Tried to get medical help here and couldn't. Why? Google says they are open today actually right now. It's 10:10 am on a Saturday and I go and walked a mile to get there feeling just like death warmed over. I finally get there and it's closed! And don't even get me started about the attached clinic! The worst situation I could be in and this clinic has caused it! Anyways God bless those whose information I provided maybe it will make a difference ????. Darren

We made this doctor our family doctor and believe you me this visit was very soothing and relaxed . Doctor ????‍⚕️ is such a nice soul and very calm and respectful. My daughter 2 years enjoyed her visit . *Update January 2021.* Dr. Ghaly is such a good doctor, professional and polite, he cares for his patients. Dr. Ghaly is very professional and caring, he does take time to understand your health problems or concerns. Reception staff is professional, patient and friendly she actually smiles and greets you!

"walk in clinic" not actually one! Drove an hour to get in for them to say they are booked for the day. They don't accept appointments, but somehow by 1130 in the morning they know they are completely booked for the day.

The walk-in clinic hours are listed as 9am-4pm on a Saturday. My husband got there around 11:15am and was told they aren’t accepting anymore patients with approximately 10ppl in the room. I asked if it was due to Covid and was told no. I’ve never heard of going to a walk-in clinic with at least 4hrs left until end of day and say they’re not accepting anymore patients. Ridiculous and definitely not going back there again. Clearly the hours listed mean nothing.

Quick and efficient, doctor was kind and knowledgeable. Front desk staff was nice as well. Pharmacy is on site and pharmacist is very nice too. Overall great experience for a walk in clinic.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR IF YOU SUFFER FROM DEPRESSION/ANXIETY. I needed to take a stress leave from my work, and at first he refused to write me a note to allow me time off, because I'm considered "essential". Then he wrote me a note but only for 1 week (I requested 3). He has no knowledge of mental illness and being mentally healthy, and he lacks compassion and empathy. A garbage doctor, who is only good for physical illness, and nothing beyond that. A doctor that tries to control his patients and does not allow them to make decisions on what's best for their well-being. He should be ashamed.

Amazing clinic. All doctors are so patient and caring. Never rushed, always time to talk and great listeners. The pharmacy is also very accommodating and caring.

Recently moved to Woodstock!! I called this clinic and the receptionist confirmed that they closed at 6pm, I mention the reason why I will visit and she said come on Monday or Wednesday. I walked for 30 mins with my 7 year and 6 months old when I got there she said they are not taking any more patients ( they were not patient ahead of me , it was just me) I told her that I called and you said I can come anytime before 6 pm and explained to her that I walked for 30 mins if they can at least look at the baby she refuse and say the doctor have to leave I asked again can you please look at the baby we walked for so long and she still didn’t care. My worse experience with a walk in clinic and they show no sympathy and the receptionist felt pity towards the situation. Not accommodating!!

Recieved a telephone consult - I was expecting an email of the prescription to fulfill at a different location than where the clinic is...and never got it ..And no way to follow up. ( happy to change the review if I hear from someone). More than 30 hours later and never received the prescription he said he was sending.

Unable to get to my doctor answer d had some concerns but didn’t want to go to emerge. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. This clinic was warm and welcoming and not once did I feel uncomfortable. The doctor was very compassionate and attentive and really helped. Will continue to come here when needed.

Have been going through my sickness for almost most of my life and been to so I many doctors and specialist band for the first time in forever I met an amazing caring consider doctor ☺️ han not only made me feel comfortable and so welcome. Dr took time to get to know me and really giving it all he's got to help me get better and to help so I don't go through pain all day and all night 24/7 GOD BLESS????. My walk in clinic experience last week was wonderful.Dr. Ghaly is professional,compassionate and very thorough. He is warm and friendly and made me feel totally at ease. I was searching for a new Family Dr. as mine is retiring and I must say my search is now over after finding Dr.Ghaly.His receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable lf you are looking for a new Family Doctor I believe he is still accepting new patients.

I'm am completely disappointed in Dr. Ridhima Bijlani. I'm in a desperate need of a Dr and she said she was accepting new patients so I made an appointment which was a couple weeks away but the quickest I could get in. She sounded like she was taking me on as she told me to collect my old text words and have them sent to her as well as to call for an appointment after my appointment with a gynecologist. It took me several calls after that to remind her that I needed my thyroid meds refilled. Days later they finally call me back an refused to help with my refill until I sent my mailing address...which I did. I get to my pharmacy, after several calls bak an forth from them an dr offices e an after finally getting meds filled I find it was done incorrectly, so I hav the pharmacy call bak again and had to wait another 24hrs for the dr office to reply...which h they did in a call to me telling me that she will not fix my prescription, Not taking me on as a patient and was told to go to the walk in clinic if I need anything. I was left high and dry, with no choice but to take the wrong meds until can make it to a walk in clinic. GOOD thing I didnt already pay the $45 transfer for my records!

Please give your customers notice that you are behind on schedule! There is no point having an appointment booked if you still have to wait for over 1hr 45mins. Also shocked by the lack of social distancing in the waiting area for customers. On the positive side the Dr was very professional & polite.

Tried getting paperwork filled out here and had nothing but problems was told to come on multiple dates was turned away because they were full by 11am and once because they had a small puddle in the hallway ???????? Glad they care about others as I explained the importance of the documents and they didn’t care to allow me to see the doctor for 3 minutes to have it filled out. Terrible service from this place and the receptionist is such a terrible being to talk to it sounds as if she has not a care in the world about others and is only there for her paycheque. Not a friendly place and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Went here yesterday, receptionist very polite and curious. The Dr was amazing. Very thorough and very pleasant. Only concern is the long wait time to see doctor. Having pharmacy there was a great idea. Will definitely go back.Thanks for the great experience

This walk in clinic does not treat patients properly. When I visited the clinic I signed in and sat down waiting for an hour an a half. Then some lady walks in who “ signed in a lunchtime” and got to go in front of everybody. Even if she signed in before patients should have to wait in the waiting room. Not sign in and leave then just call when to come back like this girl did. If we all did that then it wouldn’t be a very efficient place. The doctor is a creep who’s been charged criminally at his previous practise. Stay far far away from this one.

Don’t ever go here! This is the worst walk-in clinic I’ve ever tried to go to. I say tried because it’s advertised as a walk-in clinic but it’s not. You never see a doctor, they don’t take walk-ins 95% of the time. If you don’t have a appointment you’re out of luck. I’ve tried two times. One time I went at 11am and there was a sign saying they are not accepting walk-ins and the other time I went right when they opened and the receptionist told the 12 of us in line waiting that there was only one doctor and she was not taking any walk-ins all day. They also don’t open till 9am and not at 8:30am like advertised.
