Met them at the "Taste of Bay' event (similar to Doors Open) and they promised to take our family as patients. However when we called and tried to become their patients we got rejected no matter how much we were asking.. Hmm, a doctor that lies? no thanks

Have been to see Don a few times, I have been to several RMTs for years, as well as Physio and Chiro. Don is knowledgeable and like the way he educates you during treatments. He is full of knowledge and is very professional. His treatments are comparable to those that have been treating for years. He understands your needs and does t rush you. Docs on the Bay are a wonderful, compassionate group of physicians committed to providing you with quality medical care. They have also added additional wellness services to their practice. I have been here for 19 years now, since it was under Dr. Sugar and Langley, and the care has been consistent and top notch. They go above and beyond to ensure with their level of care and communication. If your regular family doctor is unavailable, another one of their qualified practitioners is there to review your history and see you when possible. They have been there for me, for my family, through various situations; their support staff are beyond helpful and compassionate. Even when both myself and my family have relocated to other parts of the lower mainland or even to Vancouver Island, we continued our care with Docs on the Bay. Definitely worth it.

He fixed my carpel tunnel...my husband had a terrible experience with Vertigo and he booked himself in with Don...it was the only thing that gave him any relief. His bedside manner is also great.

I have seen Don several times for ongoing shoulder pain. Don is very knowledgable and always takes the time to explain information to you before he does your treatment. He really helps you to realize what is going on in the body which is crucial for your recovery. I would highly recccomend Don for massage. He has really helped me when other RMT's have not.
