Nice and newer building. Parking is free compare to their old location. Only thing prices for buying glasses their are not very reasonable. Also very high quality glasses are not available their.

This place is great and the staff is always so nice and helpful! Was just is to get some new glasses and thank god Kate was there to help me! She helped me pick out some great glasses and was so nice and kind. She was even able to help me out and I got my glasses an hour after picking them!

My son got glasses 2 months back and one of the arms broke 3 days back . Though the glasses had warranty I was charged 150 dollars because the lady at the store says the warranty doesn’t apply since I used glue on the broken arm so he could wear it till I get it fixed. I didn’t have the time to do proper research seems like I was duped big time . The original glasses cost 240 dollars considering it was still in warranty I should have got it free of charge .

I was inherited 20+ years ago when my old doctor retired. I will not be returning. After going here for years the level of care was absurd. Not only did I have to go back to get my eyes reexamined. It was suggested I sit closer to my monitors at work to solve the problem. I had 2 get 2 prescriptions. One for the office. And one for distance and driving. That's not an issue. I am getting old. The pair for the office was awful. I could not see my monitors which sit 32" away. I could see the monitors better without the glasses! My job depends on numbers I couldn't see with or without the glasses. Another appointment and a new set of lenses ordered. The tech broke the frames which were not even 2 weeks old and didn't tell me! I didn't notice when I picked them up but did when I took out of the case at work the following day. I think this was like visit 4-5 at this point. They ordered the frames but they came in a different shape and size. This was not their fault but was then told I would have to pick another set of frames. I couldn't decide. I left frustrated. I couldn't understand if they had to order the lenses again why we couldn't use the frames that came in. I took a few days to think about it and got my money back for the office pair. Just to point something out I got my first pair of glasses at 12. I am 49. This was my first experience like this on all these years. I am used to picking frames and good to go until I need a new set. Sometimes an occasional adjustment due to wear and tear. I don't think they are taking time with their customers as during this I took my 24 yr old son and he got his first set of glasses. He picked his up while they were repairing mine. I didn't pay attention but had to take him back as the glasses were not adjusted to his face and we were concerned as one arm was too loose and the other too tight. The one that was too tight - the screw was stripped and in wrong. It was an easy fix but as they were new glasses I wasn't adjusting them. Again staff should have noticed this before handing glasses over. After this adjustment my son is happy with his glasses. For those reading this until the end I waited months before posting to see if my opinion would change. It didn't.

Always a positive experience there. I have been seeing Dr. Kara Harvey for years, and she is wonderful. I have recommended her numerous times over the years. She is both knowledgable & friendly. The staff have always been pleasant. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Was not too happy with my first experience here. Lenses kept fogging up during exam due to the mask (not sure how accurate the prescription is but i’ll find out with my exam at a different facility in a few days) and staff very pushy for eye glass sales even though eye drops were put in to eyes to complete exam and were causing very blurred vision and could not see anything clear, but staff insisted on picking out glasses. Also, I had to go back to get prescription.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tolmie and the Windsor Vision Centre for a few years now. The experience is always professional and I love the great variety of glasses they have to chose from.Also I love their new location

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place is, both professional and personal at the same time. From start to finish, the staff were welcoming and friendly and were very informative/knowledgeable on all of the products that I had questions about. I was first welcomed by their receptionist, Olivia, who greeted me right away. I was a little early for my appointment so I was allowed to look around at their different glassware. One of their optical assistants, Katie, saw that I was looking around and immediately came to help me find the frames that would look best on me. She had recruited Cindy, Emily, and Shannon; all were very helpful and I was able to tell them what I liked best or what I wasn’t much of a fan of. With having to wear a mask, I asked if I could bring the glasses to the washroom so I could take down my mask to see how I looked and they said that was no problem at all. With COVID, they cleaned every single pair of glasses that I had worn (and let me tell you, there was A LOT!) I saw Dr. Angela Farrah who was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was so happy to talk to me about what she saw with my exam and what to watch out for (E.g.- sun damage since I have light coloured eyes). I was able to pick up my glasses and, Atheer, the technician, was so thorough with making sure my glasses were comfortable and I didn’t have any issues with how they fit at all. Overall, I had such an amazing experience. Thank you to all of the staff (Olivia, Katie, Dr. Farrah, Atheer, Cindy, Shannon, and Emily). You are all so wonderful and made my experience so easy! You definitely have a long-term client now.

I had a scheduled appointment today at this location to select new frames and new glasses. Entry is by appointment only. Upon entering the practice, sanitizer was available at the door and I was greeted by an individual at the window who was very courteous and advised me to feel free to browse their selection of frames. In keeping with safety protocols I was advised to look as much as I liked, but to please not touch any of the frames. I would be assigned an individual to personally assist me shortly. Shout-out to "Shannon" who was assigned to assist me. She was fantastic. She was experienced, brutally honest (which I appreciated) and more than helpful in assisting me to make a decision. Because of the abundance of frames to choose from, from designer designs to more affordable ones, it would have been a very difficult and long process otherwise. I never felt rushed and I can't wait to receive my new glasses in approximately two-weeks time.
