I love the place, and I’ve been going here my whole life. But recently as someone who now has to make appointments myself, their phone times are incredibly iffy. I’ve been trying to talk to someone to reschedule my appointment for 20 minutes. Their lines are supposed to be open.

Doctors are best in town, but the wait to make an appointment on the phone is absolutely disgusting. HOURS and HOURS on hold listening to terrible music... and still have not spoken to a person. *EDIT* After a conversation in person, they have changed to a new phone system... have yet to call. Still best clinic in town.

Since they fixed their phone line my experience has been flawless! My doctor is efficient and understanding and getting an appointment is straightforward. Now that I can have phone appointments it's so much easier to get a prescription refill.

Last few times trying to get an appointment I was on hold for 1-2 hours. My appointment was canceled but never received a call. Have been waiting over a month to try to see my doctor with rescheduling and waiting. Been going here my whole life and for some reason recently I am very disappointed.

I love the doctors here but, for months, they've decided that it's acceptable to make people wait over an hour on the phone to book an appointment. The clinic has also stated that they're sorry for the wait time and they're working on it.. but nothing has changed so clearly they're not very concerned.
