The booking system is horrible. The phone will be busy for entire days at a time. The online booking system does not work properly. You try to select your doctor from a drop down menu on the website and there are no options. Also the booking website does not work on mobile. If they are trying to go the route of avoiding speaking with the public perhaps investing in a more responsive website would be in order. The one time I did have a appointment there, Dr. Yu was a good doctor and I was satisfied with his care. It's a shame I can no longer reach him. It's obvious White Rock Medical Associates does not want any new patients and could do without a good portion of their existing ones. And yes, I know we are in the middle of a pandemic but answering the phone and having a functional online booking system are not too much to ask for.

Dr. David Ladner has a one track mind. Making $$$$. No Time for discussions. In out, next. Fired him last week. Was supposed to discuss a bone spur in my foot, arthritis of hip. Injected knee and left me. Ironically o had a crash Gass on my forehead. Never even asked about it.!!!!

Dr. Tiwanna listens....and supports! Helps you to decide best treatment with a gentle manner. Wasn’t going to go with a male doctor…but I feel he gives me all the options....always. Really glad I decided to give THIS male doctor a try!!!

I was looking for a new doctor in the area. Dr. Hundal had recently joined the clinic and was accepting new patients. I went in for an intial consult and felt that it could be a fit. I was in an accident a couple of years ago and do not have a regular GP. I received a call letting me know that she did not want to take me on due to my injury/accident. It's unfortunate because I do not have a regular doctor that I can see. She didn't want to take it on, as I had received care from a previous "walk-in clinic" - which was in Richmond when I reside in White Rock. Most female other doctors here are not taking patients. I was looking forward to building the relationship with her but left feeling uncared for. Would not recommend if you have any existing injuries from accidents etc. Save your time.

Dr tiwana is awesome but his receptionist is awful. She has no etiquettes to talk to any patient. Last time in this office someone told me that you have to come as a walk-in to become his patient and I booked up the appointment and today when I booked up the appointment again, I got the call from the office at 8.40am that I am going to cancel your appointment because you are not his patient. I told her, what I been told before and she said you booked up the appointment before and you cancelled it twice so now you are not his patient. You can still come as a walk in. My kids also goes to him but it’s really weird that mom is not allowed to become his patient. He definitely need to change this receptionist otherwise he will lose his many patients.

Great staff, Dr. Perold is excellent, actually listens to you. As with most Dr's these days it can take time to get in and phoning in for appointments can be frustrating, will try the online service soon.

I have had my family doctor here for 38 years. He recently retired & I am now compelled to write a review as I will be likely not coming back because of the consistent poor services of the reception and assistants. Doctor was great, his replacement who was assigned to me has given me a bad first impression, but we’ll see... Anyways back in the 80’s when the practice was in its old building, & the local population was significantly less, the service was great. The last five years or so, their customer service is sub par. No one thing is sufficient enough to explain this as it is a combination of numerous and consistent customer service flaws which spawned such a review. It is sad that after almost 40 years I will likely be looking for a new location. The only thing that has kept me here this long was my wonderful doctor whom I had for 38 years and recently retired.

I've tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt, but 3 times the charm. It's close to impossible to get through to reception over the phone and if and when you do, I've experienced mistakes EVERY TIME. Three times now, they have forgotten to send prescriptions and TO THE WRONG LOCATION this last time, after telling both the doctor and receptionist the new pick up location since I have recently moved. Two days in a row, I have gone to pick up my prescription and it doesn't show up on file and hasn't even been sent. This is beyond frustrating, especially when I have a 1 year old with me. Their phone service also suggests e-mailing for a quicker response and they don't even acknowledge or respond to that.

HORRIBLE! Doctors in BC get paid for how many visits they receive so it makes sense as to why Dennis O'Leary refuses to do more then 1 thing per visit, even with 1 visit he puts minimal effort in and forgets vital things, Main office said to send scans of a PWD so i did as i need a doctor to fill it out, O'Leary said no email ever came through and said to book another appointment. I refuse to go here anymore, First it was my medication now its not being able to fill out a form, I even got an email back saying they received it. This place is a saddening clinic and some doctors are just money hungry, I suggest anywhere but here.

Trash doctors, don’t care about me. Cancel appointments left and right, what happens if I die? My wife did, thanks to one doctor. Never going back because i want to live. I want to see the world. If I go to the doctor I will die.

I moved from Vancouver island and needed a new family doctor. I went to see dr o Leary I wrote my medication down first thing he asked about I said I have chronic pain. He said I wouldn't prescribe these for you so I don't think I can treat you. I told him I get my medication from the pain clinic and didn't need him for that. He said he would be at a crossroads and just couldn't treat me. Didn't bother to ask why I have chronic pain or anything about me. I have a broke neck and compressed spinal cord don't wast your time going to see this joke of a doctor !

Yup, everything you've read about Dr Lasner is true. Worst service, rude, disorganized, unproffesional, lacks basic knowledge and overall loser. I struggled with writing this review as I didn't want to credit them with 1 star as I believe 1 star is far too great of a review for this zoo.

Walk in doctor prescribed me the wrong medication on the wrong name and told me to come back in a couple days. Give the right stuff first, instead of wasting tax money so you can get billings. Ruining Canadian health care.

I've been attending this clinic for the last 8 months as a patient of Dr. Lasner and have had nothing but fantastic encounters with him and his super pretty assistant. He's caring, listens and tries to relate to his patient. I can truely say from the bottom of my heart, he only wants to help and has absolutely changed my life for the better. This dr. hyndal midiagnosised a patient a few months ago, and sent her home with a migraine diagnosis. TODAY she died of brain cancer! Did not look at he fact she had breast cancer previously, he didn't run any tests just sent home with a headache. You are awful and you will be reported to the college of physicians and surgeons. You disgust me!

It said it was open approximate 20 minute wait on there site . I arrive theres a sign on the door refusing walk in patients and making me go somewhere else thats not even close. They shouldnt want someone sick to walk in the heat without even a logical reason why they refused me They clearly dont care about anyones well being .

Have been a patient of Dr O'Leary's for a few years now am very unhappy about my treatment. He rushes every appointment and doesn't even listen to your symptoms. He never updated my medical records about a procedure that he did and then asked me later on if i'd had it done... I know he must see a lot of patients but this is why it's important to update the records! The final straw was when he misdiagnosed an issue for my husband which turned out to be a fairly serious autoimmune disorder. I then asked to be transferred to another doctor at the clinic and they said they can't do that? Be careful if you sign up for a family doctor here as they don't let you switch.

The front receptionist rude and short. To clients, let alone the doctors in this place. Avoid at all costs might be close to a hospital but 3rd world treatment. Hang on scratch that I have seen better doctors in a 3rd world country.
