the pandemic, but he went above and beyond to help me get an appointment and that i was prepared to pass on my first time. Even if you have no experience driving when you start your lessons you don’t have to worry he is very quick with his pedals and steering wheel to guid you. I carefully searched for a driving school online and Google leads me to the right one. When I first met Salah during my first lesson. He was very professional on introducing himself. He showed me his vaccination record and tell me what to expect on the entire lesson. Me, making sure if I am on the right place; I asked for his credentials and he was kind enough to show it to me. That point, I was surprised why He choosed to do this despite the fact that He could have get better paying career somewhere. He just replied to me "This is my Passion". He continued.. "Just by looking the progress of my student, watching them succeed makes me feel like I won a million." Fast forward to my roadtest: When I was told by the examiner to parallel park next to a pick up truck. I started to get nervous. Because, I only got used to parallel parking next to smaller vehicle. But, luckily I remembered the techniques that Salah teaches me in parallel parking next to different sizes of vehicle. Oh! I was surprised. I did it easily! I never lie. Even though Salah spent all his time and patience in building back my confident. There were really minutes I got nervous while I was driving with the examiner. But then, quickly I always get my confident back. I just remember what Salah told me: "JUST DRIVE". ..aaannddd... BRAH! VOH! I did pass on my first try.

I wish I had discovered this driving school during my first driving lessons. Because of priorities, there was a two-year gap between the time I got my license and the time I started driving my own car. I was anxious I might have forgotten everything I had previously learned. However, Salah was very supportive and uncondescending during our brush-up lessons. His non-aggressive attitude allowed me to calm my nerves and express my thoughts. It only took me two sessions to recall everything. I'm still doing a clean and smooth driving until now because of his help. Not only did he successfully teach my daughter safe driving but also with the way it is with the drivers tests right now it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment! On August 4th at 430pm I was able to secure an appointment for my daughters drivers test for the next day at 1130am! (We would have had to wait until November otherwise) Salal was quick to accommodate taking her for a lesson prior to her appointment and she was successful and PASSED! Being that she still had 2 driving lessons left after she got her licence he is going to still take her out and teach her highway and downtown driving! Taking driving lessons with Salah was such a gift to me! He was very polite and friendly, and made put me at ease throughout each lesson. Whenever he gave corrections he was clear but very kind about doing so, and he was always so encouraging when I did something well! I have been with an other instructor in an other driving school for a while. I gained nothing but wasted my time and money.during that time I bought a car and wanted to drive with the skills and the knowledge i was expecting to get from the instructor, and booked road test ,it didn’t happen after I completed the full package I noticed that I cannot drive the car because I understood nothing I canceled my road test appointment and gave my car to my brother, I gave up and thought I will never be able to drive. i just wanna thank salah soooo much for helping me out with driving. I've always been nervous behind the wheel and it took me few years to finally overcome my fear and to finally learn how to drive. Salah was so patient with me and i wanna thank him for that. there were times where i felt super nervous and he knew how to make sure to calm my nerves down.
