Not professional at all. They are rude and dont speak English well so its hard to understand what they are saying They have no regard for the building code specifically the part that states they need to have soap in the bathroom as well as a towel dispenser or hand dryer to which i was told they keep the paper towels at the front desk....but they dont leave a note so that anyone knows. But still not legal....The doctors are slow and nobody in this clinic speaks English unless they are charging you 30 bucks for a confirmation of pregnancy. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

The worst medical experience of my life!! The doctor is a stupid and rude person. He don't care about his patients and all the time he was talking about money. Something like "Do you know how much cost each minute mine here??" Avoid this clinic...

Waiting time is pretty decent even if there's a lot of people in the waiting room. The receptionists have been nice to me and spoken in a soft tone. The free wifi is awesome. The doctor I had listened to me pretty nicely and made sure he heard correctly. The pharmacy is also pretty quick and the people working there are nice.

Very rude doctor. I took my son here because he cannot see his doctor any time soon as she is booked up. He told us "you have to stay with one doctor. Go to emergency". I do not reccomend. Edit*** Then why is it called "walk in clinic"?

Completely incompetent, the pharmacist wanted to have me waiting half hour just for anti acid over the counter medication. Her assistant didnt know what over the counter medication was for acid reflux and didn't know how to find the label to see if it was safe for pregnant women. The pharmacist has 4 assistants behind counter and nobody knows what to do

Terrible clinic. Like previous comments the doctors only prescribe you a quick fix to get you out of the office, and can act very rude. They are always extremely late for appointments and will not even apologize for making you wait a ridiculous amount of time or even missing your appointment time. Receptionists have terrible manners and the worst service I have EVER seen, as I am in the clinic right now they are surfing the computers for boxing day deals. You have to repeat yourself multiple times but you will not get any help. The receptionists speak extremely unclear regardless if you talk with them in person, on the phone or listening to a voice message- its impossible to hear what they are saying. Dont waste your time on this clinic.

Dr imam been late for the clinic for an hour , omg and receptionist when we asked her she just say 5 min or 10 mins , but we been waiting over hour. Definitely, not recommending this clinic to anyone!!!

The people at the reception are great. The physicians lack empathy and will make you wait forever, leave the door open in the middle of the consultation and will get up after 1minute without hearing you properly. They will recomand antibiotic for all your inquiries. If you are a woman you will die before they will even hear you. Prevention ain’t something they believe in I guess. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

0 star for this clinic. The washroom was extremely dirty. We waited for 2 hours to see Dr. Bello the door was open NO PRIVACY people can hear the conversation. Was told to come back after 2 weeks they call 2 days before the appointment because Dr. Bello will be away for the said appointment so we came the same day they called. waited for 1 and a half hours even if we came in ahead of time. there's only 1 patient waiting. again the door was widely open people can hear the conversation. Dr. Bello did not even spoke to me that much as if he wants to get rid of me. I had panic attack after this. The washroom was extremely dirty. receptionist said its not her job to clean. I will not recommend this place.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would give ZERO stars. The worst clinic ever, I was calling to make an appointment for 3 months and they were saying only "your doctor is in the hospital and we don't know when he is coming back", and only after having a mini break-down on the phone that the receptionist told me that my doctor might be working for another clinic, and at the same time, another doctor was requesting my medical records and the clinic was denying it. I called the other clinic and they confirmed that my doctor is no longer working at Kennedy since Dec/20. They will lie to you for NO REASON AT ALL. This is negligence and completely irresponsible.

I have been going here for a few years now, I am still a patient. Dr.Wisdom is very knowledgeable as a doctor should be whenever I am sick or feel uncomfortable. The receptionists are also always very friendly and easy to talk to. If i had anything negative to say, it would be the pharmacy inside the clinic, I waited 2 hours for a medication as it was busy because of flu season. I asked again about my prescription to be told they didn't have it. Clinic and its doctors are fantastic, don't use the pharmacy inside the clinic though. There are more options like shoppers at portage place mall.

Inept doctors that simply offer antibiotics no matter the ailment do more harm than good. With any luck enough people will learn of their unprofessional manner and have this establishment close, which would be this clinics best move in terms of helping the Downtown populace.

