I had a lot of anxiety going to my appointment as I hear all the time that a root canal is very painful and my dentist told me my roots would be very difficult to deal with. I was greeted very nicely by Tara at the reception. Then Nina brought me in one of the state of the art room and made me feel very at ease. Dr Raj Krishan was very nice, calm and professional. He explained to me everything he is going to do and kept explaining to me throughout the procedure. I really felt nothing!!!! Not even the anesthetic needle! Everything was so nice and painless!!! The experience i had in this office and with Doctor Krishan was so much better that what I could have anticipated. I would not hesitate to refer people at this office and I will not be afraid of root canal anymore!!!! Great job !!

I was referred to Niagara Endodontics for a root canal by my dentist and the experience was top notch from entry through to the end of the procedure. I'm a horrible patient as I just hate everything to do with my teeth being worked on, but I survived the ordeal. Special thanks for that go to Dr. Anousheh Persadmehr and her assistant Lindsay. They talked me through everything and explained what they were doing before and throughout the procedure and most importantly, took great care to ensure I was well medicated to reduce the pain as much as possible. After the fact, Dr. Anousheh revealed my procedure was quite difficult, but I am thrilled that they got me through it. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I know I will call Dr. Anousheh. Thanks also to Tara for the smooth check-in and day after care call. Dr. Anousheh and Lindsay are a great team.

I’m in my 61st year and I had my very first root canal completed yesterday by Dr Rastegar at Niagara Endodontics. From the time I entered the office I was treated with the greatest of care. The staff and assistants were amazing making me feel so very comfortable. The facility is state of the art operation with all the very best equipment. Dr Rastegar is a true professional with an excellent style of communicating with the patient and exudes confidence as good as you’ll ever find. Thank you for all you all do in your patient care on a daily basis. I will promote this business in my future discussions.

Had a consultation for a root canal. I explained that I am on ODSP due to anxiety conditions and have feinted the odd time before but that I can tell him exactly when or if it could happen beforehand and that it's a precaution that I even mention it as I take steps to make everything as smooth as possible. I am a life time practitioner of deep meditation techniques, energy healing, qi-gong and pranic breath work. This would have been my 4th root canal so I am also experienced. I am easily one of the best patients a dentist could have minus my anxiety around touching and removing my root nerves. Dr Rastagar insisted that I take sedation for treatment with him. So explained that I am in recovery for 2 yrs and am at this time completely and very proudly drug free in my healing and worked very hard to create a life filled with support without medication. He did not only seem to not understand what being in recovery meant, he repeatedly insisted that I take pill sedation for the procedure even if anyone else was to perform it. I felt that I was not listened to or respected by someone who is in a position of being somewhat of an authority in our community. Telling someone in recovery they have to take pills is not an appropriate response. The dental assistant was great! I felt more understanding and respect from her. She seemed to acknowledge the gravity of the choices ive made to make my life better.

The second I walked in, I was greeted with several smiles and the atmosphere was awesome. I was in significant pain for weeks, and the entire root canal procedure was painless. Dr.Rastegar, Dr.Jill, and their entire team was compassionate, understanding, and patient with all of my concerns. (They even let me choose the music...the whole time we were listening to 90's remixes..they truly tried to make me feel as relaxed as possible). Not that I wish anyone to have a root canal, but if you do, I highly recommend going to Dr.Rastegar. You will leave feeling much better and the recovery has been going exactly as planned!

Never thought I'd say I had fun having dental surgery but I did! The doctor/assistant antics were entertaining and I felt nothing. I didn't even have to keep my mind busy because they kept me distracted the entire time. I made sure I waited a few months before leaving a review also but everything healed wonderfully. If you have been referred here you can relax. You're in good hands.

Hardly disappointed with the service of doctor G.R. Rastelgar. I did the endodontic treatment there in November 2020. After I paid the total and left their office, in 2 weeks, I received a letter that there is an additional charge for extra 20 minutes, which is $ 420. They claim that the doctor discovered a post that was not visible on the x-ray ( ? ), and somehow they decide to add this charge after two weeks.

