Good luck getting someone on the line to book an appointment, they don't answer the phones, check their voicemails, provide an email address, or allow booking online. They also don't allow anyone to come to the office without a prior appointment, so no option to book in person. Doctor George is great, but the admin staff are clearly either useless or desperately needing more help. Either way you're better off ignoring your problem than trying to get help here, they'll just ignore you anyway.

The older receptionist with the thick accent ( dr george’s Receptionist?) is terribly rude.. She talks down to me every time I go there! Doesn’t matter if it’s for me my sons my husband whoever she is rude to a 2 yr old child!! She should have been fired a long time ago in my opinion! People I have talked to won’t even seek help here because she embarrassed them in front of a waiting room full of people . There is zero discretion or privacy either! She just blurts out your medical issues so everyone can hear.

MTO Medical here is $120. It is $60 for the same service in Mississauga. When I pointed that out, the receptionist was kind enough to inform me that I was welcome to go to Mississauga. You bet your sweet bippy I will, jerk.

No respect for customers or anything, poorly setup establishment been a fan of dr George but quality and care seem to be slipping especially from the front office ladies l.

Receptionist took my info over the phone and told me come in. I saw dr.Nichols who quickly diagnosed my problem. Lucky to have this great medical centre available. Thank you@

Dr. George is a fine gentleman whos best interest is his patience. Highly recommended, came in person when I went to the hospital with homemade muffins ????.

If you want to go somewhere to be berated and talked down to then go here, the receptionist will accommodate you in that respect.