Awful experiences mostly with reception. First time a tried to book I asked for an early appointment and they booked me in the evening so when I found out that I had arrived twelve hours early I had to reschedule for Thursday. Unfortunately for me they had scheduled me at the time it was closed for the long weekend. So I had rescheduled for the Saturday the same weekend. While I was at work I had received three voicemails within an hour (very unprofessional) asking me to come in early for my appointment. I had said I was at work and would try to come when I finished, if not I'd be there for my scheduled time at 530pm. When i couldn't make they said the doctor had wanted to gone home because earlier appointments cancelled so I had to be rescheduled in a month from now. It's not like I was coming in because I had a cold, I had tried to schedule and reschedule this appointment a few times within two weeks .. But hey, who cares about someone's mental health? Clearly not anyone in the clinic.

This is a cautionary post! Please read! Stay away from DR. HARVEY LEE- he knows nothing. Stay away from their endocrinologist Dr. Lee. I am going to report him to the medical association. He has been seeing me for two years and telling me that my lab works are normal while my symptoms worsened over the years. On my last visit - he told me “I AM NOT GOD AND CANNOT HELP YOU BECAUSE YOUR BLOODWORK SEEMS NORMAL”. Then I went for a second opinion and it was determined by the new doctor that I am a thyroid patient and looking at my history it was mentioned that my conditioned worsened over the years and now in a critical condition. I was immediately prescribed three medicines if high dose to get my thyroid and other hormones under control. I doubt his skills as a doctor because everytime- he would type in my symptoms in GOOGLE AND read out what google tells him!!! He should be questioned by medical authority and I will escalate this matter. Other doctors are fine but STAY AWAY FROM DR. HARVEY LEE. I am available for any questions you may have regarding this doctor.

1. Get medical scripts (drugs) filled 2. Medical forms filled (over a span of days) 3. Experience is about business/getting scripts written and filled 4. Quick if you need something from the pharmacy. 5. Will overprescribe if you need. 6. Credentials aren't listed anywhere which is odd Overall it's a great place if you need percs/t3s/drugs. I would highly recommended letting the receptionist know that you only need a drug script and they'll let you skip the queue. Pharmacy next door is owned by the clinic so it's convenient and fast! For everything else, I would recommend this place if you have 6 hours to kill.

My experience only showed they're disorganized and and miscommunication is obviously an issue. After reading an advertisement that they were taking new patients and had female Doctors available, I called to make an appointment and was told there were no female Dr's on staff and that they were planning on hiring some however I could be seen by one of the Dr's they had on staff and transfer when she was hired. This should have been my first clue. So I decided to book an appointment, took time of work to go and showed up at my appointment early to fill out forms and the usual new patient thing. I wasn't given any forms, despite mentioning that I had a Dr's Appt for a new patient. I sat down and noticed just like other people mentioned, their entire computer system, with patient information, wide open and a sign on the opposite wall asking people to "not touch the computer". This seems like a huge patient confidentiality issue. This was my second clue. So I waited to see the Dr and told him I was looking for a new Dr that was a bit more versed in a health issue I was dealing with and was told by him that he wasn't taking new patients. After I told him that was the whole reason why I was there and that I was as clear with his reception as I was with him and he seemed to understand why I was there. I got up and put on my jacket and when closing the door, didn't realize it was so light and it closed heavier than I expected. When I was trying to figure out the confusion with his receptionist, the Dr, who wouldn't be seeing me or take me as a patient anyways....felt the need to try and lecture me about how I was "rude" and another Dr wouldn't like me doing that. To which I told him I took an entire days off work and money out of my pocket only to have my time wasted so how do you think I felt then said "Good Day Sir" & walked out. WOW....sort of realize why they now have such a bad rating on MULTIPLE rating sites. Do you REALLY want this to be your health care facility?

They are so worse...first time they don't ask for the visit fee..I have a health care so why I need to pay for that and then after second visit.after waiting one hour they asked me to pay 70 dollars ..I m not mad...don't try to fool the people...I don't recommend anyone to go there

Not long of a wait, knowledgeable doctor but a bit of a privacy issue leaving the computers open to whoever's files when you walk in to the room....but I really enjoyed the receptionists and the doctor every time I have needed a Dr. Pharmacy is lovely too. Thx guys.

