I am so pleased with the service I received at Feet First Clinic! The staff at the clinic resolved my longtime feet issues - for years, I was unable to run without pain. The service was professional and the staff was very knowledgeable about their products. I left the clinic with immediate results; the chiropodist taped my foot, provided me with Superfeet insoles and I purchased a pair of running shoes suited for my feet. I ended up running my first half-marathon months later without any foot complaints! I would highly recommend this clinic!

I've been going to Feet First for a couple of years and they are great! Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors really examine you thoroughly and give you full information about any problems you have and how to correct/help. I am an athlete at heart and have low back problems and the insoles really help with my condition and overall comfort! I would recommend to anyone with discomfort with their feet/lower body :-)

This place was really easy to work with previously, but now they have stopped direct billing. They put you through a ton of hoops and generally have a bad attitude about things. They measured my feet, ordered in a pair of boots, they didn't fit, now they say my only option is to find something in the store and that they will not order in anything else. My experiences at Feet First have been the most positive health care I’ve received for my infected ingrown toe nails! The impacted nail had been causing whole foot swelling and pain this past summer. Dr. Thanh was personable and calming during all my appointments. I have experienced doctors in the past who are in a rush and barely make a physical assessment before rushing away, and who balk at my many questions of after care. Dr. Thanh constantly asked if I had any questions during my appointments, and she was very reassuring that my foot health can be improved. She was open to discussing the options available and drew out a diagram of my surgery beforehand so I knew exactly what was going to be happening. They even let my partner be in the room during the procedure which I was grateful for. I’ve had a lot of experiences in health clinics where the receptionists dont seem to care you even walked in the door, and the doctors barely look at you. That is NOT the case at Feet First. I’m going to recommend anyone who has foot issues see Dr. Thanh, if you’re reading this and considering it, you should too!!

The experience I had at Feet First Clinic was awesome! Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they are very accommodating - you will not feel lost in there. Not to mention the clinic itself is super clean, shoe displays were appealing, and all the equipment I could tell is very modern and up-to-date. I thought with a clinic that has to do primarily with foot pain, that it would be catered heavily to the elderly (many have this misconception), but to my surprise I felt right at home with the good mix of clientele they appeared to have! I have had lots of troubles with my feet and was looking for a clinic that would address ALL my concerns, rather than just one. My appointment with Thahn was exactly that. She explained all of the factors contributing to my foot pain, recorded a video of my feet walking to explain the mechanics, recommended exercises and some taping I can do, and did some quick fixes of my running shoes to relieve pressure when I walk. She was chill, non-alarmist (really didn't anything else to feel alarmed or disempowered over in 2020) answered my questions, and provided options. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had a very bad ingrown toe nail to the point where i visited the hospital 3 times because I had severe granuloma which constantly got infected. My toe was so bad, I couldn't walk for weeks. I let this go on for a month. I finally found this place and I had an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in, I received a friendly greeting by the staff members. Cyrus Florendo dealt with my toe, he was very reassuring, informative and patient. I have low pain tolerance and was very scared because I did enough research on google to freak myself out. Florendo made sure I was calm first and didn't proceed until I was ready. He took his time and was very sanitary. The procedure took no longer than 30 min and I felt the relief right away. He then gave me advice on how to clean and take care of the toe in the future. Thank you again for the great work!

As a paying customer with no insurance found my experience here to be poor. Went for assessment got very little advice or recommendations about Foot wear. Very poor customer service. Did a follow up call to complain about my experience. The girl who responded to my call was helpful and pleasant and promised to get back to me after she spoke to the manager. Never mind the shoes, even though the selection is in fact nice. It is the service here that makes this shop special. One quickly realizes that Carol, Bianca and Andrew take ownership of your feet there. From measuring, treating, ordering to mailing and filing, it is all taken care of. Maybe they should change their name to “Your Feet First”, as it really summarizes the nature of relationship they offer. Truly a unique in quality and definitely worth recommending.

