It is my first time to the clinic for my 2 yrs old child, very nice receptionist, she registered me first and told me may need waiting for 3 hrs, I just stayed home and she called me back when ready. Dr. Wong is very nice and experienced for child. Everything is satisfied and very convince.

I thought it was too busy where she could not pick up the phone but I was standing right in front of an empty clinic to call and I see the reception looks at the phone and just ignore the call. My 80 years old parents took an hour train and bus from White Rock this morning, came to this clinic, to register, as they were instructed (we called yesterday), they told us to call once they arrived, to be let in... my parents called and called, either line was busy or the receptionist was not answering the phone (my parents could see that she was ignoring the phone)... finally she came out, she was so rude and unprofessional, absolutely outrages, no seniors deserve this kind of treatment. It is shameful!

Wish I can rate 0 stars for this clinic. 1 star is too good for them...Went to this place and waited 2.5hr...okay that's fine since is walk in clinic but asked for doctors note and the dr said he need charge 40dollar if you want a dr note for work. He knows that I'm sick and willing to write me meds but trying to scam me 40dollar? give me a break.

Great first time experience! I needed a blood test requisition to check my vitamin D levels. Jenny at the front desk gladly helped me fill out a new customer form and sent me on my way. Soon after the doctor called me for the phone consultation. 5 minutes after the requisition form was ready for pick up from the front desk. Phenomenal and fast first time experience. Thank you

The reception service is horrible. Her attitude and manner are not acceptable, especially many elders go there for help, and they are just ignored and wait for hours. There are plenty of options for the medical clinics in Richmond, and please go somewhere else instead.

The doctors are overall great people. It's a shame that they have to work in a lacklustre system that fails to communicate basic info from practitioner to reception to patient. The front desk's overall attitude wasn't particularly courteous either. I would personally say that there are better options with both functional and friendly administrations, and capable practitioners.

The worst experience I've had with health care. The receptionist yelled at me and my family while we were just signing in. Her attitude was snarky and completely unacceptable. The wait was said to be 1 hour but it ended up being 4 hours until they called. They also take appointments on the phone so people can budge in front of you without being there. Didn't even get the care I needed. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Chou is pretty good, but I'm not too sure about the others... The rooms are not the nicest though. Then there is Jenny, who is one of a few receptionists? She's very friendly and genuine, our family loves her :) As for the clinic itself, it's primarily for Chinese who can speak Mandarin or Cantonese.

This clinic is walk-in and the quality of service is horrible!! I went in there one time and the girl at the counter told me to wait, but I ended up waiting for 3 hours!! After 3 hours I went in to see the doctor, and the doctor was really rude and even told me to be quick and finish in 5 min...! I've been coming to this clinic since I moved to Richmond in 2000 so I know the wait times are always long. The receptionists were never friendly, but they were never rude either until yesterday. I walked into the clinic and stood there waiting for her to finish chatting with her co-worker for a good minute. When she finally looked at to me (she didn't even greet me), I told her (in Cantonese) that I would like to make an appointment. She just pointed at a sign which was all in Chinese (which I cannot read) and went back to chatting. The fact that the sign was all in Chinese was not the issue. I told her I cannot read Chinese, then she finally spoke. Instead of nicely telling me the morning is entirely booked and that they will not be taking in any appointments until 2 pm so I need to wait outside until then, the way she said it was rude and unprofessional (on top of that, she even glared at me). This is the first time I've actually been treated so poorly at this clinic (I don't know if it's racism because this is also the first time I've been in there with my boyfriend who is darker skinned). Regardless of the reason for the rude service, if I don't feel welcomed when I walk in, I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Doctor Tommy Yuen is the most caring and kind hearted doctor in BC, he listens, examines in detail, explains and gives such comfort to patient who definitely feels anxious about one's sickness. The wait is long but at least the receptionist will tell you roughly how long the time will be. I have so much trust in Doc Yuen.
