Took my driving lessons from sukhi. I didnt even know how to operate a vehicle at that time. Sukhi spent the time due to her patience, I was able to clear my road test in first attempt!!! Would definitely rate sukhi as the best instructor out there with that much experience and specially her patience makes her the best. Thank you Sukhi. You are the best!!!

Ma’am Sukhi is a good teacher. I find her strictness a bit scary at first but you’ll understand that she’s disciplining you to become careful in driving. She technically taught me tips and tricks to understand the road better. Thanks to her, I passed my road test on one take.

Driving instructor sukhi sidhu is best one !! She helps weak and unconfident drivers a lot. She is amazing personality too. She knows all the basic tiny points that no one is gonna tell you when you take driving lessons but she will !! It was the memorable experience with her while my road lessons. I honestly can't express how amazing my experience was with Sukhi the owner of Alberta Driving School. She was extremely easy to be around, patient and calm and really helped with my confidence. She has so many good tips that stuck with me and helped me realize driving isn't scary and I shouldn't have waited so long. I felt so supported but also confident even though I was just starting out because of the way she trusted me. Even though she is booked solid she was so accommodating to my schedule when I last minute was able to book a driving exam. You will not regret booking with this company.

Word of advice, try a different school if possible. Did everything they said, paid all the fees. Passed the in class session still HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS. Called them like 10 times and every time was given some false assurance but nothing happened afterwards.

Sukhi should not be an driving Instructor with the kind of temper she has. At every lesson she was on the phone half the time. She literally shouts when she talks. Even when she’s on the phone she is talking too loud that it’s hard to concentrate on driving. She gets too upset or angry if you make mistakes. No patience at all. She called me blind, without brain and made fun of me when I couldn’t take turns. She doesn’t keep her commitments. I wouldn’t recommend her at all. I had to switch to a different school and I had very very positive experience with my second instructor and passed the driving test at one go.

The majority of the reviews on this business listing are faked. If you investigate further into many of the 5-star reviews, the messages themselves are topical in nature and the reviewer profiles will have 1-2 reviews in total with the others they have completed being located in locations far from Edmonton. The names of the profiles are often a give-away too. While I am not necessarily stating all the reviews are faked, it's quite suspicious overall even more so when the ratings comprise a centre-point of their advertisements. It is worth your while to investigate further considering it is a large sum of money being presented to have these lessons, and especially when the 1 star reviews on a business profile have a commonality between them. In my own personal experience as an observer, I witnessed the owner, Sukhi, berate her clients on numerous occasions. It is understood that it may be a stressful job being an examiner, but it should also be known that verbally abusing and insulting someone attempting to build up their skills from a minimal level is not going to have a positive influence. Reactions were quite emotional in nature and honestly I was quite spooked hearing her yell. I wasn't even the guy in the front seat.

I booked with this school cause to was close to my work and I live far away, and I was not expecting the tremendous amount of care, professionalism and willingness to cooperate. During your driving hours the trainers, always give you helpful advice and remind you to relax and take a breath every now and then. The pride they hold in there work and the fact that they want you to pass not because its their job but because they know you deserve to. The instructor worried about my health and even moved somedays to make sure I was ok, that is something I would have never expected to see care in the work place. The Instructors treat you as if you are one of their own kids wanting you to succeed and be ready for the challenges ahead of you, whether on the road or not. I will recommend this school to any one who asks me for one or inform those who are looking and if it is still running when I have children I will book them through the Alberta driving school.

I will not recommend this driving school. I was once thought by suki and as a student driver its expected to make mistakes. One time she told me she wanted to slap me because i couldnt turn properly. And also she didnt make up the half an hr that i miss because i wasnt feeling well i had to do only half an hr of driving. And she didnt tell me that i had to take the 2days class within a month and i paid for nothing.it was the worst experience and shes always on the phone txting and on phone call and is it normal for the instructor to take their break go to a food chain and take 15 min of your time when supposedly using that time to teach you?definetly not recommending this one atleast not with suki

In driving behind a student and her instructor I observed them driving in ways that were irresponsible and illegal. Putting myself and other drivers at risk. The student was wearing a mask, but the instructor was not. I called to complain and was loudly told that if they were not parked by a fire hydrant it is not illegal. I tried to explain that my concern was not about a parking violation and was repeatedly told that they were not parked by a fire hydrant. Terrible misuse of the power dynamic between the student and trainer and terrible way of dealing with the public who are trying to express concerns.
