My doctor is great, the receptionist, rude. I understand not wanting to be on the phone all the time but no need to talk so fast and hang up so fast. I'm calling to confirm and she says "yes, you're appointments at so and so, okay bye" click. I even said "it's at so and so?" Heard nothing. She already hung up. If my son was loud, I would have never heard it. All of this happened in under 90sec.

If you don't like a receptionist (such as Doreen), that is condescending and rude over the phone then I suggest you go somewhere else, and if you don't like an arrogant doctor (Dr. Chubaty), I also suggest you go somewhere else. No professionalism or patient care coming from this centre. Working in the customer service industry myself, we would not condone such ill-mannered behaviour. My family and I have gone to this clinic and our family Dr was Dr. Lam before he retired. He was the best. I haven't been back for more than 10 years, unfortunately my elderly parents still go there... and I cannot believe they had to tolerate going there. Having to take my elderly father for the first time last week, best believe that this will be the last time they will be going there. We are officially on the search of a professional, caring and considerate doctor/office. It is very rare that I even give reviews to any business but having to experience such dreadful service from them, I felt the need to spread some light and awareness into this matter!
