Went here a few times. Drs see you through a webcam, not in person. Last time I went, we waited either the nurse in the room while 5 patients came and went in the room next to ours as the Dr kept calling to the wrong room, and the Dr didn't even look at the hives on my back and prescribed me something, went to pick it up and the pharmacist saidbit was a cream for your face and didn't know why they prescribed that for the hives on my back as it wouldn't be the right medication. The other experiences weren't really any different. Will not be returning.

A couple strange things: their front desk person was telling people what was likely wrong with them prior to their seeing the doctor. I don't know if the front desk person is a medical professional or not (I would doubt it), but she was making these assessments without even examining the patients. She told my daughter that she was suffering from dehydration, and she told the man in front of us that the pain he was experiencing was likely a pulled muscle. I would think it would be better for the doctor to make these assessments after he or she has examined the patient, rather than have the person behind the front desk do so. The other odd (and annoying) thing was that they called us to say that we needed to come in right away because the tests that my daughter had done showed something significant. But when we got there, and spoke with the doctor, she said that all of the tests were normal. That was good news, but it's a shame that we rearranged our schedules to rush to the clinic when we could simply have waited till the next day or two. The nurses and doctor were very good -- just the other support staff need some professional development.

Had BP 211 over 120 and dr.Tariba never even checked himself. Let me walk right out after telling him my concerns. Arrogant.. I was told a month ago I was accepted and he'd be my family doctor. Today he told me he would only take me as a walk in He doesn't care about people it's clear I'm at emerg now

This place has fantasic staff, friendly and helpful. The set up is great, and I love the way the practioners work through Skype with the doctors. I was reluctant at first, but it was far more thourough than my family doctor. They listened to everything, asked questions, didn't write things off or make me feel like I was waiting their time. They were also fantastic with my kids, and the wait was very short. I much prefer coming here than my family doctor and highly recommend this place!

This clinic was awful. I waited 20 minutes before anyone addressed me although there was only one patient there. I finally met with the RN who spoke with me first before connecting me to the doctor on web. The doctor, Idris Alausa, was extremely arrogant and rude, I’m reluctant to even call him a doctor. He called the RN “nurse” and he didn’t hear anything I said or even greet me, he asked me a question about the pill I was asking for a prescription for and didn’t hear my answer and said “nurse the patient doesn’t seem educated about the pills, please educate her on the pill” and just hung up. He clearly didn’t hear what I was saying or cared to know if I knew the side effects of the pill or to educate me himself, and even the RN can tell he couldn’t hear me and yet he didn’t bother to ask what I said but was rather eager to move on the next patient , this is completely unacceptable for medical care, this is negligent practice and I likely will be complaining omg to the OMA or whoever manages doctors like this one.

I went unconscious here during a blood test because of low blood sugar and an ambulance was called. Pam an amazing lab tech and Jessica an amazing nurse, were able to get me up and awake and healthy so that the ambulance wasnt necessary and cancelled. They saved me and I'm so grateful to them. Place is brand brand new. Also Its very low traffic if you come first thing in the morning. All of the lab work can be done right there, in house. Parking is free. Many of their doctors visit you online through video conference which is nice because you wait less and they always have someone available. Eventually, they will have physically present doctors in house as well for which you can sign up to register eventually. Favorite urgent care/family med clinic!

Got to the urgent care around 12 30pm and when I entered the office the nurses at the desk didn't greet me and were were speaking ill of patients. One of the nurses walked away and I continued to stand there awaiting the nurse to greet/acknowledge me at all. I waited a few more minutes before introducing myself and the nurse was very short with me. Once the other nurse came back they began speaking ill of the same patient. They were talking very loudly about how they disliked a patient and were making fun of her. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I understand that not everyone coming in is nice or even respectful, however you still need to maintain a professional attitude and make your guests feel welcome. The only reason for the two stars is because once alone the younger nurse was very nice, and the new Doctor from the UK was great!

