Dr. J's is a very professional Auto shop! All the employees are amazing people including the front desk guy Steve. Very nice and very honest. They did a great job finding what's wrong with my civic, and they did an amazing repair on it. They know what they're talking about, and they were able to explain the exact problem to a non-automotive educated person very simply and easy to understand. They didn't confuse me and I was able to understand the work that needed to be done with their explanation. They're great at creating a professional relationship. I have been bringing my car troubles since I got my car and I will be continuing to go there for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would recommend giving them a visit for any car questions or problems you may have. They're awesome guys.

I recently installed lowering springs on my Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and needed a 4-wheel alignment. Dealing with Jose, Jessa and Kelly was great from start to finish. The camber and caster were understandably well out of alignment due to the new springs. Doctor J has latest and greatest equipment and was able to show me exactly how much everything was out. They corrected front and rear and showed me how they got everything back to spec. All 3 were professional and good to work with. Highly recommend you check them out as they have invested a lot of money in quality equipment to do jobs the right way!

Being a woman its often nerve racking or scary to bring your vehicle into the shop. I was able to bring mine in with no worries and no worries about them telling me i need something that i dont need done. The staff is amazing, helpful, and super friendly and to top it off ive never seen such a clean shop before. I will not be second guessing where i will be bringing my vehicle from here on out!!

My mother tried to surprise me by getting my car detailed in early December. It was full of dog hair and dust from the previous owner, so my mother had paid for a deep clean. Once I had a chance to look at my car afterwards, it was still very dusty, and there were so many areas that were not cleaned at all. We tried to contact them again about trying to get it corrected, and they never replied. My mom also had gotten her own car cleaned on a lower package, and there were issues with that detailing job too. I would not recommend them for detailing, as I would have had better results just trying to clean it myself.

I have been coming to Dr. J's auto clinic since I was a teenager, and through 3 different vehicles now, they have never steered me wrong. Jose himself is a very kind and compassionate person, who helps me out from time to time due to my loyalty as a customer. He has been in the business for many years now and knows what he is talking about. Somehow this shop was able to keep my beloved Durango alive far past her time and then helped me in choosing my Journey which I am currently driving. They are honest and don't seem to ever cut corners, which may get expensive but you always know you are paying for quality. The rest of the staff are very kind, and with my anxiety disorder and obsessive mother, I can't be an easy customer to deal with. Yet, they always treat me with kindness, and always do good work on my vehicles. Take it from a lifelong customer, if you want work done right by people who actually give a damn, go to Dr. J's.

They did an excellent job diagnosing my car. I had major loss of power and noise issues due to a combination of broken sensors and coils, exhaust, intake issues. The car now has all its torque, speed and response back and they gave me a great deal. Thanks guys!! Works like new again.

Had our car cleaned by Jess at Doctor J's. I'm nearly speechless at the work she was able to do. We had years of dog hair, salt stains, general odors, engine bay was a mess. She made all of it look brand new. Cleaner than the day we bought it. If you're looking for a good detailing shop, do yourself the favour of going with her! You will not regret it!

I had a flat tire after work and no other shop would repair my tire as they were all closing. I showed up to Doctor J's 15 minutes to close and they happily stayed passed 5pm to repair my tire for me. They took their time and all around made it a great experience after having quite a hiccup trying to find places that would take us in. When the technician brought me my car keys he sat down with me and first told me my car was Good and running good , he also told me a few things that need to be fixed on my vehicle. i was not pressured to do anything on the spot. i was told what i should fix first and go from there. I brought my 1993 GMC to doctor j auto clinic for a transmission swap in where it had a new flywheel and starter installed after replacing the tranny the flywheel and starter where shot (improper) installation had to get it redone I leave with my truck only to find out my drives haft fell out after sending back to him I get the truck back to find out my truck will.not start... After looking close up to the battery I notice the terminals where no tight ... after a few ( less then 2 months) my startery blows up again. Dr j said he would not cover it under warranty this place is a joke he is more of a joke stay away from this place I would even bring my WHEEL barrel there .ps he also tree pushing me around in his ofive grow up bud ...

I live South East Ohio 5 hours drive from Windsor, Ontario. I was in Windsor visiting family, when I got into my car and it would not shift into gear. I contacted the dealership service department. At which the they informed me it would be a few days before they could get me in for service if I brought my car to there location... When I realized there Doctor J Auto Clinic less than a block away. Even though I wasn't on the schedule they made arrangements to get me in the same day! Doctor J and his staff were top notch all the way. They had to order parts and had them expedited in the same day. They even stayed over two hours past quitting time just to get me back on the road. Not only are the staff at Doctor J Auto Clinic dedicated to what they do which is fixing vehicles the right way but they care about the people they are working for. I want to thank Jose and Steve and the rest of the staff for all you did. Most of all thanks for getting back on the road the same day to make my five hour trip back to Ohio. I would recommend these guys even over the dealership. I also want to add they even used stock OEM parts to repair my car. If I ever have any more Automotive needs while in Canada I will be back! They did my alignment full disclosure of costs, time and parts before doing the work. My experience was top notch. I own a cleaning business. It was insanely clean in the waiting room AND the washroom. Seriously I never expected a nice much less crazy clean washroom at an auto shop.

My go to shop is Dr.J. They take pride in their work and it was nice that Jose explained everything that needed work on my car so I understood what was being done on my suv.
