Dr. Naidu is an amazing doctor who cares very much about her patients. She genuinely wants to help you to live your best life. I am so thankful that she has indeed helped me to live my best life. I lost 49lbs in just a little over three months on her Opti-Fast program, which includes weekly zoom classes and regular telephone check-ins. I know I could not have been this successful without her care and program because I have tried many times to lose weight with very little success. I highly recommend Dr. Naidu, the Opti-Fast program and her support staff (Bosko and Melissa). They are all wonderful and very kind people. If I can do it, so can you!

Very nice! Just wished I knew she was all about weight loss. I thought I was going to an internal specialist that would help to figure out what was going on with me. I was in and out in 10 min feeling confused, sad and angry.

I’ve never had a worse experience with any kind of doctor. I waited an hour for her to enter the room. She then proceeded to offer me 2 options for weight loss: surgery or taking pills that would be insanely expensive monthly. She seemed to not care at all about me as a patient and she told me to figure out which pill I wanted to take instead of offering me help and tips with diet or exercise to lose weight on my own. I’m very unimpressed and I will not be returning. The lady who helped me before her was very good however; she offered a lot of insight on how to change habits to see results and wasn’t pushy.

Dr. Naidu changed my life. I lost 65 pounds over 7 months and feel better than I have in years! Dr. Naidu is very professional and knowledgeable in her field and will present you with options, it is up to you to decide which options are right for you. There were options (pills) that she presented to me that I declined but I was still able to have success with her other recommendations. You have to be ready for a major lifestyle change and willing to let go of old habits, thoughts and beliefs as well as take an active part in your own care by doing your own research and making decisions that are right for you. Obesity is an extremely personal and complex issue that requires a multi-faceted approach to resolve. Dr. Naidu was instrumental in my weight loss journey and I am extremely grateful to her and her staff.
