Doctor's here are great. Staff are very nice. There is always a movie on to keep you entertained while you wait. Very busy Clinic, so expect a 1-2 hour wait even with an appointment. If you are seeing Dr Aljafari, he is worth the wait. He takes the time to listen, explains everything, and is very understanding. No rushing and keeps a very close eye on your health and medications.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. R. Ramgoolam regularly since 1993. We have come to understand that he and his wife have a 'calling' to care for people.

Generally, the staff are friendly and helpful but this is a busy clinic. Expect to wait at least an hour to see an doctor and expect to wait three weeks to a month for an appointment. The pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful as well. Love the convenience. Parking isn't too much of a problem as long as you don't show up around between noon and one o'clock.

Dr Jamal is absolutely wonderful! I’ve never had a physician who actually looks me in the eye to talk to me about my concerns. She sees you in a timely manner, is kind and caring and listens so well! The staff at this clinic have to be the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered. My experience at this clinic has been nothing less than amazing every time.

Dr Aljafari is one of the best family GPs I’ve ever used. Attentive to what I have to say and genuinely cares about my health. He is kind and gentle. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is a great clinic.

I’ve been seeing doctor Aljafari for about a year now! He is very thorough and caring. He always listens to my concerns and does his best to help me and explain anything to me that I may need to know. For instance I had a strange mole on my arm and I asked him to look at it and he printed me a sheet to show me what the signs of melanoma are so I can tell if it starts to look bad. He takes his time with each patient because of this do expect to wait a while in the waiting room. The waiting room is pretty crowded but they have a tv where they play movies on Netflix. It also can take a few months to get an appointment but they do walk ins sometimes if you need faster care, just call ahead and ask which day the walk in is open. They are a very busy clinic so it’s not always open. I’ve had a great expirience here and I am so happy to have my doctor.

I called and had an appointment the next day! Wait time is about 20-80 mins. Doctors notes are on the pricy side though. Shop around.

Worst medical clinic I've ever attended. In the 2 years I went here, I literally could not get the receptionists to stop contacting my emergency number with appointment reminders, instead of my own phone. I eventually had them delete that number because they wouldn't stop using it as a primary contact number. If you have an appointment in the morning, you'll be waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment and two hours if it's in the afternoon. You'll be stuck in a small waiting room with many sick people that you can contract illnesses from. Every time I tried to get a prescription filled, the pharmacist said they'd have to contact the doctor, because the instructions made no sense. The way my prescription was written makes it incomprehensible. At some point the College of Physicians and Surgeons need to step in and regulate businesses like this. This is a barely functioning medical clinic.

Long waits and doctors are not well read, have R.A. and hobble when walk and it was like pulling teeth to get a parking pass form filled out and then would only give for 3 months so I would have to keep comming back to pay $50 to get it renewed. Like my arthritis is going to go away in 3 months! Also staff are not friendly. Cranky is the best description.

Wait times are often very long. Reception staff are poor with the exception of one person there. Very difficult in getting what info you need from reception. The specialist my daughter was referred to was uphauled and surprised at what I had to do to get a tidbit of info. I was told that they closed that 'window' on the computer already. I guess she is overworked by opening a screen that contains the required information. We both gave up and the specialist clinic took care of me starting from scratch. Previously too- a doctor who was not my family doctor there had seen me as a walk-in patient in her (my doctor's) absence and a few days later I ended up in the ER hooked up to IV and given steroids so I could breathe based on his mis-diagnosis. Have not been impressed with this clinic at all. I am done with this group of 'professionals'.

Reception continually puts me on hold, is difficult to understand and not polite. Expect to wait several hours later in a small, overcrowded waiting room unless you can get an early appointment time. Doctor keeps requesting that I return every few months for a prescription refill, which is unnecessary and a waste of time. I found this place through the Manitoba Family Doctor Finder. Looks more like a third-rate, third-world clinic than a Canadian one. What a joke.

I find Dr. A to be very thorough and attentive and I'm very happy with him as my Doctor.. If he feels I require more tests with a specialist he is quick to set this up. It's too bad with the cuts in WRHA funding they lost their nurse. She was also very good. Generally a long wait, so I call before my appointment to see how far behind they are

This is a horrible clinic. Literally was told by Dr. Shabana Jamal that I was asking too many questions and I should book another appointment 5 minutes into my appointment because she "needed to leave in half and hour and she still had another appointment!" I couldn't believe a doctor was tell me this! Will be writing a complaint to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Sent to this clinic by the Family Doctor Finder in Winnipeg. It's a joke... Kept waiting for 90 minutes before each appointment, with others having been called first, when they arrived after we did. Will not recommend to anyone.

I have been searching for a family doctor, and my supervisor recommended Dr. Aljafari. Dr. Aljafari is the best physician among all the physicians I have met. Very good listener and very thorough with his diagnosis. He does not take a guess. He refers to me other doctors for my symptoms. My wife and I are very happy and feel fortunate to have him as our family doctor.

Dr. Shamans Jamal won't help to solve my problems and when I went to get a second Dr. opinion she got snotty with me. She never was helpful.
