If you value the life of your loved one, do not trust this Dr. He diagnosed my mother with pulmonary fibrosis when in fact it was her heart all along, for 15 years. If she had had her valve replaced back then she would still be alive, but instead, after several episodes,which he was at a loss to explain, a specialist that was on call sent her immediately to University Hospital where she was told she needed her valve replaced immediately. The cardiologists said that all the indicators for this were in all her test results that he conducted over the years, but that he read them incorrectly. There was alot of damage to her heart, and because of this she passed away. If I had the money I would be suing for malpractice, for his incompetence.

I found Dr. Fullerton very kind and patient..he always tried his best to help me.. I trust him completely. And would recommend him anyday. He deserves more then a 5 star.