There is no physical doctor on site. You need to keep this in mind before going to this type of clinic. Although i had good care my situatiin was pretty strait foreward. Thought i could have strep, they can do test, yes = meds, no = rest. If you need stitches or something go to emerg or a diff walk in clinic. The girls were great, but wait times are at the mercy of available telehealth doctors. You get whoever is available. During the holidays wait time was long and it wasnt their fault. One patient for every 40 minutes. Doctors were just not online. Once again, keep this sort of thing in mind.

This is the place where my family doctor works. While this clinic used to be reliable managed and operated. That is not the case now. Placed many phone calls to schedule appointment with my family doctor and none of them were returned. Upon finally getting an appointment scheduled the Doctor was very professional. He advised would have scheduled follow-ups for my concerns. It's now been weeks without word. Judging by the fact that I've still not spoke to any office personnel I can only imagine that this is their fault again. I hope to see this office returned to it's previous level of execution and professionalism.

I was at the clinic on Monday Dec 31st 2019. I was assisted right away at the reception and the wait was no longer than experienced at other walk-In clinics in this area. It was great that the test for strep throat was done at the clinic, I had the results in 15 minutes. I found the nurses to be very thorough and personable. On this day they were using Telemedicine Service, when the doctor came online the nurse gave a report on my condition after which I spoke with the doctor via online camera, he asked me a few questions and answered a few of mine. My prescriptions were available right away and the bonus was I was able to get the medication onsite at the pharmacy on site. This was my first visit, I was very sick and the experience and service was great.

Doctor Teriba is a fantastic doctor. However, reception is incredibly frustrating. I understand they are busy and all but when I call 20 times to book an appointment and no one ever answers, you can’t blame me for getting incredibly annoyed. I leave a voicemail and they never get back to me. This happens every single time. It’s really a shame, I wish the doctor would have a better representation of his office. But seriously, as a patient, good luck getting them to pick up the phone!

I came in for a visit at this wonderful clinic and surprisingly was seen immediately! I needed blood work done and was expecting them to send me somewhere else, but they are able to take all of the samples in house as well! Pam is the best lab technician I have ever had, I barely felt the needle and she was done in a minute. The results were back within 24 hours and all of the doctors and nurses' are top notch. Would 100% recommended this clinic to all family and friends without hesitation. Thank you for the excellent work you all do! -Harry

I work at a physicians office and multiple times we have had to contact patients because the lab techs at this location have done the wrong blood draw. Had patients come in to see the GP after having blood drawn and arm swelling. Would NOT recommend this place just from what if heard and seen. The competency and knowledge seem lacking.

Omg amazing! I detested doing blood work until I came here today. Receptionist was polite, welcoming and friendly. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the young lady’s name. Pam, (lady taking my blood)omg was just kind, funny, and knew what she was doing. She was gentle and acknowledged my nervousness and it was the first time that I can remember getting blood taken that I actually watched as Pam put me at ease with her expertise, smile, humor and personality. She was joy. I barely felt anything. Just a slight pinch and it was done. Thank you Pam for being a calming and wonderful person! If I have to ever get blood done again I will definitely come here. I was saying I’ve been to another well known place in Kitchener and felt like I was just a number walking into a meat department. With Pam, you will feel comfort in knowing she will make you feel at ease. ????

I would definitely recommend this clinic to my students , friends and family. All staff including, lab tech, RPN and the doctors are top notch and very professionals, who are there to help with what little they have to work with, in providing excellent health care with very little wait time. I would however like to respond to the negative comment regarding " support staff". I was the one who came in last week experiencing chest pain whenever I move around to my left. So to clear up the matter of assessment, I was the one in front of you because we both came in at the same time and I was the one who said I think it was a" pulled muscle". Support staff did not assess me. The reason I remember this is because what you wrote about your daughter and to be honest, support staff asked if she " is hydrated" not once did I hear her say " dehydrated" based on what symptoms that was told to support staff. Bravo to all staff, including " support staff" good work, keep smiling!

