Dr. Chorney took the time to make sure my exam was complete and accurate. This is great! When my glasses came in they had them redone because the staff person wasn't happy with the outcome. This is also great! It took a few weeks but I now have the best fitting glasses I've ever had. Its a wonderful, positive experience every time I go.

Friendly staff - professional, efficient service - as far a prices go.... you get what you pay for - this level of service requires prices be where they are (which are very comparable to other Windsor eye centres).

You can see a bunch of nice people here. I have ordered a specs, then asked for a change after receiving it. I was expecting to be mocked by them, but, they were nice and supportive. Sunglass price: Obviously expensive in any store in Canada, compared to online price, however, least as compared to any other store in Windsor for sure.

Got my last two pairs of glasses here, I don't have much to compare it to as I've only worn glasses for last 4 years or so they were helpful and seemed to try hard to get me what i wanted without having to pay much extra.

They don't seem to have much regard for your time even if you book an appointment. Had to wait 30 minutes after showing up for the appointment to be greeted by a staff for initial tests. They did extra ratina picture (or something) exam without telling me that it was optional for added fee. I had to actually do research online to find that it was optional. Dr. Chorney was professional during the consultation. I have seen lot better customer service from the staffs at other establishments. Update: The technician told me there would be small out of pocket charge but did not mention that it was for a optional test. I was only told about that after I specifically asked about that at the billing counter. I understand that you would recommend the add-on test, but, should explain that it was an optional test, and that was the charge for and not just a general statement that, there is xx amount not covered by your insurance. Yes, someone took the temperature. But, there was a 30 minute wait after that for someone to greet me for initial exams. I am not concerned about the amount I had to pay, it's about the lack of clarity and sneaky charges. There is a difference between recommended tests and required tests.

I did not have a condition, my eyes were not red, nor did I have an infection. I would have gone to a walk in clinic, where I would be prescribed, IF I had an infection. I walked into your practice to get an eye glasses prescription which i did not get and you charged me for. I had clearly explained how I do get infections regularly because of my dry eyes and rubbing, but I did not have one at that moment. I even explained how my eyes are completely fine even when I wear contacts but get irritation because my eyes get dry. Even you said so yourself, there seems to be no infection. I did not know that you writing me this medicine will make you not give me my eye glass prescription. When I clearly confronted you about it, you said yourself you are not willing to give it to me just in case there is 'something.' I asked for you to even see if my eye sight has changed without giving me a prescription and you still refused. Calling in and complaining would have been of no use, as your office clearly did not care that I wouldn't be able to pay for the second appointment. I did not show up for my follow up for obvious reasons. Why would I even come back?

Not profession but i would say this it's money grab business. Once you in, doctor will try his best to change precreation so customer can buy new glass. I was not even given prescription so that i can not order my new glass at somewhere else. Their price is extremely very high. Never go again and not recommend too.
