Great Service and staff, was visiting west Vancouver from Florida USA. My hip was out of place and needed to see a chiropractor ASAP. On a Saturday at 1 p.m. they booked me an appointment at the last minute while they closed at 2p.m. Dr. Andrew Chin was absolutely amazing, patient and good at his profession. Saw me with a short notice and spent over an hour with me, very detailed and provided the proper care. My hip was readjusted and I left a happy patient. Fully Recommend. Thank You for fixing me :)

I had the worst experience here such Nasty and rude receptionist. There is a sign outside saying walk in clinic and so I walk in and was miserably attended to by their receptionist.. I said I would like to see a doctor. Oh sorry you can't as we are done for the day for the love of God it's only 3pm and you are saying you are done for the day... so I asked if I couldn't come tomorrow I was told no because the doctor is away in a conference and will not be backafter a week... so why do you have that stupid sign outside saying walk in clinic. The doctor also that came out of his office rudely interrupted my conversation with the receptionist. I while talking she just says go to another clinic down the road. You are a miserable receptionist I don't think you deserve working in a customer facing environment stay at home. This willl. further be escalated am sure.

Fantastic GP service with a lovely, really modern looking clinic. There's two entrances so make sure you go to the right one. It's easy to switch between the two though if you end up at the wrong one. There's limited parking in their parking lot but plenty of parking nearby if you don't mind a tiny walk.

I have not seen Dr. Klimo for 5 years and have had to return for care. He's amazing and the team he has working with him are efficient and professional. Besides the location being a little confusing for a first timer (even with GPS) It was a great experience from start to finish.

One of the best clinic in town. Couldn’t ask for more. When they done is topnot. Supper clean, mordant, generosity size room, good customer services, no need to waiting if you have an appointment. Dr. Kelpin is clearing doctor and very listening to you, and good judgments. I wish all clinic run the same way of what continuum clinic run. Highly recommended

I was on a 'wait' list for a new doctor. I was contacted and advised there was a new doctor starting Oct 1, 2018. I booked and was told I would be his first appointment. I then received a call to ask that I be there 10 minutes prior to my 1:00pm appt. I arrived at exactly 12:50 but there was no-one manning the receptionist desk so I waited. About 3-4 mins passed and finally I was acknowledged. My info was already in the system as I see another specialist there. I filled out a form and passed it in by 1:00pm. Another girl came in, went to the bathroom and was immediately escorted to a waiting room. I assumed she was there to see another doctor. Then another patient came in saying he was seeing the same doctor as me at 1:15. He was asked to complete the same form. By 1:13, I asked if the doctor knew I was there as I was supposedly his first patient. The receptionist checked her computer and said because I was late, I was basically bumped. What!! She obviously confused me with the girl that WAS late. She said no. She finally escorted me to a room saying her computer said I arrived at 12:57 for my 1pm appt so I was 'late'. I was handing in my form by that time! I was so mad I left and ripped up the form I had completed. They give you their rules about arriving on time and not missing appointments and yet there is nothing we can do when they provide lazy inadequate service other than to walk away which is what I did.

Doctor was good but the reception desk/client service is horrible. 8-10 minutes on hold on the phone consistently. 15 minutes on hold today. After 15 minutes on hold, i got an answering machine. Worst customer service ever considering it's a private clinic.

Definitely 5 star for this clinic specially Dr.Mehran Niayesh he is so nice , kind and knowledgeable and does the job professionally so I feel completely comfortable when I come here .