This office is ridiculous. Dr.Isam is a terrible doctor, has personally been on his cellphone call during my whole appointment one time, speaking a different language and it was incredibly unprofessional. He also forgets who you are and will cancel your prescription refills and make you come to wait in the office to see him for no reason other than he has a bad memory. Long wait and such a waste of time. Never had to deal with so much bs from a doctor.

Went here today to see a doctor, only to have dr. Imam rush me through my visit and be completely rude with me the entire 5 minutes I got! They were NOT busy at all. Only one other person in the waiting room. He did not listen to a damn word I was saying, then went on to write me a prescription anyways and then try to send me across the street to the Winnipeg clinic for lab work. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place and will not ever go back! If you need a good walk in go to polo park medical clinic!

Terrible receptionists, have to repeat yourself multiple times. Most of them will look at you like you're speaking in tongues, not to mention they're majorly lacking in customer service skills and respect. Doctors are not much better, have to repeat yourself multiple times. They will prescribe you the generic "quick fix." just to get you out of the office. Multiple times I've had to go back to the clinic, multiple times has either nothing been done, Or I'm prescribed something that entails in no extra results. After four visits, I was referred to a specialists and can't even be seen for the next three months. The only decent thing about this clinic, are the pharmacists. Seems like they actually know what they're doing/talking about (however you can expected an extremely long wait.) Pharmacists have actually cut me a break on some medications when I had no coverage, something they absolutely didn't need to do.

Always a minimum of 1 hour waiting time, even if you make an appointment. Which can be understandable, but the doctor always rushes me too, and gets irritated when I ask questions. I often leave feeling confused, so I end up with questions I bring up multiple times to the doctor because I don't get a clear answer. Admin staff don't provide very professional service either.

Below you will see the review I wrote 4 months ago. Completely disregard it. Today I went back there, saw the SAME DOCTOR, and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! No compassion, No warmth, No interest, No time, No Nothing!! Told him I won’t be back. A negative 1 should be the rating.???????????????????????????????????? I highly recommend this incredibly humane patient-centred clinic to all who seek medical attention, whether on a walk-in or an appointment basis. Today I saw Dr. Isam Imam, and a more intelligent, compassionate professional would be near impossible to find! If you are looking for an excellent G.P., I highly recommend Dr. Imam and if he is any reflection on the other doctors on staff, you will not be disappointed. To add to the appeal, the clinic is open 365 days a year, something else near impossible to find and as we all know, stuff always happens on a Friday at 3 or on a statuatory holiday! The clinic is clean, open and bright, and the receptionist polite and soft-spoken. Really, I can’t be more delighted and happy to share my good fortune in discovering the Kennedy Medical Clinic!

This is listed as a Walk-in. Website says hours 8am-5pm. It's -40 out but I walk there only to find out they actually open at 9am! I walk there at 9am only to find out the Doctor doesn't start until 10am!!!!!!!! I mention the website and receptionist tells me it's wrong.....no kidding! Any plans on maybe FIXING it?? My previous first visit at this clinic was good, really liked the Doctor but this morning.....NOT impressed!!

Receptionist are so bad over the phone and in person, they treat you like if they are doing a favor to you, not able to provide any information over the phone and just telling you, "if you are close you can come" and hung up on you. It is either they do not have any training for that service or they do not care. Really bad service

I have been in this clinic for several years, and I can say from the receptionist, the pharmacists and the doctors, especially Dr. Imam are all very helpful and respectful, helpful and professional. As soon as you enter the building you feel very welcomed.

I've seen Dr Wisdom Uwabor for a few issues and he has been fantastic. Good diagnosis and forwarded me to specialists quickly when needed. Clinic is basic and utilitarian by design for Canada but that is ok.

I read a very positive review 5 stars for Dr Imam. Maybe there are 2.of.them in the. Clinic. The one I had was awful Went in for blood work results and said my sugar was high.. Didn't give an explanation what it meant No compassion whatsoever Wrote me a prescription and told me to go to pharmacy Arranged for me to see a specialist and that was it Specialist for diabetes I found out actually wasn't Impatient rude. Dr.Imam is My favourite doctor I’ve been to in the city. He listens to my needs, and he has a lot of knowledge. I always feel comfortable coming to this clinic, and the front desk people are very fast and efficient.
