I didn’t like at all the approach of the dentist. He was too rough with my teeth and was rushing to finish up with teeth-fillings. Also, the saliva suction object was so big and hard that it really damaged my inner gums. Not planning to go back there.

Growing up I’ve had trauma after trauma when it comes to dentists and dental offices. I could probably write a horror novel with how many bad experiences I’ve had. How much pain and suffering I’ve endured. Most of them happened in the “clinics” around Whitehorse. Yukon Dentistry was different. After being referred by at least 5 different people, I gave them a go. I wasn’t expecting much. Hell, I was so skeptical and fearful I my first appointment I was a wreck going in. But they were kind. They took the time to explain everything step by step each appointment, they went slowly to ensure I was comfortable not only physically during the dental work, but mentally and emotionally when I got worked up or overwhelmed. After nearly two decades of pain, yesterday, I finally got to see myself with a mouth full of teeth again. I’m not ashamed to say I cried, I didn’t think I’d ever see that again. They fixed everything In my mouth for a quarter the cost other places in the city quoted me, but more importantly than that… when they did, it didn’t hurt. I didn’t feel like I was being butchered. I felt like I was being treated like a patient and not a paycheque. They helped to heal decades of trauma and for that all I can say with a genuine smile is… Thank you.

What a great experience today! I had my teeth cleaned by Tracey and Dr Ghazal performed a check up and I have to say both were fantastic! They made me feel so comfortable in the chair and did a great job and I loved all of Traceys stories! My 4 year old son also got a cleaning and a checkup and they were so patient and thorough. He loved his prize packet he received at the end! Also I must say that new receptionist was easy on the eyes. So out going and friendly. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The dentists and staff here are wonderful! My 5 year old has been dentist-averse for as long as she's had teeth, and the staff here are always so patient and welcoming. They take the time to show her how all the instruments work, and explain all the processes to her. Highly recommend!

Excellent care for anyone hesitant about dental work. Patient care is particularly welcomed, talking through procedures as they are performed, creating comfort and trust. I am an older patient having childhood experiences with fairly aggressive dentists, so this is a welcomed change.

Sammy is the best dentist I've ever had! He's very skilled, kind, and intuitive. He removed my wisdom teeth before I even knew they were out! I now refer to him as "the extraction master". He also did surgical exposures for my canines in 30 minutes- so that was pretty impressive. He never ceases to amaze me with the level of dentistry he provides his patients. He's also the best boss I've ever had, our team is always laughing and sharing, we truly love our dentist.

I recently attended the Yukon Dentistry office to have a partial denture re-lined that was made in Edmonton but never properly fit as well as see if implants would be viable to replace the partial. Firstly, the partial fits perfect now! My bite is even from side to side and there is no movement! These guys nailed it! Secondly, I had amazing service regarding the opinion on implants. They collected all the pertinent information and send it off to the applicable surgeon. I am highly impressed by this office and their staff!
