Been going here for 9 years, has really went downhill. Employees stand around and talk instead of working and always have an attitude. wait almost half hour now to get into scheduled appointments. Money hungry a-hole!

Dr. Ghilzon and his staff have been extremely friendly, clear and helpful as my 10-year-old daughter has undergone the process of receiving a dental apparatus. Having never gone through the process, our family has had no shortage of questions and the staff there has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and us feel like we understand the process.

Dr. Ghilzon allegedly pushes questionable jaw surgeries on patients who have no medical issues. He refers exclusively to his best friend, Dr. Joe Armstrong, in London Ontario. This is very alarming and unethical, and in my opinion, there is something very fishy going on between these two. Dr. Joe Armstrong ruined my life with his botched jaw surgery. I have been suicidal for 4 years and spend every single day in pain. Dr. Armstrong got his money and abandoned me immediately. Absolutely disgusting of Dr. Ghilzon to push very invasive surgeries on young patients with NO medical concerns. From my experience, Dr. Joe Armstrong is a very incompetent surgeon, and quite frankly, should be locked up in jail.

Worst experience!! I have never had to deal with such a rude and money hungry dentist. I was given a few options of how i should proceed with my teeth & when I decided NOT to get braces He not only made me feel awful he wouldnt refer me to an oral surgeon. I HOPE NO ONE CONSIDERS COMING HERE!!

Absolutely love Dr .Ghilzon & all the staff . They have always been very helpful answering all my questions . I’m now bringing my 11 yr old daughter here for braces because I had Dr. Ghilzon 20 yrs ago for my 2 older children and was very satisfied with the results, when my younger daughter needed braces I was happy to see that Dr .Ghilzon was still practising. I have never had a bad experience here , from scheduling appointments to submitting forms the process has been very easy . I have and continue to recommended Dr.Ghilzon to family & friends .

Staff are RUDE and always standing around talking, CONSTANTLY running behind schedule and they walk and work as slow as turtles, with garbage on the floor and garbage cans full
