Idk what’s going on I have been calling for 2 weeks straight and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Very unprofessional!!! It’s kids STILL GOING TO SCHOOL! I shouldn’t have to go up or pop up to my kids pediatrics! So unprofessional, I’ve been unhappy with them for a while I’m changing their pediatricians ASAP!

Is alright ...being honest didnt love it as much as when i was in hodge. At hodge they was more nicer of course they was different people too. But still i feel like in here they dont like doing they job ... Receptionist are very serious but ima give a chance cuz i actually like the doctor my daughter has shes really good????. Rather than that is been alright..

If zero stars was an option I would rate this place a zero. Rude staff, it's dirty, your wait time is rediculous, the parking is hit and miss. The desk staff are rude and lazy. If you do encounter a decent "employee" here they are most likely a student / intern. Now there is an indoor garden for what ever reason like they needed something else to neglect. Your more likely to test positive for covid after your visit.

Was on hold for 36 minutes before hanging up. all I needed was my child’s immunization records. Was horrible at hodge and clearly just as bad. This place and the workers absolutely suck.

Doctor fred Archer is my kids favorite doctor..."my daughter thinks he's the doctor from boss baby....he looks and acts just like him" He's soooooo understanding and really listens to your concerns....he's super goofy but serious....couldn't ask for a better doctor

I immediately changed pediatricians,this place is not attentive enough , very hard to reach over the phone . The outcome of any test results delayed due to lazy nurses. Overall not a good experience and will not trust them with my most prized possessions!

Dr. Kuo and Julie are absolutely AMAZING for the Special Needs Clinic. The best thing I could have done before my son was discharged from the hospital was asking for a doctor recommendation. Dr. Kuo and Julie are constantly helping me and they are very good about speaking with all his other specialists to come up with the perfect plan for my son. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

My kids have been seen by this provider since they were born. They are caring, responsible, and on point when it comes to the kiddos care and treatment. Thorough and empathetic with the concerns of parents. Dr. Fred Archer is the absolute best by far!!!

This is the worst place DO NOT take your kids here.. I was with them before they moved and had the same doctor years 11 years. I took son here today and had to see a new doctor and let me tell you. They ordering my son blood work for no reason but asked me if am new here? I said no. I asked the RN what was the reason for the blood work. They looked at me and said I don’t know the doctor has been ordering blood work on all the kids today.. I stop them from doing so. And was talking bad about me because I stood up for my kids Don’t come to this place

Do not bring your child to this place.. please do not find out the hard way find a provider that will actually care for your child trust me my son ended up on ECMO due to their NEGLIGENCE!!!! Fighting for his life 4 months

Worst reception, staff doesn't pick up calls, I have been trying to schedule my son's appointment but no one is picking up the phone since 2 days. The staff doesn't forward physicals to school unless you go there and pick it up. I have told them repeatedly and given permission too but nope

(Translated) The worst care we have had with our 2-year-old son since he was born, is he suffered a lot from breathing and they said that we were crazy because we kept taking our son, they never did anything, today this July 27 I had a vaccination appointment and they tried to draw blood to do tests and we do not allow it to do because our previous children never did. Therefore I am not going to let them experiment on my children. new staff of doctors and nurses who don't know what they're doing. Never take your children to this place again, better look for another clinic. Appointment calls are never answered, front desk staff has great aptitude, no professionalism for working in a health care setting. (Original) La peor atención que hemos tenido con nuestro hijo de 2 años desde que nació, es sufría mucho de respirar y digeron que nosotros estábamos locos porque seguíamos llevándolo a nuestro hijo, nunca hicieron nada, hoy este día 27 de Julio tenía cita de vacunas y trataron de sacarle sangre como para hacer pruebas y no le permitimos hacer porque a nuestros hijos anteriores nunca lo hicieron. Por lo tanto yo no voy a dejar que experimenten en mis hijos. personal nuevo de doctores y enfermeras que no saben lo que hacen. Nunca lleves más a tus hijos a este lugar, mejor busca otra clínica. Receptionist is very rude and did not have a mask on she told my daughter she could not have gloves on in there facility. None of there employees who are all nurses and doctors did not have gloves on. Which is very unprofessional and discussing especially while we're going through a pandemic.

Trying to get a one year appointment and they don’t answer AT ALL. Been trying for over a month now, calling at different times but no one ever answers. when I can get an appointment I’m waiting for a long time to been seen. Do better for others I’m leaving here

They never, ever pick up their phone. You can be calling for a well visit or even an appointment, NOTHING! Been going here for two years and luckily I live near by so I can actually go physically and make the appointments or whatever I need. But for someone who isn’t walking distance and has a sick child at home this is outrageous! They have multiple people working on the reception desk so there should be no excuse!

Been trying to call since one hour to make an appointment. After recorded options I pressed 1 for appointments, I called 2x phone keeps ringing, nobody picks up and then boom someone picks up, they spoke fast before I can say anything, of course they placed me on hold for 10 minutes.

Worse stuff @ the front desk, bad communication with clients, if you call for something they make you go around and around, I travel 9 miles away from the clinic thinking this is a good clinic for children because it is part oshi children's hospital, but I was wrong, I realized that this clinic cannot stay on top of the basic, how can a parent depend on a clinic to their childrens health. I am moving 4 of my kids immediately to another clinic. This place is not trustable for children's health.

we had to take our son here due to insurance changes, this is a very unprofessional establishment, We would wait an hour-2 Hours just to be put in a room and wait another 40-60 minutes. We are in the process of changing our sons doctor back to the one we used to go to and to get ahold of anyone here is extremely hard, the voicemail box is either full or they don't return calls. I do not recommend this place. You also never see the Childs actual doctor, i don't think we have met him once.

My husband took our daughter to her appointment which was at 200 he didn't get seen to sign in untill 250 didn't go into the nursing room untill almost 5pm RIDICULOUS then they gave my daughter 2 unknown shots my husband told me it seemed like they were rushing to get off work and didn't explain anything gave my baby shots without paper work educating on what the shot is didn't give any instructions at all didnt return my phone call either Horrible place .

IF I COOULD GIVE THIS FACILITY AND THE WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF A 0 I WOULD. I MEAN TO THE RECEPTIONIST, THE NURSES, AND THE DOCTORS ITS ALL BAD. ONLY FOR THE RUDE RECEPTIONIST TO TELL ME TO CALL!! THEN THEY DON'T TREAT THE PATIENT AS INDIVIDUALS 1 KID AS THE SAME DIAGNOSIS AS EVERY KID. ALSO THEY HAD MANY "ERRORS"ON PAPERWORK AND SENT HIM TO CARDIOLOGIST FOR NOOO REASON!!!! Poor work ethic,care for children and just obvious signs of lack of interest in the job over all!!! I rate this place a STRONG 0

Never pick up the phone EVER! I had to switch today, my daughter has been in the ER twice and I still can't contact them for follow up!,, I have been calling 3times a day for two weeks trying to reschedule my baby 4month appointment, lazy staff and waiting room is always dirty