My experience at FeetFirst was okay. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick when I went in for my assessment. I was a little disappointment that the assessment identified an issue with the way I walk but I was only offered expensive orthotics. When I asked if there was a way to fix the issue by holding strength so I didn’t have to purchased thousands of dollars in orthotics they said yes, but they do not do that here....and I would have to find a physiotherapist. My questions about corns, pump bumps, etc were also answered but I had to specifically bring it up (after I did my own research) and I thought they would have addressed or talked about it unprovoked during a foot assessment. Overall, lovely clinic and staff but I am not sure if it’s what I am looking for as I want prevention.

I went to see the chiropodist at this clinic since I was having severe pain in my foot and ankle. She explained a couple of the symptoms I was having and explained my walking pattern. She then advised I go to my GP. An $85 visit to a specialist only to get a recommendation to go to my own doctor that would have been covered by OHIP? Unsatisfied and truly disappointed.

I want you to read this. After the way I was treated at feet first clinic, I knew I had to pay it forward. They were so kind and genuine when I dealt with the staff. Which I found out is a family run business (nice to see in this world of franchises). They genuinely cared about my experience and wanted me to get the most out of my visit. Their equipment was state of the art and impressive. When people invest in their company, you know they are investing in results. I was confident in the diagnosis I was given (I have had noticeably less stress in my lower body since my visit). I am not a shopper, I don't like to try things on. But the experience I had with Andrew as he helped pick a shoe, was an easy process. He didn't try and sell me something. He asked me questions, based on my answers he directed me to a pair of shoes I have been jogging with every night since. I can't believe the difference it made. I have social anxiety which had worsen due to covid and if you have any kind of anxiety over phone calls or going into new places, this isn't the place for you. I was left shaken up when I called to inquire and the person on the other end kept interrupting me and snapping at me for being quiet. Even getting sarcastic over the phone as I tried to scramble to figure out what i needed. I was wrong when I thought asking questions to understand prior to booking was ok. All she wanted was an appointment and disregarded my questions and seemed rather impatient and annoyed. Making it harder for me to answer as my anxiety over the call got worse and worse. Mind you, i haven't stepped into the actual establishment but after that brief phone call that seemed long enough for me to annoy her, I really don't think I'd want to spend money there or would even feel comfortable asking questions. would not recommend a place that has no concept of customer service.

After suffering with an ingrown toenail for nearly two week, I just couldn’t take it anymore. So I looked om Google and found Feet First Clinic and called them. They were friendly and efficient and I was even able to get an appointment on the same day I called!! The location is easy to find, and very convenient. The office is bright and clean and the receptionist were both friendly and made me feel at home. I was seen on time by Cyrus, who in fact confirmed my suspicion, I had an ingrown toe nail (ouch!). The consultation included the removal of the ingrown (which was a big chunk), toe nail trim, and Cyrus even answers my questions which didn’t have anything to do with my ingrown toenail. The removal was not at all painful. I expected to be in significantly more pain, but the whole procedure, which was done with numbing gel only, hurt far less than the pain I’ve been experiencing in the last 2 weeks hoping the pain would go away on its own. Cyrus provides after care instructions as well as tips to prevent this from happening again. Although I hope I will never have an ingrown toenail again, if I do I will definitely return to Feet First Clinic. It was such a pleasant experience that resolved my unpleasant problem. Thank you. M

I am writing this review in hopes that it will help others choose wisely when seeking help with their foot issues. I contacted this clinic regarding corn removal ( well what I thought was a corn on my little toe) , what they do not tell you is that they do not have a podiatrist on site. Their staff consist of Chiropodist which is useless for someone that is dealing with more than minor ailments. What a huge disappointment waste of my time and my money!!! The assessment is bullshit!! The assessment consists of Thanh telling me to wear shoes that are not tight, where do I feel pain, then I was asked if I would like to be referred to a podiatrist, and to justify the money they are going to charge at the end they will remove callus off the problematic area. They referred me to a Podiatrist that’s booking clients for November of this year!! Same your money and go to an honest business. I called just to clarify what I really paid 65 bucks for, Andrew was very defensive saying that I paid for the Chiropodist time and no one offers their time for free (I didn’t ask for anything free). When I mentioned that I didn’t get any results and the information given was vague. He replied when I made the initial appointment I should have been specific to what I was dealing with so they could have better instructed me. As the conversation went on he made me very uncomfortable, the tone in his voice changed and I began to feel attacked. For questioning, what I had paid for. So this is my fault that I didn't know what's on my toe, even though I SAID I THINK IT'S A CORN??

