Getting laser vision correction surgery was the best decision I ever made! Dr. Tayfour and his staff made the experience so much more enjoyable and I felt I was in good hands. If you're on the fence about getting laser eye surgery, do it. You won't regret it.

Not knocking down their ratings, not their fault, property owners needs to have other options to pay for parking than cash. I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have US cash on me. They wouldn't give me exchange. I wouldn't be able to walk far to get cash as I'm handicapped. Won't go back to the complex until parking is changed.

I have damaged eyes and vision after Lasik at this clinic, that are not correctable with glasses anymore. Dr. Tayfour refuses to diagnose and treat me.

Terrible experience. Staff were very rude to me on the phone (her name is Vicky) and she said doctor is available till 10:00 am (they open at 9:00 am), so Dr. comes only for 1 hr at clinic! :-(

Overall my experience with the laser eye institute of Windsor was very positive. All the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. The only thing that I would say is that in the initial consultation with Dr. Tayfour (though I'm sure he’s busier than most) I thought that upon entering his office the whole process was pretty rushed. I feel as though when considering the sensitivity and importance of a persons eyesight, the Doctor conducting the procedure should go the extra mile to build the rapport with his patient to build a strong trustworthy relationship. His reputation clearly speaks for itself but it would have increased my comfort levels on the day of surgery. Otherwise, my experience was great, my vision is PERFECT and with very very minimal downtime. Great investment!

Dr. Tayfour and his staff were fantastic. Everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable of the process and were able to answer any questions that I had. All of my appointment times were prompt with little waiting and virtually no "down time" in the office. My overall experience and results of the vision correction surgery were more than expected and I would recommend Dr. Tayfour to any and all seeking assistance with vision correction.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions and explained it all clearly. The surgery was quick and painless. If you are american and have no/private insurance and can make the trip to WLEI I highly reccomend it.