My mum was in severe pain and had been dismissed over the phone by her current (now previous) dentist. She called Dr. Rastegar who was extremely empathetic and told her to come immediately even though they were about to close. She was greeted by a warm and caring staff who put her at ease. When her infection cleared and he performed the root canal he kept her informed and never caused any pain. I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for her. Thank you

Dr. Rastegar and his team have genuine care and compassion for their patients. Dr. Rastegar is truly a specialist in the dental field. He has a great deal of knowledge and his skillset is impeccable. He discussed my treatment options thoroughly and was able to fix a perforated root canalled tooth that I had done at another office. He also goes out of his way to follow up with patients and makes himself available if needed post treatment. If I ever need another root canal I would certainly trust Dr. Rastegar for treatment.

This past week I was referred to Dr. Rastegar for a root canal on an upper molar. At first I was shocked that I needed one as I have always taken very good care of my teeth, and then I was worried because you never hear anything good about a root canal. In the days before my appointment I was dreading the procedure and quite petrified that it would be very painful. I actually lost sleep over it. However the procedure did not hurt at all. Dr. Rastegar and staff assured me that I was in good hands and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed and pain-free. I admit having a root canal was not on my summer bucket list of fun things to do but it was not the ordeal I expected and there was zero pain. All that worry for nothing. If I ever do need another endodontic treatment I will gladly seek out Dr. Rastegar's expertise again and I will NOT lose sleep worrying about the procedure. It was no worse than getting a filling and my recovery was very swift. If you ever need an Endodontist you will be in good hands with Dr. Rastegar and team.

I had a tooth repaired a couple of days ago. The staff was very nice and Dr.Rastegar was very competent and professional. He is also very caring about the post-operative experience of the patient. Very friendly and easy to talk to also! He did a root canal on a molar about 15 years ago and it's still perfectly fine.

I was referred to Dr Reza Rastegar by my dentist for a much unexpected root canal. Firstly i want to say Dr Rastegar is equipped with the latest cutting edge technology, the chair even massaged my back during the procedure which was nice. Dr Rastegar was pleasant and humorous and easy to chat with. His staff is exceptional! If you need a root canal he's the guy, i wont hesitate to return if i get another problem tooth. Every special occassion should start with a root canal Dr Rastegar! ????

Wow...Best root canal ever!.. (not that I wish for another)..Dr. Raj Krishan was terrific at making you feel relaxed through every step of the procedure. He explained every aspect of the surgery and what to expect (illustrating on 'before' and 'after' x-rays). I had a REALLY positive experience with Dr. Persadhemr and her assistant Alicia. The entire team was highly professional and explained all of the steps as they went so I felt like I was part of the root canal process. I was chilly and Alicia brought me a warm, furry blanket. Dental hygenist supposedly named "Alicia" was rude, zero professional or personal skills. Made the experience uncomfortable, then she took more xrays than what I was initially told, and attempted to overcharge. Dr. Krishan was pleasant enough and lowered the fees for xrays, but I was also told the procedure would be more expensive than a previous consult had estimated. I will not be going back.

Dr. Raj Krishan Was a absolute pleasure to have worked on me yesterday . I had a root canal done on my k9 tooth and as nervous as I was he made it quick and painless . He shook my hand when meeting me and explained everything very well and in detail , he gave me time to ask questions and talked to me throughout the procedure , made it more a pleasant experience then anything , his assistant was great also. I was referred to Dr. Reza Rastegar at Niagara Endodontics by my dentist as I had infection in an area above a tooth that was part of a bridge, with a cavity in the tooth beside it. It was a complicated procedure that required a new root canal, eliminating the infection and a new filling in a very tight area. It turned out to be a 2.5 hour procedure. Reza and his staff were incredible. I experienced no pain or complications after the procedure and his office followed up a number of times to see how I was doing. We are very fortunate to have this kind of specialized professional services here in Niagara.