The staff is super knowledgeable and will take the time to make sure you are fitted for exactly what you need. I bought two pairs of running shoes (Saucony FormFit and Asics Kayanos) as I like to alternate for short and long runs. These are the BEST running shoes I've owned. The Saucony's fit like a glove and are lightweight for my short speed runs and the Asics give me the extra support I need for longer distances.

My parents and I have unique and or complicated circumstances. My dad is in a wheelchair due to a stroke 8 years ago. My mom and I help with his care. We needed a place that can properly understand us due to our role as caregivers. This clinic is 5 stars and very understanding. We have primarily dealt with Cyrus as our chiropodist and I (David) have also dealt with another chiropodist named Shannon. They were wonderful. As for dealing with the staff, from Carolina, Andrew & Bianca - it's always been a pleasure. They're professional and understanding. We depend on Wheel Trans and one time the Wheel Trans driver was being harsh with my parents (I was still with my chiropodist) and Andrew stood up for them and didn't allow the driver to go too far. That wouldn't happen in another clinic. I recommend this place based on our personal experiences.

I started coming two years ago for an assessment for orthotics. The ones I had gotten a few years earlier had not been good. I felt very good and almost relieved during my appointment with Thanh Ho, Chiropodist, because of the quality and thoroughness of her assessment. I had walked in, not being too hopeful, and I am really happy with and thankful to have these! As well, for the last eight months I’ve been going for nail care, every six weeks or so. (At the beginning, Thanh wrote even wrote a letter to my doctor for me, and he was impressed by this.) I really look forward to coming each time. Personally, I would rather have such excellent foot care, and with such a lovely person, than a massage or a facial. The overall environment, with everyone, has always been very nice.

Excellent understanding of the foot. Personally I had chronic bunion pain. Staff recommended the bunion aligner with my orthotic and I have not had any bunion inflammation and specifically no pain.

I've always had issues with callouses and dry areas on my feet.. nothing else has helped me but their creams and foot baths. It was very well done indeed. My son, who has to wear solid orthotics that go under his feet and up his ankles, had his feet done first by Cyrus, and was thrilled without the calluses and by how soft his skin was. I asked for him too, and it was great. The only concern is that if you don't ask for each area to be done, heels, ball of foot, nails, around toe nails, then it may be missed. My feet felt the best. Mine are oldster feet, so everything for females has affected them, and years of ballroom, salsa, tango even in proper dance shoes. I have done for toe & arch exercises for years and am adding some of the ones from the blog.*** It is important to keep the knee ankle alignment and, equal pressure along the ball of the foot along each toe, not roll anything outwards, or flopping.

Feet First is an excellent Chiropody Clinic. The administrative staff are polite and very helpful. My Chiropodist does an excellent job every time I come in. They have good hours and are open on Saturday and are close to the Jane subway which I find convenient. I would recommend them if someone I knew was looking for a Chiropodist.

The staff was amazing as I am a very picky person and they did not mind showing me lots of options (some hard to find since I wear a large shoe) - finally settled on my current favourite shoe! Bianca, Carolina, and Andrew are exceptional at their jobs and helpful when it comes to booking your appointments around a busy schedule. The treatment options are affordable and clearly very effective. I had a plantar wart on my foot which I had tried to get rid of for at least two years. A few treatments at Feet First Clinic and it is finally gone! Thank you so much Thahn! Good customer service but I went multiple times to get an ingrown nail cleared up (keep in mind you pay out of pocket) treatment did not work. Went through pain for no reason. I recently went to a different place on Weston and my toe is perfect. Can't speak on the rest of the services but if it's for ingrown stay away!

I have had feet issues for years and have been to many clinics over the years, but none have been able to correct or help my issue. That is until I went to The Feet First Clinic. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, which makes you feel at ease right away.
