Terrible experience with Dr. SHENIN MOHAMED. She didn't take time to look at my 10yr old daughter's foot to assess the problem and pushed hard on a treatment that had a sheet full of high risks due to extreme pain. Despite my pushback, she insisted on the treatment without looking at the problem. Once she did look at the problem she treated one area for the wrong problem (misdiagnosis) causing my daughter's foot to bleed. Due to her light assesment, she asked me to remind her where the other affected areas were. I would never go back. My daughter was extremely afraid after this visit and me, very angry. I got nothing good out of this visit.

These people gimped my mom. The treatment for a tiny wart turned into a crater the size of a loonie with some crazy acid treatment and she has scar tissue on the bottom of her foot because of it. An over the counter liquid nitrogen treatment could have easily treated this small wart, but she trusted the doctors advice. How a doctor could have rationalized this extreme treatment is insane and now she has scar tissue on the outside of the crater in the middle of the bottom of her foot, which makes it very difficult for her to walk.

I am so happy to have found Dr Mohamed she is well informed and she and her team are very caring. I have peripheral neuropathy as a result I had to suffer with pain at nights and during the day I could not walk too long I have tried different remedy from creams to orthotics nothing have worked but since the laser therapy I am able to get good night sleep and able to exercise. First of all, the office is beautiful. It gave off a very warm, welcoming environment which helped me feel more at ease as soon as I entered. The staff is super friendly and took the time to talk to me, answer my questions, and explain things that I was unsure of. Dr. Mohamed was pleasant and also answered all of my questions. They were very thorough with their tests and procedures and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter has a plantar wart and Dr.Mohamed applied some medication, it didn't work. She applied again - it didn't work again. Then she cut the wart out - 3 weeks it appeared close to the original spot. Then she applied some medication again - 3 weeks later both warts are there and they are huge.

My experience was ok but the next time i went to make an appt i was put on hold and no one picked up. So i called again another day right when they opened and same thing! On hold for a long time. Then someone comes to phone and asks me if i can hold and i said no! Theres got to be more clinics with better customer service!!

After almost five years of pain and seeing countless physicians, we found Dr Mohamed. She was finally the person who helped me and gave me answers to my problem. She performed surgery and I am so thankful we found her. I cannot say enough about the staff, in particular Sue and Grace. Sue, the receptionist took our initial call and because we live over an hour away, she made sure we had all of our questions answered and she took her time with every follow up call. Grace, was kind and gentle through the painful procedure and follow up. I highly recommend this foot clinic, finding them has been life changing and I am looking forward to walking pain free. Just wanted to share my excellent experience. I have been visiting West Van Foot Clinic for a couple of years for pedicures. All have been top notch, usually performed by Yoanna. Recently I had a severely ingrown nail which had to be removed. I got in for surgery within 2 days. Dr. Mohamed was very attentive and careful when performing the surgery, and I experienced almost no pain. I went back for 3 complimentary follow up appointments, and the doctor was genuinely concerned about how my toe was healing. The support staff are also all very professional and friendly. I would suggest anybody looking for a pedicure or podiatrist visit West Van. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!!!

I have been coming to see Dr. Mohamed at the West Vancouver Foot clinic for almost 14 years. The clinic has been growing in size and volume. She just did a beautiful surgery on the big toe nuckle of my foot that was bothering me for a long time when I was wearing shoes that rubbed on the bump that was sticking up. She just took my stitches out today and it looks great and feels great. I have had previous back surgery and hip surgery in the past at the hospitals, but this private facility is top notch medical care in comparison and the service is quite excellent. Very pleased.

I come all the way from Whistler to get my medical pedicures at this foot clinic because this is the best place! It is not a regular salon-type mani/pedi. This is the medical style with special water machine that takes the deep dead skin off. A step above a regular doctor’s office. Its very clean and sanitized and it’s a total treat for your feet. It smells very pleasant. Love it!

I had a surgery by Dr. Mohamed. A large bone spur was removed from my bunion big toe joint. The surgery was easy to handle and there was actually no pain afterwards. My foot looks great now and feels fine. The doctor provides quality service and is an expert in the field. I am quite satisfied.

I had a problem after first surgery on the big ,which affected negatively on my next toe. So, I was offered surgery on the next toe. Dr.Shenin Mohamed told me that next surgery will be free of charge. When I came home I got a call from clinic- I was told that I have to pay $700 .I refused referring to the Dr.Muhamed offer. Finally I had next surgery free, which was not successful too, because I have a problem with my next toe.....

However I have to wait more than months to have custom orthodontics and there was no follow up, even I have to call 3time, still yet I didn’t get enough information from front desk staff. Not very happy about it. However front desk staff contact me after holiday. And ask me to come in with follow up, every staff took their time to make sure I get what I need. Got a cool scan done for custom orthotics for my hiking boots. Excellent. I honestly never expected them to really work at fixing my foot pain but there was not much else that I could do except stop hiking. So, I gave it a shot and the orthotics really changed my life. This foot clinic did a great job.

I visited West Vancouver Foot Clinic for my foot pain which was due to hiking and walking without proper shoes. The Doctor was very kind and she provided me with a set of 4 laser treatments which was part of consultation fee. The treatment was really effective and help me recover from the unbearable pain that I underwent. I also got a pair of orthopedic shoe from them that has more support and comfortable to wear.

Awful experience, even worse bedside manner by Dr. Mohamed. Clinic advertises on their website that they do certain procedures, but very clear from the minute I spoke with the staff that they were unsure of what to do. I, as the patient, had to give direction, and even then I was met with verbal panic by the doctor. Went back for a follow-up and was met with attitude and huffing, no form of reassurance, or indication about the next steps. Will never go here again. Disgraceful institution and doctor.

I Ordered shoes fro my mom's diabetic/edema foot, with the clarification of "no returns-exchange only", but when I went back second time for an exchange, they charged me $25. Dr. Muhammad did not even bother to talk to me, she just ordered the receptionist 3 times from behind room that I have to pay for the exchange. Very profit-minded business owners... if you cannot support customers for shoe exchange, do not provide the option at all! I have been a customer for my mom's diabetic foot since 2016, and I will not get back ever. There are other professionals out there who really care about your foot, it is sad that West Van with so many seniors have to deal with this business! 1- It is your personal opinion that why I had to change the shoes, I explained that shoes were one size bigger than usual. no one told me I had to order one size smaller for this specific shoe. 2- If here is only 1-time exchange policy, please explain it to your customers at the beginning. 3-I have been getting treatment form my mom since 2016, this was not my first time coming there, I'm buying $200 shoes and $25 neither kill me nor your business, It is all about how you care and treat your patients. The manger insists on their personal opinion and did not even bother to talk to me when I asked.

My favorite pair of orthotics got repaired at this clinic. I loved these old orthotics, but they were badly worn out. I could not afford to buy a new pair because I lost my job. This clinic repaired them on the spot and now they look brand new. I was totally surprised when the doc said she would repair my old orthotics. Yes, she removed my toe nails! The anesthesia was local. My problems are solved. My big toes actually look much better without the nails.
