Friendly service, and very quick in responding my inquiries. Excellent place for flu shot as the waiting is minimal unlike shoppers drug mart. They are also fast in filling prescriptions with very minimal prescription cost, much better than waiting in a social distance via Costco.

Called the women at the desk first she mentioned she can't take new clients cuz of covid...ok fine...then asked for advice for possible open medical clinics as I've moved new into the area; and she mentioned she has no idea how to help my request as she is not a Nurse? Hold up? Lol I asked for advice for open business related to hers and zero Medical advice and she can't help ...hmmm ; I think she needs to be educated on empathy and customer service! First I saw Dr. Abraham few years ago and I thought he was a nice doctor at the time. Then I took my son and my husband and I was so impressed with his thorough explanation of the diagnosis. He actually seemed to care about my husband's condition and referred him to specialist. I have been to other walk-ins and some places only took one problem at the time and Dr's seemed to be in a hurry to get out of the room. And of course, the receptionist were nice too. I normally take my prescriptions to Superstore but started to take it to this pharmacy. It's convenient but mostly the pharmacist was so nice and took time to explain the medications.

Rarely a wait, and great friendly service. Edit; 2 years later: (Maybe that was too public?) They are often quite busy now. They do close when they have taken as many walk-ins as they are allowed to for that day. They are still quick, friendly, and very professional.

This clinic is bright and clean. Reception is warm and friendly. The dr listened to my concerns and quickly found a solution and is helping me out with a problem I’ve had for over 10 years. *Edit* I used this clinic for 6 months during the time I was on a specific medication. I had to come in once a month. I still love the care I received from the drs but I have to add that they are VERY busy and while the reception is working as hard as they can, you can tell they are stressed and understaffed. They were not consistent with scheduling, sometimes they would take apts and sometimes only walk-in. Also, get here right at 8am if you want to be seen quickly. They stop taking apts as early as noon.

I recently moved to the GVA from the Okanagan. I've never had such a welcoming experience with this medical clinic. All of the staff members are so polite and understanding, including the pharmacists. Everyone knows me and my family on a first name basis.

I didn’t have to wait at all, friendly and professional staff and dr, also the pharmacy was right there with a very smiley manager, and staff, besides being sick, and not sleeping for the whole night, they actually made me feel better. I would definitely come back and also recommend ????????

These people are great. We are out of province, with multiple prescriptions. They contacted our province provider and pharmacy and have looked after our needs since November 1st 2020 and will do so until April 15th. Believe it or not they recognize you when you come through the door. Great people.

Dr. Abraham has been my doctor for a quite a number of years -he is compassionate, kind and patient. He will address your concerns and won't rush you or talk over you. I recently saw a woman doctor for my pap test and shes wonderful and friendly as well. Most experiences have been great . There is one front desk/staff was not friendly and a little impatient but rest of the staff and especially the doctors are amazing.

I went to this clinic after a severe eye inflammation to get a second opinion after seeing a Dr at another clinic who prescribed me antibiotics . It was very close to where I work . I saw a doctor . Sorry cant remember his name . He took one look at my eye and did not prescribe anything . Thank Goodness for this Doctor . Within the next day he had me booked in for an emergency Ophthalmologist appointment. I actually had to cancel one because this office went out of their way to get me the most convenient appointment to fit around my work schedule as I had been only working at my prior job a couple months . I ended up seeing Dr . Berman for my ophthalmologist appointment . He treated me for Iritis He is a very busy doctor as he is very kind and takes on so many patients to help them . You might need to wait . But it is worth it and he is very thorough. My eye cleared up very quickly . . It was very painful. Thank you so much Dr. Berman. About 3 weeks later I had a different eye problem as one of my eyes are very sensitive . I went back to this clinic (49th Parallel )and the lady doctor was amazing . She did prescribe something as the eye was not as severe ( I dropped off my prescription there the same day and rushed to work ) The Lady pharmacist was lovely at 49th Parallel. She was also very thorough in her explanation of using the drops ) which helped within a day and once again they set up an ophthalmologist appointment at my regular place I usually go at Central eyes in Newton . I had only been to the 49th Parallel clinic twice . I have never encountered such thorough ,efficient, helpful ,kind ,friendly and caring staff and doctors . I am back at the Central Eye clinic once again a great place to be also . I definitely want to Thank all of the staff , Doctors ,pharmacists and everyone at the 49th Parallel clinic for all your help . This has been an extremely stressful time in my life as I had a new job also to tend with . Best wishes to you all . I will return
