Arrived for the walk in clinic just now and the sign up says open until 5pm and it's 3.20pm and there is another sign up saying the walk in is only open until 3pm. Very confusing

Dr. Zsuzsanna is very kind, however the facilities are very sub-par. Washroom is not clean, and I'm pretty sure nurses aren't supposed to wear flip-flops in a medical setting. Will be going elsewhere as soon as I can...

Customer service from the staff is very poor, they are almost annoyed that they have to do something. They don't have appointments, arrived 9am then I got told to come back at 12 , came back at 12 have now been sitting waiting again for 45 min. Additionally they don't take walk ins after 2pm so seems as they only really work from 9 to 2 and they expect you to sit here the whole day for a 20 min consultation Please don't use this facility , this is NOT acceptable service

Dr. Mahboob is wonderful, he's very thorough and sends you for every test in the book to rule out any concern and to insure you are in perfect health. But the front desk staff needs work. Customer service is terrible. They are very rude, they have no sense of organization or communication with the patients. I find that they skip patients who have been waiting long to allow patients who just walked in to see the doctor first. I have waited over an 1 hour for my appointment just to be told that the person who walked in after me was seeing the doctor first, meanwhile their appointment was scheduled after mine. Trying to call to make an appointment is horrible, they never answer the phones. It's taken me 2hrs and multiple back to back phone calls in one day to finally have someone pick of the phone to make an appointment. There are 4 people sitting at front desk, there is no reason trying to get a hold of them should be that difficult. I've noticed while waiting in the waiting room the phones are ringing and they rarely answer and just continue to have a conversation amongst themselves while the phone rings continuously

Unfortunately, I had to come to this walk in several times in the last month. The doctor is a very nice man and seems to be competent, however the way the office is run is extremely unprofessional. In order to be seen within a reasonable wait time you have to be the first in line for the walk in. If you’re later than that you’re looking towards an hour wait AT LEAST! The front desk staff are not very polite and and seem very unorganized. Go somewhere else if you need a walk in clinic. UPDATE: Just finished. I was the 4th person to be seen and it took me a grand total of 2 hours. I was the FOURTH person in the line. Ridiculous.

My colleague got into an accident with rusted screw into his hands. So he went this clinic to get tetanus shot. But first time they turned him down because he didn’t have appointment then second time when they told him to comeback at 4:30 they put in 5:30 in the book. That’s very unacceptable. What if he gets infected from the rust. Very bad look

Terrible facility. Dirty rooms, the front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Paper work for an upcoming surgery to be filled out by their doctor was refused to be filled out. Waited for 3.5hrs 3 weeks prior to surgery dr we had been seeing refused to fill it out for the surgeon. Called one week prior to surgery asked to come in as walk in, only to see a sign on the front desk stating walk in hours are closed. Huge sign outside “walk-in welcome—sign in desk walk in closed on more then one occasion. Wait time 3-4 hours. Going for surgery less the proper paperwork due to the clinic. Very unhappy, this is not a “family doctor” they could also use a cleaning service. It’s filthy.

I have been to this clinic many times as a walk in patient . I have seen both physicians, Dr. Mahboob and Dr. Duchastel. very good doctor, caring and knowledgeable. Staff are nice, polite and very helpful. Other reviews says negative things about the clinic but I had a very good experienced with this clinic. Thank you guys

this place takes forever, you can have an appointment at a certain time but don’t come early to your appointment time. They will make you wait even if you have an appointment 1-2 hours. Some of the receptionist aren’t very friendly as well. The doctor i see is very kind. Other than that wouldn’t recommend this place customer service isn’t that great to be honest. They will make you wait awhile, I hadn’t an appointment for 12pm & it’s almost 2 & i still haven’t seen my doctor, yet people who had appointments later than I have already seen him which makes no sense.

Dr.Mahboob is a friendly dr & I have seen Dr. Duchastel both dr are amazing staff is very helpful & nice i don’t mean to be pointing or even say nationality but with respect the 3 Philippine ladies need to stop speaking their language in a work place because if a question is asked they talk between themselves in their language than tell you the answer which isn’t right. But the other 2 Staff there are phenomenal keep up the great work.

The doctor is good, but terrible staff. I'm not coming back to this place. When I got there they told me it would take one hour (which is already a long time), as I needed I decided to wait. It ended up taking almost 3 hours. If I knew this waiting time since beginning I would have gone to another doctor.

The exam room was filthy with stains on the wall and dust on the counter. I could actually see that the "cleaner" did not bother to remove the items on the counter, but wiped around them - gross! Reception staff seems to take a lot of time to get things done, even though there are many of them. Dr Mahboob was very keen to send me for a full check-up even though I already had some recent results with me. I got the impression that it was all about the money. I left before they could get my blood work...

Dr. Mahboob was great! The staff at the front desk was very kind, as was the nurse who took my vitals. They said it would be 2-3 hours but it only ended up being 45 minutes. Some of the reviews on here made me wary but I would go back to this clinic in a heartbeat

Dont go there. Worst experience ever. Front desk will lie about wait time. It's not a walk-in clinic so if they have alot of patients coming in they'll bump you down. They said 1 hour wait ended up waiting 2h30. Dr. Mahboob, didn't listened to what I was saying, just assumed a bunch of things even though I was saying this did not apply to my personal situation & asked alot of questions not linked AT ALL to the reasons why I visited the clinic in the 1st place. Stay away.