Went to walk-in around 1pm and was told they were not accepting walk-ins they were too busy??? There were 3 people in lobby? How does a "walk-in" turn away walk-in patients? You wonder why emergency is full of people with simple treatable conditions. Will never go here again

This clinic is unbelievably incompetent. An appointment was booked for my child to have immunization updates done. The woman who booked the appointment was told multiple times what the appointment was for. That we would need to transfer from our previous Dr. (retired) and that we were new patients. She was then told repeatedly that the reason for the appointment was to have immunization done for a school aged child. Even with a booked appointment you will wait hours to see a Dr. The office is unable to comprehend what is being told to them. If this is how the reception poses itself I’m afraid of what kind of medical treatment you will receive, if you ever make it in to see a Dr. Avoid this place at all costs especially if you are trying to find a new family physician. This place is unable to provide accurate medical care for its patents due to it’s horrible secretarial staff.

Do not go there, at least not on a Saturday !, There was no doctor on call but only a nurse practitioner. After waiting for 2.5 hrs, we came back without even seeing a doctor or completing assessment, because they lost the stethoscope ! Just one word horrible !

I have done my bloodwork here and I have my right arm swallen and bruises all around. It's been a week now but still I can't lift my hand or give pressure on it. Pain all day and night. Tylenol also not helpful with the pain. Even my left arm and shoulder started to pain. Very horrible experience which I never had before with any other lab. Never go again and you guys too avoid going here if you have your family Dr. If not better to go walk-in-clinic.

Don’t not go here. Coming from the us we didn’t know where to go. Decided on this “urgent care”. 3 yr old daughter running 103 fever and very lethargic. Waited over 2 hours just to find out that they use satellite doctors. They didn’t even have anything to treat fever. How can classify themselves as an urgent care. Ended up having to sit in the er for another 2 hours to get treatment. Total bs. When we got to clinic we explained what was wrong they should of told us to go to er. Instead they wasted 2 hours of time. Had no problem taking our money for no reason.

I made an appointment for my infant son to be looked at for an ear infection. First impressions: the clinic was new, clean and there were only a couple of patients in the waiting room. It took over an HOUR to be seen by the physician, with already having an appointment as previously mentioned. You actually don't see a physician, rather a nurse took his vitals and some intake information, and you connect with the doctor through video. The doctor seemed competent so I'm pleased about that, however I was unimpressed that it took over an hour to be seen with an appointment, especially for something simple such as an ear infection.

Terrible Service today at this clinic. I did some blood tests ordered by their doctor two weeks ago and nobody followed up with me when they had the results. So I went back to the clinic today hoping to get a copy of my results to review. At first, I had to wait for 20 min to see a nurse/receptionist at the front desk; The nurse printed out about 7 pages of test report and told me to pay $35. When I refused to pay, she threw my test report to the shredder and told me that 'you can't have your results if you don't pay'. I was shocked to know that I have to pay $35 to see my own test results. She told me the fee is for printing and administration. But the test results came from LifeLabs so it is not stored within the clinic; which means printing out the test results (max. 7 pages) is a $35 surcharge to their patients. Also if a doctor orders blood tests for patients, a follow-up appointment/call is expected to go over the results with the patient. Otherwise, what is the purpose of ordering a test where the patient can't access the report freely and the doctor is too busy to see the results.

Wait time was about 15 minutes, which was shorter than any other clinic I've ever visited. Both Nurse Emic and Dr. Fadwa El Said were friendly and helpful with addressing my concerns. The nurse was on site but the doctor was not. Her diagnosis was made over Skype, which I didn't expect. It wasn't an issue for me since my case was not complicated.

Urgent Care is the best name for this clinic. I had arrived a few minutes before closing, explained my situation. I was processed asap and ready for a doctor within minutes of my arrival. I was amazed how quick and efficient the process had been. The best part of the experience was that by the time I was finished with the doctor my medication was ready for me at the pharmacy, I had my blood work scheduled and a requisition for a scan ready by the time my visit had been completed. I am looking forward to becoming part of their patient care once the clinic becomes fully operational, as my family doctor is five hours from where I'm living now.
