Dr. Shan has been an absolutely amazing doctor! I registered as her patient a while ago and since I've been in for some pretty serious issues. First, I went to Peru and came back with a fever and seveer digestion issues. She fixed it no problem. And today I managed to cut my finger while preparing dinner. I cut it so deeply I hit an artery. Her office was closing in 15-20 minutes. I called, let the receptionist know what was going on. She put me on hold and told Dr. Shan. Now, she could have just said "She should go to the ER" and then gone home but that wasn't what happened. She waited for me to get there, looked over my "handy" work, and determined I'd need stitches (five to be exact.) She took care of it. She did so well I barely felt anything. She was amazing! Made small talk the whole time and took my mind off of what was going on. I am so thankful to have such a great doctor. Anyone who tells you she isn't a good doctor is lying.

Super nice Doctor. Had me in and out within 15 mins. No wait time. I also brought my toddler in an hour later and she had us in and out again in 15 mins. Treated us great and was very helpful. Prescription took about 5 mins to fill and we were out of there. Great staff, very friendly and caring. Will be going to see her from now on when I can't get in to my family doctor.

Thank you, Dr. Shan, for being an excellent doctor. I've been with your clinic for over a year now, and you're easily the best doctor I've had. I have very high expectations regarding most things in life, and I find that Dr. Shan provides very quick health consultations, but never rushed. She's a really nice lady, and an excellent health care provider. Her practice is professional and the wait time is not usually over 30 minutes if you arrive in the morning. The pharmacy is about 10 steps from her office, which makes it very convenient for a diagnosis and prescription.

Dr Shanmukanathan is patient and professional. I never feel rushed. She has helped me feel comfortable during every appointment. She is very knowledgeable of old reliable methods of treatment, but also new studies and trials. I have never before received such quality health care. She is also wonderful with my teenaged son. Tamara is also very helpful in person and over the phone.

I like Dr. Shan - it's just impossible to get in there and nobody ever seems to call you. I like that the office is in my neighborhood but it does me no good if I can't ever see her.

This woman has zero compassion for her patients. She has made public statements that her personal life is far more important than being available for patients. Don't waste your time with this piece of work.

I have been going to Dr. Shan now for just over a year and I LOVE HER! She is so available for us, she is so down-to-earth, she doesn't order unnecessary tests and she is always willing to give us a referral if we need it. She takes her time with us. My husband is comfortable with her as his doctor and we are going to be using her services for our new baby girl when she is born. I stopped by today as a walk-in with no appointment and was in to see her in less than 5 minutes. She doesn't waste your time but is always willing to take the time to answer your questions. She even calls me personally with test results if they are of a concerning nature. If I call to make an appointment, I can almost always get in on the next business day. The other people I love are the staff. Most doctors, their staff are so rude and unfriendly and they mostly just want to treat you like a number. I have never had that vibe here and I like that her main girl is very nice, down-to-earth and DOES NOT talk to me in a condescending way and DOES NOT try to pretend she is the doctor. I couldn't be more happy with Dr Shan and her office and I recommend her to ALL my friends and family looking for a doctor in the Windsor area.

Our previous family physician was wonderful, but in Lasalle and with three children, it was difficult to get there for minor issues. I was so happy to find Dr. Shan had opened a practice within walking distance from my home. She's been so wonderful and we were happy to switch family doctors for her. Very pleased with the care we receive.

My wife and I started going to see Dr. Shan last year. She is really nice and we are both very comfortable with her. We always get right in to see her and she doesn't take a lot of time. She will answer our questions and make sure we are good before we leave. Never had a problem with walk in or getting an appointment. Dr Shan has never had a problem giving us the referrals we need and has always been straight forward with us. My wife is also overweight and she has never been rude or weird about it or made it the cause of every issue. We are very happy with Dr Shan and we recommend her to all our friends whenever possible.

Went to see her in the walkin clinic for my hypertension. Took a brief history and a list of my meds. Told me I really do need to get a family dr. because of my many health issues. I asked her if she was accepting new patients, and she said she was, but wouldn't take me as I take rivotril 0.5mg at bedtime. I couldn't believe what I was hearing coming out of her mouth. Just when people are trying to get rid of the stigma of mental illness, you have a dr. With an attitude like that. She's in the health care profession and should be an advocate, educating her patients, not discriminating against them. Her concern was dyeing from an OD. Obviously, she is misinformed as dealth is mostly when medications are mixed with alcohol and/or opioids. According to Canadian stats, by the time a person reaches 40, 1 in 2 persons will have or had a mental health issue. I have never been so humiliated in my life!

Dr. Shan is my favorite doctor of all time! She is really good, she takes her time with you, entertains you with stories of various treatments from the old days :). Did you know that before modern medicine - cysts were treated by beating them with a bible over and over again until they burst? LOL! That little tidbit and more can be had along with excellent medical care. I LOVE HER! She takes care of my entire family. She and Tamara are extremely efficient and friendly.