Since there's only one doctor, service will take time. I had a sprained pinky finger on my right hand, and I had to wait 3 hours for nothing. Dr Mahboob was hoping to do a x-ray, but, the x-ray was closed. It's a shame because I really wanted to find the root of the problem.

All Dr. Mahboob does is sit in his chair, all high and mighty and give out medication. He seems to claim to be a specialist a lot which I honestly highly doubt considering his care. He rarely does swabs, check ups, exams, x rays or ultrasounds. I've always wondered why this walk in clinic has multiple rooms when, this doctor just sends patients to his back room to sit across from his desk while he half listens and guesses what the issue is. He rarely does examinations and sometimes doesn't even provide a diagnosis. He just sends patients home with meds. Please avoid this walk in clinic unless you have a small, minor, easy to diagnose issue because Dr. Mahboob won't/can't do anything else.

Doctor Pankara is a caring physician who was willing to listen and help me. I was at the clinic to see doctor pankara and she went through me medical and family history, was examined and further requisitions given for tests that were needed. I was not rushed, cut off, or dismissed and I was treated with compassion and respect. I left very pleased in the overall professional manner I was treated. I look forward to make her my family doctor. Three days later I was in her office to review my test results and on my arrival the staff was very polite on the phone and upon my arrival prior to. They were overall very welcoming and not passive or rude at all. I did not even have a chance to finish filling out the patient forms when I was called in to be seen. I recommended Doctor Pankara to most of my friends and family and they had an overall high satification with their visits to her office.

Wait times are long the dr's are great i have seen Dr. Mahboob and Dr. Duchastel both are very good and the staff are nice even if they are busy they try their best to reach for the patients. Just the rooms need some cleaning. Other than that always great experience.

Dr. Mahboob has been my primary care doctor for a very long time, and he is awesome! He listens to you and tries to understand everything that’s going on, whether it’s an injury or an illness. He and his staff are just an awesome group of people! Recommended clinic for anyone.

Doctor refused to give me x-ray for my back pain. Refused to hear anything I had to say about my back pain and told me in 120 second examination that the problem was not in my back but in my feet after 3 other doctors diagnosed me with spinal stenosis. You have to pay for parking and if you're lucky the doctor might be in. Don't waste your time with Dr. Mahboob, find a doctor that cares and doesn't want you to come back for each issue separately so he can make more money. Now I have to get my bloodwork done at another doctor because the nurses won't release the info to me. Avoid this office, it's depressing, it's dirty and the staff make you feel really uncomfortable and they make you feel like they're doing you a favour by seeing you. Too bad there's no zero star selection.

Super rude and unhelpful front desk staff. First time I was there (January 2018) they marked me as seen in the system - I was the first person to sign in and waited 1.5 hours while I was crying from abdominal pain and watching everybody else go before me. Second time (last week) was okay, but the follow up today was awful. Multiple people (myself included) asked why their hours listed on Google were wrong and the staff said "We don't have to explain anything, that's our business." They also said the hours "haven't changed yet", as if it's up to Google to automatically know things as opposed to something that they're responsible for changing manually... Can't help but notice somebody changed the hours later today, after the wrong hours had been listed for months. Now they just have to change the contradictory signs that are hanging on their front door... one says 9:30 and the other says 9. I also refused to walk over to the scale when I was brought in, because I was there only five days ago and have a leg injury. My weight hasn't changed in five days. They were really pushy and dismissive of my pain. The rooms are dirty, some chairs are broken and rather than fix holes in the walls and doors they just tape printer paper over them. It's a shame that the staff are so childish, because Dr Mahboob is a lovely doctor with a great sense of humour.

Disgusting conditions. Terrible customer service from the front desk ladies, literally no empathy after telling people they have to wait “2-4” hours to see the doctor. My mom came in with an ear infection and needed her prescription; we waited 2.5 hours and were told there was 3 people ahead of her.. 2.5 hours later and 4 people in and out still to be told there’s STILL 3 people ahead, I’m not sure where these 3 people were or what was going on but we had to leave without being serviced. Never experienced such poor, classless behaviour at a walk-in. It was unkept, dirty.. the women stand behind the desk talking instead of upkeeping the facility. Go to Westside Clinic, we were in and out in 20 minutes. It was clean, they were kind at reception. Do not waste your time here!

Avoid Dr. Mahoboob. Do not go to him! Upstairs is Dr. Kaszas. She is really great. Unfortunately, her receptionist is horrible. So rude and condescending that I'm not going back. I went to Dr. Mahboob because I was having a lot of pain in my shoulder and he claims to be a musculoskeletal expert. I explained that I had been in a car accident recently and that I was afraid that it was an injury from that. After looking at my shoulder from a distance, he told me that it's just old age. He gave me exercises to do with an elastic band. I was very sceptical of this because my shoulder was in a lot of pain and it didn't seem like a good idea. When I got home, I tried the exercises but very lightly. I immediately had soooo much pain that continued for weeks. As it turns out, I have a rotar cuff tear. The exercises he recommended were the worse thing I could have done. Avoid him at all costs.
